September 15, 2023 I purchased a 2005 bmw convertible 7 days later 9,22,23 return trouble starting tim the owner said I can get someone else for the same or lesser price ot allow them to get it repair by someone who deals with bmw because he isn't a mechanic or have any on staff. So after looking for a hour I didn't see anything else so I wanted my money back so he asked again let us fix it please I said ok. They have me a rental car I said ok nice people. So now let's move to the wife as we are doing the paperwork for the rental she said you can't drive it out of town I said o no I'm on my way to Charlotte for the weekend but pl no worries I have another car at home well this rental was horrible clicking all the way home yes I told them so they paid for the rental and I lived a hour away. I said I feel like I'm making the biggest mistake of my life his wife said if the car isn't still working right we will give you your money back all but 100.00 I said let me make sure I'm understanding you will give me money back today even after you fix the issues of it still isn't working right I can get a refund she said yes who wouldn't take that deal I gave them $2,300.00.. so on oct 23,2023 i picked up the car after repair the battery was died they put a new battery in a week late the service engine soon came on I told them that on nov 5, 2023 the car shut off on high I had to get towed I called and text the wife I will return the car and just want a refund so on today 11,7, 2023 tim said talks to the wife and she never said she wasn't coming in the blame game back and for I will be getting a attorney to sue right is right wrong is wrong and a verbal contact is just as legal as paper. I left the car removed the tag and will report this place they had the car for repairs.more then I drove the car all I want is a refund to get me another car not from them.

I got a car from the dealership and within 10 min the check engine light was on, went back to exchange the car and within the week the check engine light was on again. They started it was the coils of the vehicle yet the wrong ones were ordered so the light was still on. I was told I would get a refund minus the windshield that was cracked when I got the car. I was financed a lemon and now I can t even get my refund back. It doesn t matter the circumstances why I needed the refund but the fact that the car was not in good condition. I keep getting blocked and given the run around. I thought they were honest and I thought there was genuine care and concern but it was all a facade.

Utilizing the Buy Here Pay Here option has been a great experience so far with H&J Auto Sales. They are very understanding and care about helping people experience the car buying process! I also received maintenance service on my vehicle and they replaced my broken key! I suggest this place to anyone who needs to purchase a vehicle with a smooth car buying process and individuals who care even after you've made your purchase. My very 1st time every meeting TIM JONES, was awesome. Not only did he help me with a vehicle he blessed me to get on the right track .him and his family go above and beyond to make u feel satisfied and appreciated and when u leave u sure leaving with a ride and a friendly smile !!!!H & J auto is 1000% the deal kings of Rock mount.... So with this being said I approve this message and their services....don't knock them if u haven't tried them .....H& J all day....

This is the most horrible disgusting place I have ever been to in my entire life. If you want to buy a car for decoration then yes this is the place to go. but if you are looking for a good reliable car please do not go. you will only be donating money to this place for them to humiliate you. I just purchased a car from them septembar the 12th 2023 the car broke down on me September 14th 2023 took it to the dealership September 15th where I was humiliated and insulted by this company. they made it seem as if they were going to honor my warranty just for the owner's wife to advise her tow truck driver to drop my car off and a health department's parking lot I did try to take them to court due to me signing and as is form $9,000 cash is what I paid for the vehicle but one thing I do know is God hits harder than I do. I'm very upset I have two kids I'm a single mother a first time author working three jobs trying to support my family and it has been costing me like hell to find rides and things of that sort when I shouldn't be after I gave these folks my damn $9,000 please please be advised do not shop with these people they care nothing about you. they only want your money you will be buying a piece of junk I don't care what it looks like on the outside my 2013 Kia Sorento looks brand new but it is sick on the inside I never got to enjoy my vehicle guys $9,000 please be aware of what I'm telling you look at all of the reviews which I should have done first those people are not lying they should shut this place down Lord God please I'm in the process now of calling other people to try to get something done this is sad to be a poison to your own community please please please please please please save yourself heartache stress and pain shop somewhere else I'm telling you did the wife of the owner is very rude very nasty very unprofessional this whole place is very unprofessional and again I don't care how good the cars look run away

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE AT ALL TANISHA & TIMOTHY ARE CROOKS !!!!! THE REVIEWS ARE NOT A LIE KEEP YOUR MONEY GO ELSWHERE !!! I DONT CARE HOW DESPERATE YOU ARE FOR A CAR DONT GO HERE !!!! I have sat here and read several reviews most of them a great reviews there are a few of them are not good. Let me say this is my second vehicle I've purchased for myself and my son has purchased a vehicle from H&j. I don't mind telling you my first vehicle I bought I barely made it home the transmission went out so I called Tim and was a little upset expecting some kind of excuse but the only thing I heard was let's get it to the Chevrolet dealership and get it fixed. Once it was fixed I called Tim and he called up there and paid the invoice which was over $5000.00 once paid I went and pick up my truck and haven't had a problem since and that's why I bought another car from them yesterday. I hope this helps.

I have never seen or heard of a car sales lot that forces you into filling out a credit app. before we talked numbers. There was no way I would allow my credit to be pulled before I agreed on a price. I was also told that the lending institution decides on what price I would be paying and not anyone at the business.Respectfully, you were not there when I was with the salesperson. What I said is what happened. I sold cars for several years and never saw a process like this. I am very familiar with the sales process. She judged me w/o knowing anything about me. I bought a car a few days in Wilson and highly recommend that lot. He was very open and honest and I feel we got a great deal.

I went to H & J auto sales in need of a beautiful and most importantly dependable car. I had the great pleasure of meeting a nice gentleman named mr jerry. He showed me what he had available to fit my budget and needless to say next thing I knew I was driving away in a beautiful Nissan maxima. I love it. I was so pleased with Mr Jerry s politeness and true desire to help me and my family I went back today and made another car purchase with him and his family for my daughter. Again, we were very satisfied with our selection . It was beautiful and within our bed get. Thank u Mr jerry and we will be back for future purchases.

Excellent customer service; reasonable people. They will work with you as needed. Tasha and Tim were both friendly. Although I had an issue; all persons were apologetic and worked diligently to resolve the issue. Customer service is the foundation of any business and they mastered this.

Absolutely one of thee worst car experiences I have ever had in my entire life. If you are thinking about buying a car from here take it from me, I am a trusted voice in serval communities. Please RUN the other way. I was sold lies, false hopes and an extremely raggedy car. The very next day after I left from purchasing my 2012 Chevy equinox, it broke down. The engine light was on the day I purchased it, I was told that it was a Mechanical issue lie . As a first time car purchaser and a Pastor I stood on the lot and told Mr. Tim I needed a car that was trust worthy because I traveled a lot doing outreach ministry and community development. He assured me it was the perfect car, only to be told by certain creditable Mechanics that he knew, that I was sold a lemon. I ve spent over 6,000 dollars trying to get this truck fixed, the whole time I was never late on my payments. But the day that I absolutely refused to further invest into the mobile dysfunction that I was sold, I was harassed three times in one day! Demanding a payment. I strongly stand against such unprofessionalism. Sad thing is, it s always our own race who seeks to get over in people. But mark my words, pride comes before the fall.

Always professional!!.. We live in a small town, professionalism and understanding is needed. The fact this company has been in our community for year's and generations speaks a lot about the owner and employees. Our community trust and respect their business practices!.
