I went to Gabe Rowe on 2/26/24 to purchase vehicle.I was financed through Navy Federal. The manager(Kevin Woodard) kept pressuring me about signing papers for vehicle,then later check. I told him I was not giving up check til I see vehicle.Kevin told me I had to bring check bc I'm driving a loaner. Kevin had sales rep to constantly call & bug me about check.Sales rep was only doing what the sales manager (Kevin) had him to do.I was given several excuses about why vehicle was not at Gabe. The 1st excuse was(it was at Chevrolet dealership bc of recall on seatbelt). Other excuse was it was waiting on a part for vehicle.On 3/14/24 | get a text that the vehicle was ready.The vehicle was online saying it had remote start & it didn't.I rode with sales rep to get gas & it had a urine smell in vehicle.As I was trying to adjust passenger seat, it didn't have a handle(broken).March 15,2024 | drove vehicle to work.It was a terrible drive.As I was picking up speed, it started jerking. I texted sales rep & told him I didn't want that vehicle.Later 3/15/24 I had the vehicle looked at. The urine smell comes from a pet that may have gone to the bathroom in the car, or the other possible option is a build-up of mold, mildew or bacteria in the air conditioning system, which can produce ammonia, giving off the unpleasant urine odor.I called to speak to owner who was notavailable.Ended up speaking to GM(William).Kevin was wrong about I was supposed to give up check bc I had loaner.Also the vehicle NEVER had a seatbelt recall.I spoke with bank 3/15/24 & 3/16/24. Overall documents were falsified. The check was sent to bank without me seeing & having vehicle.I would've NEVER purchased that vehicle in that condition.As of 3/16/24, the vehicle is not in my possession.. It's back on the dealership site.The check of $20,000 has been cleared with the bank. Gabe Rowe refused to give refund of $20,000 after having vehicle for only 1 full day, but according to Kevin Woodard whom dated the paperwork for 2/26/24 & I didn't get vehicle til 3/14/24.I never added insurance. It had dealer tags.Nevertheless, I was NEVER given paperwork on the vehicle at all. Therefore no proof of purchase.Worst experience ever with purchasing a vehicle. Will NEVER deal with Gabe Rowe Nissan ever & will NEVER recommend the dealership to anyone.Very unprofessional & I'm perturbed.UPDATE .March 18,2014 I received a called from Woodard about the sale & review.He claims he was not aware of me having loaner(s)& that he didn t ask me for check(which all were LIES).He claimed I didn t talk to him & blamed others.Later talked to GM(William).He told me not to worry bc he spoke with owner & he s going to take care of the refund.Woodard wanted me to remove the review.I told him I would once I m refunded & it s showing on my account.March 26,2024 the $20,000 was posted in my account leaving a balance of $87.66.I called & spoke with 3 different bank representatives & I was told the same thing.Whoever that called for about the account was told about the 14 days payoff & sending extra due to interest.Around 9am,I called to let Woodard know I received funds on the account & about the balance of $87.66 due to interest. I overheard William in the background saying they are not responsible. Woodard said he will get back with me. I ended up calling him after 6pm. Basically what he was saying Gabe Rowe shouldn t be responsible for interest They don t want to be responsible but I was called numerous times about a check bc I had a loaner & check was validated on 3/7/24 but I never seen nor drove the vehicle til 3/14/24.I told Woodard we wouldn t be having this conversation IF the check was never turned in til I seen & test drove vehicle which he says Mercer did that.Talking to individuals I m getting different stories & one says other lying but when I ask for everyone come together no one wants to do that.As of tonight,I m transferring funds to cover that fee of $87.66.The vehicle was a Silver 2020 Chevrolet Equinox LT vin#2GNAXKEV9L6143063.

The service (oil change and multi-point inspection) on April 1, 2024 was exemplary, but two weeks or so ago, Antonio Hinnant, who was my service advisor at the time on March 19, 2024 didn't let me know that a recall part for my vehicle was not in and I waited almost an hour in the lounge before he told me the part was not in, he could have pulled this up on his computer and prevented me from wasting nearly an hour under the impression that my vehicle is being serviced after a long workday. I just felt the service department at Gabe Rowe Nissan needed to know about this. As a longtime customer, this is my first complaint, I hope it is the last one.

I met with representative Ken Wiggins and he was very professional. He provided me with quick and easy service. He didn t hesitate to answer any questions that I needed answers too. If you re looking for phenomenal service, with great deals, I highly recommend asking to speak with Ken Wiggins.

I stopped by the dealership after finishing running errands to make an appointment for oil change and checkup. The nice man told me I did not need to make an appointment, and if I had time right now, they would be able to work on my car in just a few minutes. It was less than 5 minutes they were working on my car and I was out of there is in just a short while. Great service.

They do not honor appointments. I made an appointment this morning for 9am for an oil change, and they said it would be a two hour wait because it s first come, first serve. They said they couldn t even start on my car until 11am. Then why even have the option to make appointments? That s bad business. Nissan in Wilson and Cary both always honor the appointment times reserved by customers. If you have a job or other commitments, don t bother wasting your time with their service center.

Always a pleasure to have my care serviced here. No appointment necessary for smaller jobs (ie. Oil Change). They were completed within a couple of hours...really fast and complete work!

Always excellent service, can never surpass expectations because the highest expectations are always met!! Eric Martin, Rick McEatherton and the entire team never fail to give me the best service experience start to finish- from expeditious check-in and interim explanation of needed repairs/additional concerns to address, to completed work in a timely manner!!

I came in for a standard oil change, and that was done for a good price. The time estimate for the work was way off, I was told thirty minutes to an hour, the wait was just over two hours. I'm still pleased overall, but would like a more accurate time, as anyone would

Traveling from Elizabeth City to Raleigh and my Maxima broke a belt which took out other parts. I was advised of the problems and the costs and the shop kept in touch with me during the entire repair process. The mechanics were able to get the parts and finish in time for me to meet my schedule when coming back through Rocky Mount to get the car and get home on time as scheduled.

I was encouraged by the friendly faces and the wait wasn t too long to have my car serviced. But despite having them put in a new transmission I was still having the same problem. I took my Altima to them two more times before driving to GA. My car almost stalled on me and I had to seek help in Florence, NC.

It was supposed to be a 45 minute service.....over an hour and a half later they tell us if we want the service done it's gonna be $1,800+ !!! So they hadn't even done anything yet.

The staff were friendly and informative. I went in to have an oil change. They honored the $49.99 coupon for the oil change. Took a little longer than expected. Then found out that I needed to have some other service done.

My sales person was Kenneth wiggins at gabe rowe nissan in rocky mount. I bought a 2020 Nissan Pathfinder sl. Im usually skeptical of car sales people but he worked with me on the price. He was easy to work with and not pushy. He spent 20 minutes looking into if a towing package could be added to the vehicle since some reviews said it may not be possible. Im a welder and have to be able to tow my gear. He found out a tow package was possible. Definitely a chill individual that wanted to make sure I got what I wanted. I'd definitely recommend him.

I decided last minute to get an oil change while visiting family. I spoke with Eric who was amazing. I came by a few hours later and my car was taking back fairly quickly. I chatted with some of the customers and before I knew it my car was ready. That never happens at my home dealership! Eric reviewed my current car status and recommendations. I decided to schedule a follow up appointment the next morning to have a my break fluid flush performed. Once again, the maintenance was finished in a timely fashion and the price was right! I appreciate Eric and all of the staff for making my visit a great experience. I will definitely share my experiences with friends and family who live in Rocky Mount! See ya'll next visit!

Super place to get your next car! "Big Ken" provided the perfect car buying experience. I had 3 cars I wanted to look at and test drive, he navigated the process with me and made it relaxed and enjoyable. No pressure, all assistance, expedited the process.
