The young lady who worked the counter was amazing! She was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. I'm not used to this type of customer service at, well, any place. I wish I could remember her name. She was probably mid-30s, African-American, with an amazing personality. My visit was on 3/13 between 4 and 6 pm. Give this young lady a raise! I'd be happy to explain more if needed. Way to hire amazing staff!

When I called the location the person that answered the phone did not ask any questions that would help me with a reservation. The person did not know if that location could work on a F-250. When they found out they did not ask what size engine I had for the oil change. I did not think about it until the truck was taken in for service.I made the appointment for 10am and they did not get the truck in until after 11am. They never let me or anyone in the waiting area know why the wait was so long. About 10 min after they had my truck in the building. They got my attention by very quietly saying my name. Not coming over and saying anything or speaking loud enough for people to hear over the TV in the waiting area, to ask me if I had made the reservation. I said I had called it in. They then said that I had the wrong engine and that it would require more oil so the price would change. I told them I had not been told a price and the person making the reservation did not ask what size or fuel type I had.I had to leave for a bit as I had expected the oil change to have been done by at least 10:30 and when I came back I found on the receipt that they had put oil in the truck that was not recommended by the manufacture.They tried to justify it by pointing to the computer that said it is compatible. On the receipt it showed 3 different oils and 2 of them were good for the truck. The third was not one that the manufacturer has said anywhere should be used. I had to show them that no where in the truck or in any manual did it say that it was ok to use that type of oil. I had to let them know that if I had a problem with my engine and the ford dealer tested my oil and found out that I had the wrong oil. I would lose all my warrantee.They did change the oil to the proper oil but they did not say anything to me even after it was done. They seem to not like dealing with customers even though they are in a 100% customer service job. They were not rude but they seem to have a bad attitude about working with customers and do not like to ask questions that would make their jobs easier and would encourage customers to want to come back. I will not be going back to that location. The location in Wilson NC is so much better and is only another 20 minutes away so I will be using that one now.

I was able to schedule a same day appointment. My vehicle was taken back ahead of time (arrived early), besides the cost (everything costs more so no complaints), I was out in an hour. The staff was friendly and made sure everything was done properly. I will be returning.

I had taken my car there to get all my lights updated. A couple of them were missed.So, I I had to return on my lunch break the following day, to get them done.I was greeted by the kind receptionist who remembered me from previous day and shocked I was back so soon. She then got Donald the service manager was very professional and concerned and immediately fixed the lights. I was also able to get back to work on time. Thanks so much.

I ve been coming here since I move to NC 3 years ago and I never had any major issues with this shop. Anytime something went wrong on their end they fixed it. Today, however, I came in for a state inspection and I needed windshield wipers and light bulbs above my license plate to pass. No issue. I said I would go take care of it and be back since these are things I can fix myself. When I went to change the bulbs two of the screws refused to come off so I came back to the shop hoping they could remove them for me so I could replace the bulbs myself. They wanted to charge me $45!!!! Yes, $45 to remove 2 small screws! $45 for something that would ve taken them 2 seconds to do. Forget customer loyalty. It s all about the $$$. Needless to say I won t be back.*In the photo I had to break it to get it out. *In response to the reply: To be clear, I was not getting the bulb service. I was changing the bulbs myself and asked if they could move 2 troublesome screws. That s it!

Took good care of me when i had a blow out on 95, AAA towed me there at 5pm, i was back on the road with my tire repaired in 1 hour. Highly recommended

Technicians are very professional and hardworking. They actually take the time to find out what's going on with your vehicle and then discuss options instead of doing a pretend job then charging you for not fixing the actual issue.

I called Michael in a panic because I had a flight in 90 minutes and my tire was losing air!!! They were kind, courteous and helpful. I recommend them for sure!!!

I scheduled an alignment for 8am online. They said if 8am was not available someone would contact me to set a new time , no one contacted me but instead gave me a 10am appointment. I got to the 1001Wesleyan blvd store before 10am and let them know I was here .They had a car on the alignment rack but took my keys never saying anything about them running behind or wait time. The rack was clear from 10:10 until 10:51 before I got up and ask if they are behind schedule or is the machine not working at which time she ask the technician what he was getting ready to bring in and he replied that he was bringing in a Bentley Continental. I asked her why didn't they let me know this when I checked in, but she didn't have a logical answer. I asked her for my keys. They will not be getting any business from me,...Wesleyan blvd store is the worst firestone I have ever visited everytime I come here there is a issue.

Will not be using this store for anymore for maintenance, tires, very very slow, 2:00 appt still here at 4:15,oli change, tire rotation, will try someone else,GOOD LUCK

Drove over an hour to get to this location and I was not disappointed! The service manager Nathan was super knowledgeable and worked with me to get my vehicle serviced on time. His technician Brian was a Honda specialist and knew exactly how to fix my ride. Happy with the service and quality of work. Highly recommend, thanks guys! A++++

Our family was on our way home from vacation at the OBX and our A/C stopped blowing cold air through the front vents...in 94� weather! We had our A/C repaired back home by our local Firestone less than 2 months ago so this was completely unexpected. We stopped by the closest Firestone we could find and thankfully Kevin was kind enough to take a look at our vehicle for us. He quickly found that we had a dirty filter under the glove box that helped get the air flowing again. My family and I thank you again, Kevin!

Made appointment for simple tire rotation several days ahead of time, arrived 5 minutes early. They didn t take my car into bay until 35 minutes after appointment time. Then rotation took another 50 minutes? I don t know what s going on back there but never coming back to this place. If you can t honor appointment times then don t take appointments

I made an appt for 3. Got here at 2:30 for an oil change and 2 screws in a tire. Its now 530 and im finally done. Wish I had known it would be my entire afternoon. At least they had the filter for my car whereas 3 others did not.

Read the other reviews of people having car trouble while traveling through the area, and was surprised to see how promptly their issues seemed to be resolved. I have not been so lucky. My car broke down on 95 after I had the oil changed at a different Firestone location and they failed to secure everything back correctly, causing all of the oil in my car to drain out. Got my car towed to this location at 5:15pm, they don t close till 7pm. Exclaimed they couldn t look at my car that day because they didn t have enough technicians, even though they ended up closing early while I was waiting in the parking lot for a relative coming from Richmond to pick me up so I d have a place to stay the night. They opened at 7am the next morning, I called at 9am and they had yet to even look at the car, even though I was reassured that they d look at it first thing in the morning. Unfortunately, my experience has been that this location has no sense of urgency, and doesn t seem too interested in getting me back on the road anytime soon.

After driving for over 8hrs, we were very fortunate to stop at Firestone when we noticed a terrible shake to our car. We explained to the technician what was happening, and even though they only had two people working, they made sure to get us in and taken care of so we could continue to travel safely. Brian was especially helpful and I highly recommended stopping by for all of your car care needs!

We had been driving for 8 hours on the way to a wedding when our car gets the death wobbles really bad in the back, we stop by and let them know whats going on. The shop only had two guys and were really busy, they dropped what they were doing and made sure we could continue our travels safely. Brain was especially nice!
