I got an oil change at Expess Libe recently. I have been a customer for many years. The service was bad and the cashier was rud, loud and angry. I was standing out front waiting for the oil change. When it was done, no one told me that it was finished. After several minutes, I went in to check on it. I asked her why she didn t get me after the car was done and before I could ask another question she started ranting and raving. I remained calm and she walked out and sent another worker in to finish. As I was paying for my oil change I could hear her in the shop yelling about how I questioned her and how mad she is. I told the guy that was assisting me that obviously she is the one with the problem. She shouldn t be employed in customer service. I will be using Walmart or some other place the next time I need an oil change

Have used the Express Lube multiple times but today was horrible. Went in for a regular oil change left got down the road heard scrubbing got out and looked under my vehicle and my entire under plate has completely come off hanging. I took my vehicle back to the Express Lube and they could care less told me that people come in all the time with missing bolts and they don't have time to tell everyone. Then the manager proceeded to tell me that I hit something going down the road the short distance I went after I left from getting my oil changed which I had not... they then told me that they didn't have any extra bolts to come back next week they would put some on. They then put zip ties on the now broken under plate and sent me on my way.. the manager NEVER apologized. I know the bolts were not missing when arriving to get my oil change they were left off while they changed my oil didnt put them back on and did not want to admit to their mistake. I have contacted the business owner in hopes of getting some type of repayment or get my undercarriage fixed if not I will contact my attorney. Never using this company again!!Service: Oil change

I've used them a few times now because they were super fast. Most recent visit my windshield washer fluid light was on due to low fluid level so I specifically asked if they would top it off, mechanic assured me they checked all fluids. Went inside to waiting area and they were done before I even got a chance to sit down. Two minutes max, there's no possible way they changed oil, filter, and topped off all fluids that fast. Paid $50 and windshield washer fluid was still low, not leaking cause I added myself and no issues since. Decided to get it checked by another mechanic and they showed me know dark my "new oil" and "new filter" were. Not saying they're treating everyone this way but beware

Best experience.I stopped their on my from a long trip with an emergency. The manager and the crew welcome me with a great smile and check out my car. The manager (Robert) went ubove and beyond and continue to help me after checking my car. It was a wonderful experience and I am so lucky stopping their. Thank you again for your help.

That was the fastest I've ever gotten my oil changed! Awesome! Then on my second trip there, the guys were nice enough to point out something that another shop had messed up when changing my oil.

This place is a joke! My wife took our Honda crv here for an oil change. When she left not 2 miles up the road the under carriage fell down and drug the ground. She took it back. THE MANAGER said that the bolts were already missing! Tried to blame her! First of all the bolts were not missing if they were it have already fell. Second if it had missing bolts why didn't they tell her.they never apologized or try to make it right they think ladies are dumb enough to believe whatever they say we reached out to the owner to get this resolved. Dot do business with these con artists

Person at front desk lacks cs skills. She kept wrangling with words and lack of concern after billing a synthetic oil charge of apx $70 (with tax) for my chevy that requires W5-30 oil. I was not given the option of conventional oil at apx $50. (with tax) though it can also be used in my car. The mechanics I dealt with were professional; this customer service individual can learn something from them... I checked the average price for synthetic oil in NC for the above and it was apx $49. With this experience, it makes me wonder how legit those free car wash raincheck tickets are that she gives customers are... Raincheck for when? Whenever??Service: Oil change

They were very fast, maybe waited less than 20mins on oil change. Staff was very nice, and social distancing and masks. Enjoyed the speed and thorough work.. If you have not gone by, give them a try...

Terrible customer service incorrect pricing then they try to make you look foolish for asking for the clearly posted prices. Just another hole in the wall leach on the community store. Take your money anywhere else

Highly recommend for an inspection. $13 and in and out of there in maybe 15 min. I didn t even have time to finish playing the game on my phone lol

New management stopped doing tire rotations. Been going there for 20 years and always satisfied. Now I have to go to 2 different places to do a oil change and rotation. Lots of people I've talked to are upset about this.

Today my truck needed to be inspected. I had my precious Mother with me. The staff and a couple of customers at Express Lube took extra special care of us. They held the doors for me to escort Mom to the waiting area. They when it was time for us to go the staff had parked the truck right at the door and left both doors open so I could get Mom in her seat and then I could go around and get in quickly too. Love the men at Citgo Express Lube. I will tell all my friends.

Came to Express Lube to have my wipers put on. Ended up with a busted window shield. Then they sent me to some shop that THEY PICKED where I didn t feel welcomed. Wont ever go back or recommend anyone to go to Express.

The service was quick and the staff was knowledgeable and worked together to get customers in and out (witnessed during my 10 minute wait). I got my oil changed and they give you a coupon for a free car wash

Great service in and out. Plus they stand behind the work. May forget to vacuum car out sometime but I will take that loss on how quick they are with oil changes. #satisfied customer

I take my vehicles here for inspections and typically I'm in and out within 15 minutes. We have used them for oil changes as well and their service level is good.

I just wanted a much needed quick oil change. The older gentleman at the service desk had me repeat the service i wanted twice only to provide a higher service that I didn't ask for. He was sorta on the ride side. Normally, I would have addressed but.comsodwred otherwise.

I got my car oil change- Synthetic oil and it was early in the morning. They did a great job and I got a free car wash too. The service was great.

Beware - they are "extra fast" bc they aren't changing your oil. Went on 17th, then on 21st my oil light came on - took my car to a mechanic who drained my entire oil line just so he could show me what little bit of nasty dark oil I had left in my car. Oil filter nor oil was changed. Surprisingly, the air filter Express Lube charged me for was new. Paid over $90 for an oil change with synthetic oil & air filter and left Express Lube with only a new air filter. BEWARE. I've been to them a hand full of times, which is scary. I'll NEVER EVER go back.

Technician is very inexperienced. I had an oil change done and l had excess oil dripping in my driveway. Took my vehicle right back down there and to find out he let the excess oil from old oil filter leak all over my oil cover and didnt clean it up. Manager stated they have a New hire and trainer didn't check behind him. I will never return.
