Called one morning to see if he could squeeze me in to replace my old flow master with a new one and they delivered... sounds exactly the without the rattling and price was way cheaper than were I usually go...

Excellent experience getting muffler installed. The guys there are great. Very nice and knowledgeable, you can definitely tell they know what they are doing and care about the customer. They do not take appointments. It is first come, first serve, so plan accordingly. They work fast and do a great job. There were 2 vehicles ahead of me when I got there and I was still in and out in an hour (of course that all depends on what they are doing to those ahead of you). I will definitely be back with any exhaust work.Service: Exhaust

Brought my SUV here to get a resonator replaced due it failing inspection due to it rusting and falling apart. They managed to replace it within 30 min and was reasonably priced. Highly recommend and will go back if I need muffler issues with any other cars.

I absolutely love the way my truck sounds. Just perfect. These men did an awesome job. I love driving my truck even more than before my new flow master and added exhaust. Highly recommend this shop.

Awesome folks to do business with! Dale, Larry and staff are simply old school business men. They provide excellent customer service with professional exhaust diagnostics and repair at reasonable prices. I like the no appointments taken and first come/first serve daily schedule. Takes most of the confusion over no shows and late shows that can throw a daily timed schedule all out of wack. Nice to see a honest days pay for a honest days work value still exists in our area.Service: Auto exhaust system repair

This place is awesome very qualified and knowledgeable staff and you know they're busy cuz I'm an out of Towner when you get there and they're busy I mean really busy and the phones ringing off the hook and the guy Larry and behind the counter is booking appointments like there's nobody else in the Business. But anyways they got my muffler fixed and got me back on the road small repair but definitely worth the visit.

Great service and owner. Prices are competitive and service is fast. Mechanics are skilled in what they do. Establishment has been in business for 40 + years, I think that says a lot. I will take my vehicles there everytime. Highly recommended.

Only charged me $20 for a job that should've cost me at least $60. I offered to pay more, and after they refused I asked them to pay more. They wouldn't take any more money. I also watched them cut a lady a deal on an oil change because she only had x amount of money. These people deserve your business

Give quote in minutes, even work a deal with me that benefit both of us. Did job quickly, and efficiently, and checked work; was done and paying within 30-40min. Guys know their stuff and told them I want my dodge avenger resonate and muffler delete straight piped with new tips, they did just that professionally and expeditously and efficiently. Highly recommend will return with other vehicles. Thanks fellas.

Being a woman and new to the area, needing emergency car repair was troubling. I have 15 yrs experience working in service departments, and know all too well how easy it would have would have been for them to try to sell me a whole new exhaust. But they were honest and very fair. My car was fixed within an hour at a great price. No hassles, no bs.

Wonderful people. No nonsense when it comes to how you want to run your exhaust. Got us in and out in under and hour for two resonator deletes and dual pipes to the mufflers. Never seen anybody turn the car on and check for leaks.

This place is awesome. They are fast, friendly, inexpensive, and most of all honest. I got my muffler replaced in less than an hour for a very reasonable price. Can't recommend EZ Muffler enough.

Recently inherited one of my father in laws old farm trucks in which was in very rough condition - entire exhaust rotten out (from exhaust manifold to tail pipe) - took it the EZ muffler- they didn t shy away from the job (I probably would have turned myself away with the condition of the vehicle) they handled the issue with professional and updated me on any issues. Best place in rocky mount to get any exhaust work done. I was after a certain brand of muffler. After talking to Larry he hooked me up with a comparable muffler for a better price. I can't wait to hear my car now

Great service and great work. Went to 5 different places to get an inspection for my car. Nobody was doing them until i found E-Z Muffler. They worked fast. There was no waiting either.
