I was stranded with my suburban on the way to Myrtle beach , broken rear pinion seal on the Highway .. slinging oil !! Was able to make it to Carolina tire in rocky mount NC . ! TimWas able to work me in and get me up and running again !!! The mechanic was awesome !! Sorry I never caught his name but he was very professional with his work and cleaning everything !!! Can t say how much I appreciate there work and very affordable !!!! Thank you Tim !!!

If you care about your vehicle and your hard earn money my best advice is find another auto shop !! The service is 50/50 at best and the management is unprofessional. With in 25 mins of me paying 700 and leaving my car broke down again , I called and they said they would come out and get it and take it back to the shop to be fixed no charge. But when I got there they charged me another fee. The owner contradicted himself by saying they never touched the piece that broke but turned around and said we only moved the top of hose that s CONNECTED to what broke which still means they touched it in some form or fashion but constantly told me they weren t responsible moral of the story If you want a half job done with an expensive bill with no guarantee that your vehicle will be fixed GO TO CAROLINA TIRE COMPANY!!!!!

I have got 3 vehicles. All of their work and maintainence I get done here. Attached below are the pictures of my bill. I trust them with my vehicles. Tim and Brian have always guided me best about my vehicles. They offer the best prices in town too. Great customer experience as always!!

This place is amazing!! Similar to another comment, I was stuck on the side of I-95 heading southbound traveling from NYC to Florida.. got stuck here in North Carolina over night as AAA, road rangers, and even state police had trouble helping me. Turns out my rim was cracked. The guys here helped me out big time after sleeping in their parking lot and losing over 8 hours of driving time. They gave me a wheel and fixed me up right! Saved the day and potentially my life! Bryan s the best!! 5 stars from me!

The ONLY place in almost 25 years that we take our vehicles. The owner, Tim, is a class act. He leads his staff by example. He is kind and honest. He charges fair prices. His employees have been there for decades because of him. If you need tires or any other vehicle maintenance and repair THIS is THE BEST place for QUALITY service. 100% recommend!

Considerate, professional, and trustworthyYou simply cannot find a small business with better people. Customer service, management, and the mechanics all give their best. It's reassuring I have place that I not only trust with my vehicles, but also enjoy the people.

I found Carolina Tire while traveling out of town, for work purposes. After speaking to the lady on the phone, I wanted and needed to be towed there. Thank goodness for Carolina Tire. My vehicle was not displaying any warning signs, so it did take a few hours for the vehicle to be diagnosed. Thank goodness for Bryan's patience & expertise because only a person with his experience could have found the issue so that I could get my car fixed. I am forever grateful!

Blew a tire last night drove closer to a bigger town called first thing in the morning got us in and out so we could continue on to Vegas if ever have a problem around that area definitely would go back super nice folks

On a road trip with our kids in our Model 3, we got a flat tire on 64. We had our car towed to Carolina Tire. They gave us a loaner (never had that happen before) AND they very quickly patched the tire and sent us on our way. We appreciate the hospitality and honesty. Would definitely do business here again. Thanks guys!!!

Very nice people. I was impressed by the level of knowledge and advice from everyone. The young lady at the front counter knows her stuff as well as the guys in the back. The whole place seems very dynamic, not the lackadaisical vibe you get at a lot of car shops. I took my car there for something they said it didn't need, which implies honesty because they would have been within their rights to just give the customer what he wants and bill him. Highly recommend.EDIT: I reduced my review to 2 stars. Each of the last three times I took my car, the technicians took one of my nice factory valve stem covers and replaced it with a cheap dollar store cover. They said nothing about it and I had to wait until I was home to notice. I now have only one good valve stem cover left.

I go here all the time for my car. They are very professional and they will make sure you leave feeling safe with your car. It s crazy because I have a hybrid and the mechanic knew more about my car then the actual dealer Anyways check them out. They are amazing.

We were stranded on the side of I-95 south with a blown out front right tire and we were pulling a trailer. AAA was useless and so was the highway patrol. It was over 100 degrees and we had two dogs with us. My husband called Carolina tire and spoke with Tim and he said don't worry I will be there in 45 minutes. AND he was. He came out, took the tire off, loaded us into his car, went to the tire maker, picked up the tire, took us back to his shop, mounted the new tire and took us back to 95 mounted the new tire on our car and we were on our way. Thank you so much Tim for all of your help. We cannot say thank you enough !!!!!!! This went beyond customer service.

Carolina Tire Company of Rocky Mount, NC, are professional, personable, and a reasonably priced auto repair and tire shop. They are experts in understanding your vehicle. My fiance and I have utilized their services on all of our vehicles and highly recommend them to all of our family and friends.

Family owned business with good Christian morals & values. I have never had an issue, they will always try to work with you. They definitely understand hard working people may need a little help when it comes down to pricey car repairs. Please do good by this business & don't take their kindness for weakness.

Gotta Love Southern Hospitality. I arrived on time and they were ready to start my oil change. I was greeted warmly invited to stay warm inside and thanked very much for allowing them to service my vehicle. Love good customer service.

The finished work appears outstanding, but scheduling appears to be a problem. Mounting 4 tires and wheel alignment took 2 days for a 1 day process and although I had scheduled appointments for both days and was on time I had to wait 2 hours prior to being served for each appointment totalling more than 6 hrs overall.

Caught a flat headed south on 95 causing a 7 hour detour. Found Carolina Tire Co through a Google search. They open at 730 (earlier than all of the others) so figured I d try them first. Took me right away, assured me that he would make my day better, explained that they couldn t plug it and why. Set me up w a used tire, didn t break the bank, and decent estimated remaining mileage. One hour and I m back on the road. The doggies appreciated the attention also. Super happy customer; thanks CTC!

I was in Rocky Mount for a work obligation and during my 4 hour drive there I punctured one of my tires. Being so far from home I didn't know any reputable shops in the area and turned to Google. Carolina Tire was close to both the customer that I was working at and the hotel, so I gave them a try. I had the one tire fixed and in the meantime I had ordered new tires. The level of service and care Brian had displayed was outstanding and everything went a lot smoother than I had anticipated. Also to mention, Brian provided me with an offer for the new set of tires that was several hundreds of dollars less than what I was expecting to pay elsewhere. If you're in the Rocky Mount area I would highly recommend this shop!

We had taken our other car to Mr. Tire, the price we had been quoted over the phone was not even close to what we were charged for 2 tires and had to wait the entire day for the car to be ready. Big contrast to Carolina Tire. The service at Carolina Tire for our Equinox was superb! We were charged the exact price we had been quoted over the phone, no surprises there! We were in an out in an hour and half after purchasing 4 new tires and had a wheel alignment, incredible speedy service there! And the staff were so friendly and attentive, they even noticed our tags were expired, we had bought them and never replaced the sticker. Outstanding service in my eyes, we are loyal customers of Carolina Tire for life from now on!

Had an issue with our alternator traveling through from MA. After being turned down by 2 other places Carolina Tire Company actually sent someone to us and had us up and running in about 20 minutes! Nicest people and amazing service. I believe the guy that came was named Bryant and he was so nice and knowledgeable! Can't express how courteous and all around amazing this place is!!!! Thank you so much!!

This is a family owned store owned by good, honest folks. I have been here twice and both times they completed the needed repairs quickly. They found that my alignment had contributed to the problem, and offered to fix it for me at a fair price. Yes, recomended.

I have a 2003 Infiniti G35 that was having engine noise issues so I took here in early February and had Brian look it over. The shop was always behind and had a lot cars on the waitlist so it took about 2 weeks for him to get to my vehicle. He told me the timing chain/belt needed to be replaced and that it would cost $2200 to fix. I had to get pre approved for the Napa credit card to pay for it. It took a over a month and a half to get my car back and after driving 3 days the engine noise issue returned and my vehicle would not crank. I immediately called the shop and they told me to get it towed back in so I did. Over the next several weeks I continually asked for updates on the status of my vehicle and received none. Finally around Mid June they told me the engine needed to be replaced and there was nothing they could do. I explained that I had just paid $2200 dollars for a fix that wasn t received and tried to reach a compromise after paying so much money. Still they said it wasn t anything they could do. They dropped my vehicle off in the parking lot of my apartment complex with the battery completely dead in July after continuously forgetting to bring it to me. They had my vehicle for over 5 months. So basically I paid $2200 for a fix I didn t get, spent over $1500 in car rental fees plus over $400 in towing fees to be told there was nothing they could do. Use you best judgment when dealing with this shop. I did not have the best experience and was very disappointed in the lack of communication and effort that was given on Carolina Tire s part. Hopefully someone at the shop will see this and make things better.

We were enroute to Wilmington when we had tire trouble. With 15 minutes to closing the staff happily cared for our spare so that we could safely continue. The staff (to include Emily) was wonderful! Thank you!

Thorough, attentive and honest. My first experience was due to the LOW TIRE PRESSURE readout that came on again.I had air put in the tires by a service center in a different city two weeks prior to my first Carolina Tire Company visit.After putting air in the tires, it was explained I could come back to have the tires checked out if the low tire pressure light came on again, and it did about two weeks later.I returned to CTC. They checked out the tires, and sure enough, there was a small part of nail lodged in the tire. It is a new set of tires. They took care of the tire. I highly recommend Carolina Tire Company. For what my vehicle needed, the service was fast.By the way, the staff and mechanics are always professional; and the plants in the reception area makes waiting on your vehicle being repaired a pleasant experience.

Hands down the best most professional shop in RM. I will be returning for anything related to tires or wheels. Brian was super nice and knowledgeable. Most importantly they knew what they were doing! They may not be the cheapest in town but they know what they are doing! One happy customer thanks a bunch!
