Had an awsome experience Friday! Drove 2 hours to find my perfect fit vehicle! Regan our sales guy really did a great job in helping me! Will Pritchard went beyond to find me what was my fit! Walked away with a 2018 jeep renegade, which is beautiful! From beginning to end and everyone in between made my experience a joyful one! Would definitely recommend!

No high pressure sales tactics at all! Just good business all the way around.I actually was just looking for a GT Mustang! But with the prices they have and absolutely no markup I had to give them a call! The staff was super friendly. I was working and they literally drove the vehicle to me let me drive it. I told him what I wanted for my trade they gave me exactly what I asked for. Again everyone no freaking markup ! No hassle price! Gave me a great discount off of MSRP! If your wanting a new vehicle or even a used these guys don t disappoint. They re worth the trip. Big thanks to finance, sales, and manager for such an awesome experience. If there was a button for 10 stars I d give it to yall.

This was probably the most difficult attempt to buy a car for the advertised (internet) price we could have imagined.Asking for a video walk around of the car running prior to shipping, we recieved only photos of issues on the car like three different manufacturers of the four tires and a damaged windshield frame. Photos looked nothing like the advertisement.Note - it was revealed that employees were "using" the car.First photo is the advertisement. The following were of the actual car...? (see below).After refusing to reduce a $799 administrative fee and a $398 VIP treatment fee of the vehicle, we decided to move on from this mess.

Made an appointment to test drive an used Nissan Rouge. Called them to reconfirm before I started from house as they were 1.5 hrs drive away from me. Was assured the car was available. Once we reached there, we were greeted and asked to wait. After sometime the representative came back and told us he couldn't find the car. He wasn't sure if it was in the body shop, in the repair shop, already sold or if it was loaned to someone else etc. He asked us if we wanted to see some other car. I have never come across a dealership that didn't have proper account of their own inventory.

Our salesman Reagan was enjoyable to work with and he was very attentive to our needs for a truck. We have lived in the Rock Mount area for over 35 years and have owned numerus ford vehicles, this is the first vehicle we have purchased from this dealership.Over the years I have found this dealership not very accommodating and rude. The overall atmosphere and attitude has greatly improved, if this continues, I will return for future purchases.

We had been looking around for an Area51 Ford Bronco and found a new one at this dealership. Reagan was our salesman, and provided us the data we needed and was very willing to help us in our buying decision. He listened and worked with us to close the deal for the Bronco and provided excellent customer service. I would recommend him and the dealership.

We had the best experience here that we ve ever had at a dealership. Reagan was amazing to work with. He searched high and low to find us find the exact truck we were looking for, he did all the work and saved us so much time, and kept us in the loop through the whole process. It felt like working with a friend instead of a pushy salesman. Everyone else was very friendly also, and they gave us more than expected on our trade in. 10/10 would recommend Reagan and this dealership!

This was my best truck buying experience! If you are looking for a vehicle you need to go to Capital Ford of Rocky Mount and ask for Reagan! He stayed well pass closing time and had to deal with my 2 and 4 year old kids but made it so much fun for all of us and I drove away feeling excellent about my purchase! Thank you Reagan for all your help and we will definitely be back to buy our next vehicle!

Jeff Akers is the best! He helped us every step of the way with finding the car we wanted. He would message us and let us know what he found. We finally just decided to order what we really wanted and he helped with that also. He went above and beyond to make this buying experience, great! I'm highly irritated with this place. They had my vehicle for a week. The amount to get my transmission replaced was over $6300. Im here at this very moment.....waiting on them to reset my light that is still on. I have been here for about an hour. They called and said it was ready yesterday. Why am I still waiting. Also my car slams into what ever hear I go into now. It was not doing that before I brung it here. How do companies get a way with being so unprofessional and still manage to stay in business.

Today, we went to Capital Ford in Rocky Mount. When they didnt have the car that we applied for was no longer available. Reagan Clark went above and helped us find a replacement car. He even was able to make it lower. He even had the car being delivered to our house. So..... if you are in the market in looking for a new Ford, go see Reagan.

They re nice people, but when it comes to business, NO . i got screwed over in my vehicle , so many problems, trade in value sucks because I never got told how many previous owners, it s been in accidents I just found out, the transmission has been slipping since I got it, almost 2 years since I ve been driving it i guess that what happeneds with used cars . I take care of my vehicles and i feel stuck

We were traveling to kittyhawk from Oklahoma, and were really needing to reach our destination by a certain time. The steering wheel on our Ford truck was getting wobbly and we stopped by this place and told them our situation that we were far from home. They fixed it in less then an hour and for less then 100 bucks. We were very thankful and all the workers were very helpful and friendly. I'm very grateful they understood our situation and helped us out. Danielle I think was the name of the lady who helped us out and she was super sweet and visited with us about our travels. I'm thankful to her for helping us and sympathizing with our situation!!

Great buying experience. From the time we arrived, through the purchasing experience the staff was polite and professional. Reagan our Sales Consultant was very knowledgeable about the the vehicle we were interested. He answered all our question and made us comfortable with our decision. When we reached the finance office the experience was no different. Danny the Finance manager was very detailed and explained each step of the process and also answered all of our questions to our satisfaction.We will definitely return to the dealership for our next purchase.

Worst dealer I ve ever been to. Scheduled an appointment to have my truck reprogrammed. Drove it there and they tried programming it and couldn t do it, then my truck wouldn t start and they couldn t program it back to how I drove it there. They started on the next car and left me stranded with no rental. They never fixed it I had to fix it myself in the parking lot
