I was referred to Briley's Transmission while traveling out of town, for work purposes.� Thank goodness too.� I literally went from point A, to point B, to finshed.� My vehicle was not displaying any warning signs and I was able to get to Briley's before the close of business day, and my vehicle was fixed by the close of business, the very next day (and at more than fair price).� In addition, I was able to continue on in my journey for another 1,500 miles and made it home safely without any problems.�� Thank you, thank you, thank you, THANK YOU BRILEY'S!!

I have an older pickup that everyone in the family was ready to right off, but Briley's took and had the truck back to running smoothly way faster than expected and at well under what I thought it would be. Customer service was excellent and they were upfront and honest about how much a worst-case would be, but when the problem was not a severe problem they fixed only what needed to be fixed. Highly recommend and if I ever have any problems with the transmission again, they are the shop I am going to.

2016 Chevrolet Suburban 200K miles. They went above and beyond on rebuilding my transmission as it tends to need to eventually be done on all these year models this make. Thanks for the courtesy and professionalism!

Charged 50 dollars to tell me what I already knew about the transmission. This week they demanded car be picked up immediately when they quoted me a price that was higher than value of the car last week. This demand for immediate removal was after I offered to give them 100 to leave it there a few weeks until I could find a buyer and they had agreed to do so last week. They lost my business for life.Service: Transmission

Our transmission quit on us but one quick call and he had me towed in in about an hour. BRILEY s had me repaired and back on the road in just a few days .I bet a dealership couldn t do that!Great customer service, professionalism and courtesy. Briley's was great! I was nervous about getting my transmission replaced when mine went out. They educated me. They helped me to order a remanufactured transmission to same me money. Then they installed it in a quick manner. There was a small noise afterwards due to an exhaust leak and they fixed that without hesitation at no extra cost for the extra day of work and that's huge considering a mechanic's time. Overall I would highly recommend Briley's and I very rarely due these kind of recommendations.Service: Transmission

Broke down on 95 heading home. Towed the truck and talked to David the next morning. He said he could fix it and gave me a fair price. Truck had an aftermarket trans and even having to deal with the company the truck was fixed in a reasonable amount of time. Super friendly, honest and ethical. I live up north but would take my trucks here anytime. Thanks for the great work.Service: Transmission

I was treated like family while broken down in North Carolina. The amazing staff and mechanics at Briley s Transmission were honest and fair. They did a great job diagnosing my situation, And fixed it in a timely manner, for a very fair price. They even gave me a ride to get a rental car. I am very thankful for their hospitality. Gave Briley's a call about my transmission on a 2009 Chevy Traverse .went in 2 weeks later totally rebuilt transmission with 1 year warranty!! Great price and great service!! If you got a transmission problem I highly recommend Brileys Transmission!!

I highly Recommend Briley's Transmission.!!!!They were very courteous and trustworthy.They went out of there way to help me.If I need any repairs in the future, I will definitely go back to them.

Fast quality work!!had to have a transmission rebuilt in a 03 Tahoe and only took a few days and haven t have a problem at all!!!! Would definitely would recommend them over AAMCO!!!

Paid up front for a transmission rebuild... Needless to say it wasn't done right. They drained all my fluids and didn't add more except for the transmission.. long story short no oil no water equals a blown motor
