I loved that so many women work at this store! Brittany was very helpful. She replaced my battery and removed the corrosion. Everyone in the store was really nice. I live in Raleigh, but I'd come back here for the friendliness and comfortability.

Brittany Moody. The manager. Thank God for her. The Mercedes dealership was gonna charge me 3500 and she told me try a new battery first. It worked like a charm. And this isn't the first time she's helped me!!! She would be an amazing GM. How often does someone save you 3500 dollars and she's constantly polite and professional. Very hard working young lady. They will forever have my business because of HER!!!!!!!! GOD BLESS HER

Cody was excellent! Went in to replace a battery and the staff were pretty nice but not very knowledgeable. Cody was able to answer all of my questions and went above and beyond. It s hard to find good employees these days so make sure you treat and pay him well because he is an asset to the company!

There is a worker named Roy Williams, and I am appalled about his attitude and behavior! He has a very snarky attitude and I even seen him go off on a fast food worker and I caught a glimpse of his name tag, as he was slamming his fist on the counter. As a worker he should understand that a little compassion goes a long way.

They have a good selection of products. They had in stocks everything I needed. The required parts were reasonable priced. I also found the staff to be professional, polite, and very helpful! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Auto Zone to my family and friends!!!

If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULDTERRIBLE CUSTOMERS SERVICE his name was William Roy or something like that I went there looking for some tire shine he was very unhelpful and very aggressive to me as a customer when recommended products. Is this who u want represent your brand why is he still there???

Blanca installed my battery in less then 5 mins and had me back on the road in no time. I still had a 8 hour drive. Thank you for helping me and my family get to my destination. Amazing service. Clean environment.

I went in with battery concerns; without hesitation, Sherry picked up her trusty tester, walked outside and checked my battery. Her honesty was very welcomed. She let me know that the battery was reading dead but could last a day, a week or until I could buy another one. I bought some battery cleaner and prayed for the best. I really appreciated her confidence with helping me .

The people that work here always know their stuff. Anytime I go here they look up whatever I'm looking for and offer suggestions based on my car make and model. I always go here first to get a battery check and alternator check . They give you a print out with details. Great service!

Thanks to the nice crew here they saved me over $500. I had a place that specializes in BMW repair tell me I needed some part to fix my check engine light. Instead the staff at Autozone figured out that I just needed a $25 gas cap. Yes a gas cap. Thanks fellas!!

This has been my store Since I have moved to Rocky Mount I have been buying parts from this store for 5 years Today was the 1st day I went in there at the going in there for 30B2 sensor scan They refused to scan my truck due to covid They just scan my truck last week they scan my truck 2 weeks before that they scan on the truck 2 months ago and today they say covid is the reason I can't scan it I will not go to the store I will change auto parts store

Best experience ever! Came once because my battery had corrosion, they recommended I clean it then bring it back to check. Once I came back they said my battery was bad and not only gave me a new one but as the payment was processing they had the manager replace my battery and I was out right after payment!! They re super nice and helpful!!

I went in to get wiper blades and was helped by Satasha. She got me my blades and installed them for me. I am disabled so it was so helpful. I will recommend that my friends go to your store.

Bought a new ac compressor & didn't work so I brought it back to the store and they wouldn't exchange it for another 1. 2 year warranty & I had it a hour. Bad business won't be spending my money on boot leg parts.

Defective part bad customer support and care. Engine light is on go to Auto Zone Bellvenue ROCKY MOUNT. Clerk says that he/she can't go out and check your OB2 for you mind you tho the signs read We check engine light on for you. That may have been served before Covid. Oh they will go outside and battery test, what u will do a battery test under Zone Covid but not test OB2 seem a little bit odd.Any who I did use Zone OB2.tester and code reading was error 340 cam sensor badPurchase value craft brand remarkable there brand is defective.
