I came in to purchase front rotors. I had expected to spend a pretty penny but the associate suggested I get the rotors and the brakes after which I d qualify for a 15% off DEAL!! They were fast and got me in and out.

Very helpful!! I came in because I was hearing a screeching noise under the hood. The young lady came to my vehicle and checked it out for me. She discovered I needed a new pulley.

The AutoZone: on Great street!They used to be better: but now they suck all to beHell. And Their prices are ridiculous. Bad atmosphere. All these unprofessional women working there There; that don't know a thing about cars. That Really turns me off.

They re okay. I just wish they was more knowledgeable on cars & parts. They will go out their way to try to help though. The workers are really nice.

I came in with issues when starting the car in November 13, 2022. Davin came out checked my battery and let me know I had a dead cell in my battery. He checked the system to see if there was a compatible battery. He was so informative and helpful. He ensured that me and the children were warm and safe as he replaced the battery. He is definitely an asset to the company and I will return to this location and recommend it because I received superb customer service.

I went to the Grace street location in Rocky mount and they were very helpful in making sure they had the right part in stock. Definitely had excellent customer service! Will be returning to this location in the future if need be.

I needed wheel studs for my camper. While the staff did not understand matching thread pitch and length, They were friendly and allowed me to match up my nut. I will return here.

Love coming to this store they always get you in and out. This morning Jacob was my salesman and I must say he was awesome went above and beyond to help. Even wish me happy holidays definitely made me feel appreciated!

initially pleased with friendly staff, checked and charged my battery, BUT then "couldn't understand why unable to check alternator". I made it 15 miles to a competitive chain store who was able to check it. Just took a little effort. The "other store" is where I bought alternator and since then a radiator.

Called beforehand and was assured parts were at grace street address drive to pick up parts. Guess what one item is not in store customers services is very lacking. Thermostat and gasket for Subaru Forester got Thermostat at Grace street and travel to benevenue for gasket.No courtesy for my time and gasStill full price. Long time customer but not knowing how much Covid has changed how good customer service is no longer there...

Traveled 45 minutes to see if they was much nicer and more willing to help us. We had an ignition coil that we didnt need. It was still under 90 days since we purchased it and the manager was there and was being so rude. Wouldn't even type the receipt number in to give us the refund. So we went to another autozone because 1 of the employees at this store told us to go to the other 1 that they would help us. And sure enough they helped us and refunded our money back. I mean why keep something when u no longer need it. It was $109.00.

My experience with this guys was horrible. Their management and professionalism and training skills need alot of help. Benjamin and the grey headed lady included. I will never shop at AutoZone again..

Paying attention to detail is the main problem with 99% of most businesses , and good service in REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME , with the job done right!! AutoZone is no exceotion! You talk to these people they jump and THINK they know what type of car you have! Or part. Listening is what they lack bad!
