Terrible service and employees that work there definitely don't care about their jobs. Having worked there, the management is pretty bad as well.Pros:Super Flexible hours.20% Discount on store itemsGood quality partsMembership program with good discountsDecent sales on automotive cosmetic itemsCons:No benefits for making sales besides "more" hours. (Only the GM gets a true benefit)Part time is no more than 20 hours and they expect you to be on call on your days off if you want more hours.No pay based on experience. Management seems to be looking for a certain type of employee that simply only just wants a job. Everyone starts at 10.25 at this location.Disrespectful employees. They do what ever they want when they get to work despite the GM being around.Some managers are too good to do things that are expected like change wind shield wipers n batteries.The GM schedules her employees based upon equal hours and "sales" instead of giving hours to those who do and show hard work.Only a .75 cent raise to be a "assistant" manager from 10.25, meaning there is little to no type of opportunity for growth at this location.Hard work goes unnoticed and took advantage of.Favoritism. I seen employees wearing inappropriate attire that goes against their uniform policy but no one says anything to them.I don't know how other stores operate but this one was a special case that compelled me to write my first review. I wouldn't recommend anybody in the area to shop or work here. Go to the other store on Sunset avenue across town. If I was district or even GM, I'd fire almost whole staff and start anew.Hope this helps!---Blessings

My experience here was amazing!! Talk about southern hospitality! I just moved here from Dallas. I've experienced so many lack luster unprofessional places since moving here to Rocky Mount. The staff at this Rocky Mount location made me feel so much better. My starter went out. Ms Keyunna called her personal mechanic, even had several lifelong customers jump in to help! Not to mention the possible theft insident at this location which is in a not so great area. Even with all of this going on, never once did they miss a beat!! They need some sort of merit raise for always going above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable. Honor this staff here!! By giving them their due public recognition.

If its one reason i would always come to this store is because of Ms Peggy. This was a real helpful woman. To top it all off she look like she was in her 60's. Real nice and very helpful and productive.

The customer service is stellar, smiles, and attention as soon as you walk in the door. Willing to help with small auto dyi like; wipers, batteries, diagnostics. Like the Postmen, all weather they will stand inyhe wind and rain to replace your battery or wipers.

Depending on the location you visit you'll pretty much get ignored at this one, 25 minutes to pay for a battery terminal i picked up off the rack, ill stick with orileys or auto zone from now on

Very friendly staff. Needed a battery, they tested and put it in for me. They were very helpful in locating what I needed and what would be best for me.

They have people working there that have no business working there without knowledge of how to fix a damn car. Told my son he needed an alternator when in fact he needed a battery.
