My experience with Mr. Tom has always been great he gives you the best lowest rates and will even refer you to another mechanic if he can t do the work, as a retired mechanic he works because of the kindness of his heart to help the Roberts automotive family out. I ve been doing business with Mr. Tom over 20+ years even when he was on airport road. I would highly recommend his business and he also referred me to Tony s on airport road he has the same business mindset at Roberts s I highly recommend him as well. Prices very reasonable and affordable!Update!! They re closing!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Air conditioning, Oil change

The most honest and reasonable repair shop around. Can trust the work and always goes above to make sure everything checks out. Sure it's a mom and pops place but all these corporate places you just feel like like you are being ripped off and you leave and next thing you know you havn more problems than before.

Yes they have great and friendly mechanics here. But the old caucasian lady that works in the office was very very rude and nasty talking to me over a price that was given to me by the mechanic. The way she spoke to me made me think she might be racist, but I don't tolerate DISRESPECT PERIOD!! Especially if i didnt disrespect you in any kind of way. I believe the shop could run alot better if she wasn't employed there....that's just my opinion.

Great people to deal with!! Very reasonable price to repair my car. Unfortunately they only take cash or check, otherwise I would give them 5 stars.

Very good and fast service my car broke down near them and they fixed it right away only took like an hr and price was very good
