Hello Ladies and gentlemen please watch out for our Transportation services such as Area Richmond Transit.the female owner of our Transit services makes a negotiable price $4.00 for in town and an extra $1.00 every time you leave a mile away from the city.However, the owner of Transit will refuse to pick you up when they claim they came by they don't honk the Horn when your waiting on Developmental Dr. and they won't bother to turn around they won't give a damn if you are stranded out in developmental drive like a bum needing help. Employees some times lie when they went to the wrong address . Watch out for our transportation!!! I know the going to cancel my next trip when i call them but .

My mother has to use this service for her transportation and it's dreadful. First off, they have no means to pay except cash. Really, is this 1945?! It would be nice if she was able to purchase an unlimited pass to use the van as much as she needs to for a monthly fee. Or if she could even use her debit card. You have to pay with cash and have the exact amount. If people had transportation to go around getting cash they wouldn't need a transportation service, now would they? She also says the people in the office are rude and the drivers are reckless. Come on Richmond county, do better than this.

Tried to call and get assistance for a ride for my husband. I got put on hold for 20 minutes. I hung up and called back and she put me on hold again. To me that is no way to run an agency. I did call to complain but I got an answering machine. Left a message but still haven't heard anything.

Coming from a city that has transportation 24/7 365 days a year to this small town with absolutely NO reliable transportation is really shocking to your system!! Richmond County your transportation system is absolutely TRASH!! Scheduled a 6am pick up and its 6:44a and my ride still hasn't shown up yet!! Just sad!!

Horrible company. Incompetence personified. They have phones, but obviously do not know how to use them. You're better off walking. Just like EVERYTHING else in Richmond County, it needs to be eliminated.

This transportation service is TRASH!! The people in the office are very rude and lack customer service skills! Richmond County need to get a better transportation service for this area!!!!

They'll make a handicapped person stand around for 45 minutes sometimes but if you're not out there for some reason when they show up they will only give you a few minutes to get out there.
