Very professional and always friendly. Rex Sr and Jr are laid back and always take care of business like they say they will. Very satisfying to have company like this in Richmond county!!

perfomed an excellent diagnosis on an older toyota sdk8 of ours that was "running away". replaced parts needed to get her back in service. very knowledgeble group of people. just dont bug them while there fixing it. every time they have to answer phone they have to put a tool down. we highly recommend them

I had some work done on my tractor weeks ago they did a good job , mobile mechanic came out and did the job came then came back to finish putting in a part he had to take with him . i was not home when he came back and did not know he even replaced it till i called the following Monday . i still don't understand that but anyway . long story short i needed some more work done after that on a different area of my machine . i asked the mechanic could he come by again he said sure a week went by , he said sure next week , after that he said im going on vacation maybe the following week, after that he said maybe Friday then he added i can't make any promises , I patiently waited almost a month only for him to tell me hey bud , no hard feelings but you probably need to find another mechanic sorry. i was stunned , i paid my bill , replaced his hydraulic fluid he used , i felt i proved to be a reliable paying and trustworthy customer . but i guess my business was not big enough for them , or its something else that has less to do with me and more to do with him , i am very disappointed .i even went by there to get some clarification on this because i was still shocked but still in my mind thinking not a big deal we talk its over i even texted him and said i would bring a pizza up there how many people good hearted enough to even gesture that ? i found he he told them he felt he was being pushed really ? thats a good problem to have then i'm sure a lot of businesses would love to do work and make money that is waiting for them . i responded no its not like that. i was only going off what he was telling me and time frame he set trying to explain but he kept moving the goal posts . ok so they took my number again and said we been backed up and now we gotta put out all these fires . we'll try to get to you in a cuple days . i even texted mechanic now that i heard something and said i apologize if you felt i pressured you but again i said i only went of what you told me , crickets ! anyone ealse would have been like cool no worries lets move forward , thats what i expected but this only proves he didn't care in the first place .. listen this is a mom and pop operation and unfortunately this is the only show in town , there is no arbitration to work out petty stuff and quite frankly pending on the situation i don't think they care if you ever get you stuff fixed or not .

Needed a rental forklift in Rockingham, NC. Original search for "Rental Forklift" did not bring Piedmont Lift up and showed me companies in another town. A refined searched found then as a Hydraulic Repair service so I called them to see if they could refer me to someone local. Low and behold they rent forklifts.Spoke with Rex on the phone and he was very polite and responsive to our immediate needs and was able to get a lift out to the job site by lunch.Pricing was good for the one day rental and the trip charges for drop & removal were fair.I recommend using this company if you need a rental lift local to the Rockingham, NC area.

Extremely nice employees!! Had an old piece of machinery that had sat for years and at the time they were very busy but worked me into their schedule. They had it up in running in a few days!! Great family owned businesses!!!
