Employees were very rude and unprofessional...Need NEW respectful workers at the one located in Rockingham N.C.. Cause I've never been in a place of business and was treated so terrible.

I was on my way home from a vacation to the beach when I heard a loud boom. It was cold air intack hose to the turbo. It had blown a hole in it. Johnathan the Assistant Manager from the O Rielly s in Rockingham can out to where we had broken down about 3miles out of town. We couldn t get the part that day even after calling every where he know. He ordered the part for next day delivery and came out the next day to put it on. Johnathan is truly an amazing young man( your mamma do good). He even went a step above and to so get us a propane tank in that ours had ran out and out refrigerator runs off propane.Thank you Johnathan and O Rielly s Autoparts These are the kind of people we need to be taking care of because we loose them all to fast.

Kinda hard to find quality affordable parts for a foreign vehicle. Luckily O'Reillys had it taken care of. They have a good group of employees that are well educated in vehicles and parts etc.

There is one guy there and unfortunately I'm not positive of his name but I think its Donte. I will say that young man has always gone the extra steps to help me out. I would recommend O'Reilly to everyone.

Went there for some advice on my Honda Civic. They do give advice for free, you know. At least they didn't tell me where to put it, ha. Seriously, very friendly and well informative of my request.

Perfect visit. Got one guy in there who works on race cars and told me that ultra black gasket maker is all he uses on his cars and well that's some good info to hear. Ppl in here are. very nice and knowledgeable

I like this place. But my first choice is local owned business 1st. O'Reilly is the place I go if local owned business doesn't have what I need.

Yes they were great I bought windshield wiper blades fellow put on for me in one state crossed line 1 hour down road wiper kept falling off got to the other state found a store along the way and they made it right

I don't have any negative thoughts about this business.Honestly, I don't see the difference between this and the other two businesses except for the brands available.

I purchase a few things from O"Reilly's. They have high quality products. And if you need a tool... They will loan you one and they performe several free things. They have signs on the windows. Check it out, everyone is happy to help you.

I went to purchase a battery and I was told that it couldn t be put in because it was raining. So went back after it stop and ask could they put it in the guy Will told the other guy working there he could go out there but he wasn t with a attitude. But if you don t won t to do your job you shouldn t came to work..

I prefer O'Reilys when shopping for auto parts. From my experience they offer better deals than the competitors and know how for what you're doing. This a great place that you should choose for your auto and misc. needs.

Best auto parts store in rockingham hands down and if by chance they don't have what you need they can usually get it by the next day

Had to go there 5 times because they kept giving and ordering the wrong part,it was like a woman couldn't be right about a part she needed for her car. But i got them straight and got my money back.
