Jamie and Jessi made purchasing our new trailer easy and seamless. They had excellent customer service. I was in and out in no time. In addition to this, they went above and beyond what was needed! Y'all know exactly why you deserve a 1 star. Call me and I'll be glad to talk about my horrible service. Okay, since no one ever called me, I'll be glad to tell my story. I went to this trash business about 2 months ago and wanted to buy a trailer straight out with my significant other. I told the employee that I wanted to add both him and myself to the title, but I wanted my home address to be used. He told me I had to update my driver's license in order to do that, so I went through the painful headache of getting a new license that showed my current address. When we went to pick up the temp title I saw that the employee did not put my name or address on it. Both of the employees disrespected me, trying to claim that's not what I wanted and I was not going to leave the facility until it was corrected. However, the only option for his mistake was to make my significant other pay another hundred dollars for another temp title that included my name and my address on it. Why should we have to pay for your employees mistake? When it was time to pick up the new title, this same employee contacted me and told me the new title was ready. When we arrived there, the title had not been notarized! Why?! Why did your incompetent employee call me just to have us sit there and wait for y'all to figure out how to get it notarized? To make this purchase even more regrettable, it's only been about a month-and-a-half since I've had this stupid trailer and it's already rusting all over the place. I have included images for everyone to see. I hope that these same employees read this and know how much they ruined my day and I hope that I ruined yours as well. I have included images for everyone to see this piece of trash you sold me.

Well I was passing though Rockingham and drove past Leonard's several times before I stopped in to see there prices on there trailer when I did I talked to Jesse Dyer what a great guy and a great salesman I bought a 6�10 utility trailer when we hooked it up we found that I had a blown fuse in my truck that wouldn't let the lights work properly he took the time after the store was closed to run me to the auto parts store to get a new fuse .. I was from out of town and didn't know where nothing was and had the fuse box tore apart he helped me get it all working properly..this place went above and beyond what customer service should be ... I would DEFINITELY recommend place to anyone looking to buy a trailer!!! Keep up the good work guys!!!!

If all the other Leonard stores is like the one in Rockingham NC then they are awesome. The guys at Rockingham Leonard's was on point. Got ke an appointment fast and super fast turn around. Great quality work on my spray on bed liner. Super nice guys to work with. They went out of their way to help me and give me the best price they could. Definitely gonna do business with them again. Highly recommended

The guys at the Rockingham dealer are super cool. They didn't rush me through or pressure me into a deal. Also during my time at the dealer, we had downpours of rain, and they didn't mind us just hanging out until it quit. After an hour it was still pouring, so the guys went out in the pouring rain to load us up. They went above and beyond to make the trailer shopping experience a pleasant one.

Took my Leer retrax bed cover system that I ordered from Amazon just a month ago. Had issues with the retrax not retracting. Jessie made a call. I came back in. Took 15 minutes and ready to go. Working perfectly. Thanks Jessie.
