Heather Hildreth was amazingly helpful ! Her charm and personality put her a cut above any other sales person I have ever met. If you re even thinking about a Nissan or used car make sure to give Griffin Nissan a chance and definitely ask for Heather !

We bought a used truck in August and took it back within 2 days for repairs. We were told that there is a shortage on the parts needed to repair it. We have it in writing that the repairs will be made at no charge to us as soon as the parts are available. My husband and I have called and Dan will no longer return our calls. It would be nice to know when our truck will be repaired so we can use it instead of it sitting in our yard. I don t like making payments on a vehicle that we cannot use. Just a simple phone call is all we re asking for. We need an update.

Best service around. I have bought 2 new vehicles from Griffin Nissan and will buy my next one there as well because the service is second to none. I have moved from the area but still travel over 2 hours from Laurens, SC to get my service completed!!! Thank you Rockingham Griffin Nissan for your outstanding customer service!!

Go somewhere else! You'd get better service from Champion Ford than you would at Griffin Nissan! (I mention Champion because they're not owned by Griffin, so you might stand a chance of getting your vehicle actually fixed the first time!)Reply to Griffin Nissan response:1) My complaint wasn't about the amount of time Griffin Nissan kept the car, but the fact that you did not fix the problems I initially asked to be fixed, and then charged me twice for those same problems.2) The problem I had (the reason I had to take it back) WAS listed on the card I gave the service manager on my initial trip to the service department.3) I talked to Jeremy. He informed me that the service technician, without even looking at my car, would remember EVERYTHING he did 3-4 weeks prior to our conversation because my car was the only 2001 Nissan Sentra he would have seen during that time. (He obviously has perfect memory recall! With a memory like that, he's wasted on the service industry!)4) Griffin Nissan charged me a 2nd diagnostic charge to figure out what the problem was... A problem they did not fix the first time. But, in doing so, they broke the clamps that attach the handle trim to the door frame. Now, it simply lifts right off!I'd be afraid to take my car back to Griffin Nissan because I'm afraid of what else they'll break and try to charge me for!

Went to Griffin to trade my car and the salesman had me thinking I was doing just that. All came down to getting another car, but he didn t include it as a trade. He done what he wanted to in order to sell a vehicle. Not very proffessional Mr. Sellers!

Just don't have nothing nice to say. Very bad experience on today, very unprofessional employees and Bad Blood ,Bad For Business. I wonder what the owner has to think or does ,it doesn't even matter at this point.... Unpleasant experience all within a month...

I went to this Nissan place to get work done. An oil change and to check my battery. The price for the oil change is expensive but that I can get over it was necessary but the battery which has a guarantee wasn't what I thought it was. For a guaranteed battery there is a limit and said no battery was placed in my car battery acid all connectors. I thought about installing a new battery that the post would be clean and I would not have to worry about something I felt shouldn't have been done considering I bought a new battery. This place is close to where I live but I never liked using them because their service is not good. I will give credit to the gentleman that helped me with the intake of the service for my car each time I have been in has been excellent and that is the only reason I even considered going back.

Where to begin.. Mark in service, Heather sales manager, Harold my salesman and Derwin in finance so many great things these people did for me. I had a truck with issues and was able to trade it and come home with a Brand New Sentra. I told them what I needed and could afford and they surpassed my expectations. Thank you and a great survey is not enough to say what these people have done for us over the last couple weeks. You will not be disappointed if you go there. Ask for these folks and tell them Verna sent you.!

DO NOT GIVE THIS ESTABLISHMENT YOUR MONEY.. Poor service department. We were from out of town and we purchased a coil pack and spark plug for our Nissan pathfinder from an auto parts store nearby because we were going to put parts on ourselves but decided to go to this dealership because they could get us in right away on a Saturday. The mechanic suggested using Nissan only parts but we already purchased another brand and asked them to put those on. It ran worse afterwards and their excuse was we didn't use Nissan parts. We took it to our mechanic back home and he stated that the spark plug we paid them to install was not gapped (as you can see in photo below ) when he pulled it out which needs to be done and the non Nissan coil pack we purchased worked perfectly fine. Our car is running perfect now even with the "NON NISSAN" parts that Griffin Nissan claims were the problem. The service manager Jeremy refuses to accept responsibility for his departments mistakes. We offered to send this photo but Jeremy refused to even discuss it.. We left an email for the owner of Griffin and he did not even have the decency to respond.

I have been going to Fayetteville NC to get my car service since that it where I purchased it but decided to go to Griffin Nissan in Rockingham NC since its only about 20 miles away. The service reps were nice and the service was fairly quick. My complaint with them is they are sloppy/careless in details. On the way home I noticed the service sticker placed on my windshield, there were greasy fingerprints and smears all around it. When I got home I looked and there are greasy spots on the door and the hood where the tech opened and closed them. I raised the hood and there was oil left on a couple of spots that could of and should have been wiped off. I had a ceramic coating applied to my car shortly after getting it and I try to keep it looking clean. See attached photos.

I decided to not go through with servicing my car at Nissan just because of the service dept itself. The gentlemen that check you in do nothing but complain and worry about the AC in the building more than waiting on the customers. Had to call in to get my diagnostic results myself because they didn't call me but stated they did twice in which I have voicemail and didn't leave a message either. Plus they sent a text when I first checked in to follow the process through the link but didn't send my results until I called to see what was going on. So basically my car sit there for 2 days when it could have been started on if I was told about the outcome in a timely matter. So I took my car somewhere else to get the transmission changed. The gentlemen checking customers in need to be retrained or replaced...in my opinion

We recently purchased a new Nissan Kicks from Griffin Nissan. It was the best experience we've had purchasing a vehicle, in a while! After trying to deal with other car lots & finding mark-ups, high pressure sales and extra fees, we were fortunate to find Griffin. No mark-ups, no tricks! Incredibly nice sales staff! So glad we found them!
