These people are great, younger fella at the counter is super nice and resourceful. If he didn t know the answer for something he went and asked.The younger tattooed lady that works the front counter, equally as nice and resourceful.I dont trust many people to work on my truck besides Ford but Blacks Tire does a great job for a fair price and they get you in and out as fast as possible. Pic is just for the people that work there, trucks been there a couple of times they may know who i am with this review and pic of the truck. Highly recommend.

I had a tire notice of low tire pressure. I had put air in the tire, and it was low again 2 days later. (I hadn't driven it in the 2 days, just checked tire pressure). I am camping and had to find a place. Good reviews made me pick them.When I checked in, we went outside to look at tire. Nail was spotted right away. They would try to plug it, but I might need to replace tires.Figured out I would only have to replace 2 tires if that was the route I had to go.I got lucky. The tech said he was able to fix the tire. I added an oil change since I didn't need to purchase tires.While I was waiting, the girl from customer service came over to speak with an elder lady. I don't know what her situation was, but it wasn't going to cost her anything. She was so grateful. She then asked to hug the girl. It was a very touching moment. They seem to really care about customers. Highly recommend, and when I am in the area I will use them if needed.

I had a fantadtic experience at Black's Tire & Auto Service in Rockingham, NC. The work was excellent, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The cost was less than HALF the quote for the same work from the dealership. I go to Black's for any work I need on my vehicle. They get the work done, stand behind there work for two years, and do their best to make sure you are satisfied. I just love being able to know the work will be done right and completely.

I was able to walk in for an alignment and they had it done prior to what was expected. They wanted to ensure I knew about a recall that was needed and to make sure they did great work. I have always had a great experience with the staff at the Rockingham location and will continue to bring my truck there for alignments. Truck actually drives as it should after they did the alignment.

BTS is an excellent auto mechanic provider. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They perform excellent work and in a timely manner. Not sure of the guys name but I think he's the service manager and he's a great guy and seems genuine.

I'm using my wife account the employees and service is always great. I went on a sat. and they where short handed and was still able to get me in and out quick. I had a oil change and tire rotation. I will be going back every 5000 miles. Thanks yall

First timer here. Brought my car in for oil change & tire rotation service. I, also, suspected a brake problem so was not surprised when the technician advised that the front brakes were, in fact, worn out. What I did not expect was the two nails they found in one of my tires. Was upset at first about having to replace the tire but it was explainedto me, in detail, so that I could understand why it had to be replaced rather than patched. Truly grateful & confident that I m being well taken care of at Black s.

I got everything done to my car that I needed fast professionally. I did not need an appointment and at a reasonable price. Very happy with them. Would highly recommend.

I highly recommend BTS in Rockingham, NC. Professional, courteous, thorough. Explained every repair needed, which ones were needed immediately, and which ones could wait and how long. Caring and not high pressure. Work performed was excellent quality. Nice waiting area. And they have their own brake lathe.

Very quick and convenient. Staff was warm and polite. They just sometimes forget to put tops back on or clip things back together. I truly check behind them bc they human and it s not intentional. Would I go back yes.

Yesterday March 5, of all things had to happen to me at wrong time but at the right place. A Completely flare tire and with my mother in the car with me but right infront of this Shop. In 20 mins thanks to Mr. Drake who changed and put a new tire on and out the door! Thank you again

Have brought several vehicles to them. Consistently have fair prices, no surprises at the register, exceptionally friendly staff who take the time to make sure they understand the issue and to explain the repairs done, and best of all they stand by their work.

These are the most patient people. I carried my bmw to them to have different rims put on. They did an awesome job. I would definitely recommend them to others

Needed my brakes checked out because they were starting to squeak and they were honest enough to let me know there was nothing wrong with my brakes. Probably some dust on them. Need to start driving my vehicle more. I would definitely go back to Black's Tire in Rockingham, NC for service!

Do not do business with this shop. They are worse than useless they are a waste of time and money. They couldn't even change a tire blowout and never called me back when I was first call of the day and lined them out on simple flat rate work the mechanics would've fought over because its so day 1. Go down the street to Moss where they know what they're doing. I've been told blacks has been in town 8 months - at this rate I would say they have about 6 months left until the doors are shuttered if this is how they treat paying customers.I fixed my own truck in their parking lot right in front of them. Office lady is an unpleasant person. Id call her a name but she lacks the depth and warmth.
