Excellent service! Josh made sure I had the correct wiper blades (front and back) and adapters. I was in and out with my new blades in about 15 minutes!

I visited the store one evening without realizing the hours of operation. I arrived approximately five minutes after closing. A bit disappointed because it was an emergency, as I turned to leave walking back to our vehicle the night manager opened the door and listened to my concern. She then allowed my son and I to enter and purchase what was needed. I left not only satisfied but very appreciative and grateful for the customer service and professionalism I received from the store. I began to think this type of service no longer existed. A many of big businesses forget they serve people. Thanks Autozone you made our week that much easier. Truck is running like a top.

Quick fast and friendly. It is like 2 minutes from my house and for the most part they have the parts I have needed when I go here. 8 have recently found the self check out. Woohoo! I don't mind using the self checkout as long as I don't have to have specific parts for the vehicle.

My husband went to your store today . Daniel waited on him . He was very helpful, courteous, and professional. He and another employee installed his battery and made sure it was working . He would highly recommend this store .

Went to purchase a handheld buffer today and a couple of other items. The buffer i picked out was listed on the shelf for $31.99 and it rang up $100. Whatever happen to the customer always being right?And the 2 managers wanted to argue with me about how much it really was. Doesnt matter how much it rang up. You have to sell it to me for what it was listed on the rack for. Want get another dime of my hard earned $$ anymore

To the staff at Autozone in Rockingham, thank you does not even begin to express how we feel!!! When we came to your parking lot and then our car broke down you were so willing to render aid to us. After figuring out that our alternator had gone out, Kerri had just gone off the clock and offered to assist us in installing the new one. What we all thought would be a simple removal and install ended up taking up 2 hours. Management ended up coming out to render further assistance to finish getting the job done. So again thank you, thank you, thank you to Kerri, Cam, Preston, Daniel, everyone at the Rockingham Autozone!!! You all were car savers that day!!!

I recently visited this store from out of town after needing some brakes for my wife's car. I was only gonna buy the basic pads until the guy named Clark explained the benefits of upgrading to the Gold pads such as no brake dust and no noise like some of the other pads at other stores. He seemed very knowledgeable about the parts and suggested that I get the pack of brake grease to help them wear evenly. My wife says her car stops smother than when she first got it and if she's happy, then I'm happy. Thanks Clark!!

I had a rather unique problem and the manager went out of his way to get me going. Absolutely top notch people. Reasonable prices too. Im going to use them whenever I need auto parts and Id recommend them to anybody.

The store was clean. Angry customers there at the time and law enforcement was present. Staff was disappointing, had to get store gift card versus cash or putting it back on my debt card. Returned some head light bulbs and misplaced my receipt. Can't return products without receipt unless they are warranty items. Even though they take your phone number and pull up an account with every purchase.should have a pir have history and reciepys on file? Right? No staff were ride about the whole thing. Obviously rude to the other couple who was irate. I will go to other stores in the area from them for all my parts Nd vehicle maintenance needs.

John was very helpful this afternoon with finding a starter to fit my 1981 Ford f350 Dump Truck that had the motor replaced over the years before I purchased it recently. It was not a simple look up but he continued to research and pull one from the shelf to find a match. Please see that he gets the recognition that he deserves. Excellent customer service! I visited there on a Sunday because my check engine light came on while I was traveling being a single female I was really scared going from North Carolina back to South Carolina that my car would break down the manager female by the way was extremely helpful and knowledgeable I thank her so much it was indeed my catalytic converter!

On February 27th, I came in the store needing a serpentine belt. I thought I could put it on & head back to High Point. I got the belt & proceed to put it on but there was a problem. Two employees: Pam Wicker & Jose Colon came out to see about the belt being to big. After they see it's to big. I bring the old belt in to go by. Jose, showed Hailey Wheeler how to measure the belt. They gave me another (smaller) & Pam came out again to see what was going on. Need I say that the store was getting busy. Pam, asked me if she could try & she also said, "we got to get you back to High Point". I moved to the side & watched her worked the belt around the pulleys & the adjusted pulled to the side the belt barley fit on the adjusted pulley. Pam, told me to take the belt off & bring it back in. She goes in the back, come out with a belt, & said try this one. We go out & run the belt around the pulleys. It looks like this one was to short also, but with an extra pull it went around the adjustable pulley. It's very nice to know that people will go out of their way to help customers & they went above & beyond their way. I like to thank the 3 of you so much for helping me.

Store is clean and organized. Im a first time female car owner and came for engine Splash Shield clips. Walked around for a while no assistance was offered. Went to the register asked the employee myself where the product was located. He showed me the location and offered no further assistance other than telling me I would have to go outside and pull out the clips from underneath my car myself as he rushed back to the computer he was on.

My family and I were driving down to Charlotte to drop my sister off for college and it started raining hard down the highway. We had all of her stuff in the back of my dads pick up trunk and no tarp so we re freaking out and pulled over at this autozone to buy some. The employees told us to pull up close to the building so that our stuff in the back was safe from the rain, and helped us put the tarp on the truck. Thank you so much Visent for helping us out! We really appreciate it and hopefully you staff safe during the pandemic...I really do recommend coming here because of the generosity of the employees. Y all have to give Visent some recognition for that <3

This store doesn't even rate one star. I walked into the store and started telling the clerk I had a motorhome battery in my car that I needed to replace. She really didn't listen, and was watching 3-4 workers in the back who were having a discussion. She said "let me see what they're doing". With no further explanation she walked away from me. She seemed to be arguing with them. The only customer I saw then walked out from where they were, but still no one came to ask me what I wanted. I had never been to AutoZone before, and won't go again. It was just the first auto parts store I saw in Rockingham NC. I drove down the street to Advance and was treated the way I feel a customer should be treated. Granted, I only spent about $200.00, but with 3 vehicles I'm sure I'll be back. I've dealt with Advance several times, and have always been satisfied.

One young lady had a bad attitude about her job and another helping my friend was more worried I was trying to rip him off buying unnecessary parts, personally I feel she jugded because I am white and my friend is black. But the parts were proper.

They suck. Would not let us buy a battery for a key fog so the car would start in which they had! Offer to pay cash and they could keep the change and they wouldn't. It was only 9 minutes after 9. They should have never answered the phone if they wasn't going to help!!

On my back to Boone from the beach and my alternator went out in my car went in to get it checked and they had a mechanic that lived close by that also works at the auto zone, he goes byJohn, let me tell you he helped us put a new one in the car at his own house, would be stranded and lost if not for the help and John once again thank you very very much for the help meant more to the world to me and my family!!! PS(this man needs a raise/promotion)!!!!

I would like to thank Patricia and Rodney at the Rockingham Auto Zone Store for all that they did for us on 2/14/2020, When we were traveling to Pay a bill and our drivers rear tire came off and went in the ditch. We were left stranded. We called Auto Zone store in Rockingham and talked to Patricia and told her our situation and she got all the information on our truck and then asked if it would be cash or debit . I told her cash and she said she would send someone out with the lug nuts and change for a $20.00 . Rodney brought the lug nuts to us on the side of the road and made sure everything was right and that we were ok and had everything we needed. they both were a true blessing to us for all of there help in our time of need . Thank you ever so much.
