It was horrible, waited 2 and a 1/2 3 hours. And they were done with my vehicle in 5 minutes and they couldn't do anything. And they let me stand there for almost 3 hours gallery.

My husband and I were traveling 4 hours to Virginia Beach when our tire blew out halfway through the drive. We went to this auto center and found that the hours listed online were inaccurate and they were closed, but the employees Michael, Shaun, Jeffery, and Keyona were kind enough to help us. They offered great service especially considering we came late.Service: Tires

Roanoke North Carolina.Ordered tires and schedule an appointment for May 4th 2023 at 8 in the morning. I arrived at 8am to a locked door for the automotive center. I had to walk around and come in through the main entrance and wait for 15 more minutes for somebody to acknowledge me. I was then informed that it would be 9 before they could touch my vehicle. Had to go up front and request a store manager. After another ten minutes I learn the compressor is broken and they wouldn't even be able to touch my car at 9. I received no communication and they allowed me to show up and waste my time ,this is very poor customer service.

If you have time to spare I recommend the service center the price is fair. But the Workers in the garage take they time. The woman behind the counter was awesome.

Call Walmart before arriving Sale Associate told to get 2 tires installed if I come in before 7 pm got there 4:00. Three other vehicles was in front of me not for tires then Associate told they couldn't do it .

The service was fine. The only problem is that they said they would call us when the car was ready. They took my husbands phone number. The store closed (at 6, even though online it says it closes at 7) and they never called us! We were walking like idiots around Walmart until we noticed the lights of the shop were off and when we approached the person on the front desk she said they don t call unless we leave the shop . How can they know where we are? And why did they ask for my husbands for number? The car has been ready for 40 minutes and they just wasted our time because they don t call . Also, they said it would take 30-40 minutes so we were not alarmed that it was taking a little longer (it actually only took them 10 minutes).Service: Tires

Scheduled an appointment online, took off work, then showed up and they weren t even open. Tried calling 4 times throughout the day to see what was going on, but no one ever answered. Decided to just go in and talk to someone directly. The person who was checking me out was not very nice and seemed angry to be there. Waited three hours for my tires to be changed, at which point they told me they could only change three because there was something wrong with my fourth tire (not their fault though). Three stars is generous.

Was quoted an hour, but took 2 & a half. The lady at the register complained about her job the entire time & wasnt friendly. I had just worked 15 hours & had to go home to get up for work the next morning I skipped dinner because they took so long, but was a good price & convenient to shop while waiting.

I went there to get my brother's tire fixed it was leaking air and we didn't know why, the service man said the tires were dry rotted and he wasn't going to touch it without even checking the tire he just kept saying it's in the red. I asked how was my brother's tires dry rotted when he just purchased them about 2 years ago he then said the tires were manufactured in 2017 just because they were manufactured in 2017 doesn't mean he purchased them in 2017 he couldn't tell me how he came up with the idea of dry rotted tires. He was very rude. so I went to Firestone complete auto care the guys there explained to me that you don't let a customer drive away with a damaged tire you try to help them Firestone fixed my brother's tire no problem.

This is our second trip from Emporia foran oil change. The poated hours are 7a-7p, but yesterday and today they closed early. This is a regular problem at this store. On numerous occassions I have had this issue. Other times I get here earlier, both for tires and an oil change, and am told that they do not have the staff to provide these services. I wish there was a way to give negative stars for such a major lack ofconvern for customers that work fora living.

Amazing customer service only took 18 mins to charge two tires and balanced also. They went above and beyond for me after the colonial height tle really messed up. Thanks so much

Horrible customer service. I asked for my old tires back, but they only gave me one tire back. They took their time putting on my tires. Walmart is slowly going down.
