These people make a mistake by over tightening a oil plug and not taking responsibility for their mistake, they hire inexperienced workers and use impact guns on your oil plugs so you could be next

My experience was amazing. I thought I needed a tire rotation, but they reassured me that that was not my issue. They pointed me in the right direction and the cheapest route to get the best results and even reassured me that I can come back for them to double check, which I did for no charge. I will be back for all my Makayla Cooneys as far as I could. I really do appreciate it 100% recommend. I also go for oil changes.Services: Tires, Air conditioning, Oil change

I went to this location based off reviews and was not disappointed! Jacob and his crew were awesome . They explained each step and discussed each expense. Went there this morning because my car was making a knocking sound and quickly was greeted by two friendly faces. I explained my problem and what I was hearing and they told me to pull on around and they would check it out . Which they did and I m on way to enjoy the rest of my morning . I have always gone to get my oil changed here, but today was a little different with a new crew and new management and it was the best experience I have had since 2019 when I purchased my new vehicle..very nice and knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend going there..

Fast friendly service. Not my first or optimal choice for oil changes, but they're open on Saturdays when I can normally make it on.Very informative about what services are due for my vehicle and never had any trouble here.Staff is really good, but I have noticed a lot of staff turn-over going here.

My service tech was very professional and knowledgeable on 3/19/22...UPDATE: A totally new crew did my oil change, and after I left and drove about 2 blocks, my dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree, and my car started running rough, and idling rough. Went back, and they said that they didn't see anything that they did wrong. (Of course they're not going to tell you if they did anything wrong)Filed a claim with customer service, and if anything is wrong with my car due to mistakes made during this oil change, I will be holding Valvoline FULLY RESPONSIBLE!!!The only thing that any of the Techs could say that did the oil change was, "We don't see anything wrong."THE WORST SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I HAVE EVER RECEIVED OR EXPERIENCED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE! I WILL NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES TO ANYONE EVER AGAIN!!!

I have a 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee. An extremely common model of the Grand Cherokee and a common vehicle in general. When I called this store I inquired about having my front and rear differential fluids changed. I was told they would be happy to assist me. Upon my arrival I was asked what I was having done and they instructed me on which line I should wait in. I moved into the line in which I was directed and waited. Because of the fact that it was taking these guys longer to change oil than it takes me in my own garage, I decided to doze off for a few minutes. I didn t wake up when the car in front of me moved and so they came and pounded on my window to the point where I thought it might break and when I woke up they rudely asked me if they should call an ambulance, acting as if they d never seen someone fall asleep before. Personally I don t think it s weird for someone to fall asleep when watching grown men who move at the pace of sea turtles in the desert try to change oil. Finally it was my turn to pull into the garage. After being parked in the bay for approximately 35 minutes I was told that they did not have the correct bit needed to change the fluid to my differentials. They then recommended I go to another shop. So either this shop is extremely unequipped and doesn t have the tools to work on one of the highest sold vehicle models of all time, or they refused service to someone for falling asleep in a 10 car multiple hour long line. They should have known they didn t have the proper tools for the job, as I had been asked over an hour before what I would be having done to my vehicle. Long story short I was forced to wait for almost 2 hours start to end just to be told I wouldn t be able to have my vehicle serviced. I ll be speaking to my parents lawyer regarding this matter. Do yourself a favor and do not waste your time here.

Its nice to see a lady working with guys. Marissa was so sweet and knowledgeable, i never knew about a cabin air filter. And she showed me how to take it out and where it was located and everything. Since i had the car NOBODY has EVER asked about a cabin air filter. WOW thanks so much Marissa. I hope you stay here forever...........Great job fellas. Clean oil.

I always come here for oil changes and inspection. Everyone is kind, clean, officiant and this work is always quick and completed. Over the past 12 or more years I never had any complaints only praise for fine work and great prices.

I absolutely love going to Valvoline for my oil changes. The guys there are awesome and efficient and have great conversation while working on your car. In and out. I had such a great conversation with the new young man that works there who has a brother going to Iraq soon. Blessings to him and his family. The manager keeps a great staff who gives the best service.

I love the Valvoline in Wilson, but the one in RR? Absolutely terrible. We've been waiting here for almost 3 hours. I'm writing this review out of sheer boredom. We haven't even gotten our services yet, and the way that the parking lot is built, we can't turn around and leave.

Everyone there went above and beyond! Not just with their excellent customer service but also with the services they performed on my car. I actually got there just before they were supposed to close but they took me in anyways. I was scared they were going to rush the job but they took the time to make sure the job was done and done to it's entirety. Kudos to the team of guys working today because they work well and work well together. The way the world is today, it's good to know that I can count on receiving phenomenal customer service at Valvoline! The names of the gentleman that serviced my vehicle, according to my receipt shows: CSR/Manager-Corey; Topside-Corey Gilberto; Bottomside-Nicholas. There were a couple other gentleman as well but I didn't get their names.

Thank you Corey for changing my oil and flushing my transmission. This young man is very courteous and professional at what he does. He took the time to explain everything he was going to do before he'd do it. I'll be recommending this place to all of my friends.

This type of quick change place is always a bit pricey, but the draw is the time savings. Unfortunately the wait time was pretty long, negating the entire point- Friendly staff - will try them again.

If u have a car and it takes strictly pure synthetic oil DO NOT take your car here to this Valvoline in RR these guys are cutting the synthetic oil with whatever they use to cut it with which basically means your NOT getting PURE synthetic. This is a very cheap method many local shops do to save money. While leaving you with uncommon problems to your car save your money and time. I repeat DO NOT bring your car here if your car takes SYNTHETIC oil
