The ladies working the counter were fantastic. I took my car there for some major work. What my husband and I thought was the problem ended not being the problem. However, three days after getting my car out of the shop, my battery light came on and then the engine light and anti-skid light. In other words, dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree. I had traveled about 10 miles from my home and decided to turn around, praying that the car would not let me down. We had another mechanic look at it and discovered that the belt wasn't any good, and that there was very little anti-freeze in the car. The mechanic put a new belt on and put anti-freeze in it, and now the car runs fine. This despite the fact that a full inspection of the car had been done. If not for the nice ladies in the front, this would be 2 stars. With all the money we paid--and it was a lot--you wouldn't expect to be almost sitting on the side of the road with a breakdown. Plus, I was late getting to an appointment because I had to get another vehicle to drive, which fortunately a family member had let us borrow.

My Sequoia broke down on a road trip south. This dealer went above and beyond to fix my vehicle and get me back on the road. Such nice people. Highly recommended.

The service was good. Didn't have to wait for hours. The Manager and his Associate were well versed in what they were doing. They're problem solving skills are Tremendous! Keep up the good work!

I love the service department. Best ever. No matter how small or large a issue I'm having they always help me with a smile and never make me feel like I'm a bother.

Bad CUSTOMER SERVICE. WORST IN THE NATION. WAS TOLD CAR WAS READY. CAR STILL WOULD NOT START AFTER BEEN SERVICED IN THE BACK. BUT THEY HAD 2 TAKE IT BACK THERE AND GET IT RIGHT. SAD
