Joel Scott was awesome! He listened to what price range I was looking to be in and the particular Specifications that I was also looking in a vehicle and then showed me my options! It was the best first time dealership experience! And I love my 2021 Kia Forte!!!

We had an excellent experience at Toyota of Roanoke Rapids. Our family vehicle died on I95 and so we had it towed to the nearest Toyota dealer. TA took such good care of us. He listened to our requirements and wasn t pushy. It was also a seamless process with the rest of the team and a fairly quick transaction. It has been the best car buying experience we have ever had. Toyota of Roanoke Rapids managers and JT (aka Cowboy) are amazing at the dealership. They went above and beyond and gave our family a beautiful car right after my husband was in an accident.They really paid attention to our needs and desires. They made sure it was affordable but great quality. The whole team has an amazing customer service and great family atmosphere.They were very knowledgeable about the whole process from top to bottom and it wasn't about getting a sale. They value the person/family even more!

Great experience with Toyota of Roanoke Rapids. Joel Scott was great to work with and made our experience easy. He was knowledgeable of the vehicle we purchased answering our questions and also helping us setup some of its features. Would definitely recommend this dealership and their salesman Joel to others. My wife & I were traveling south on I95 on Saturday morning when a check engine light came on and our cruise control was disabled. We were just outside of Roanoke Rapids, NC. A Google search brought up Toyota of Roanoke Rapids. We called to find they were open until 1:00. On arrival, we dealt with Stella the service writer. Several customers were already waiting for their vehicles but we were assured they would get to us within the hour. As promised, they delivered with news that a major electronic part had failed and needed to be replaced. They had the parts in stock and even called in their service foreman, Frank, to oversee the work. Frank, along with Todd, and others made the repairs and we were on our way within 3 hours.The entire experience was 5 star and a large part of that was the exceptional customer service shown by EVERY employee we encountered. If ever we need similar service in that area again, Toyota of Roanoke Rapids will be my first call.Toyota can be very proud of how this dealership represents their brand!

What a horrendous experience!! We test drove a used vehicle and it broke down on us in the middle of the road!!! The owner responded he would buy us lunch for our traumatic experience (which he never did). Wouldn't even budge on the price for that neglected car. I mean they were friendly (primarily the salesman, we had no beef with him. All of the beef is with the owner), but does that makeup for having trauma? Never in my life had I been in a broken down vehicle like that. OH, the building smells HORRID and is HOT as all get out. I will NEVER return to this location.Additional info: I wanted to add in that they couldn't even open the door to the car and had to essentially break into (use a jimmy?) the car to get inside of it. We waited approximately 45 minutes for them to even get in the car. After that wait they jumped the battery of the car. Also note the tires were getting flat from their negligence. We finally could test drive it and that was when it broke down in the middle of the road. I should have taken the inability of them using a key as a bad omen but I TRIED to remain positive. Yet alas, the experience was NOT WORTH IT!! I also have to emphasize how disgusting the building smelled on the inside. My husband said it smells like a mixture of a dog wet from its pee. Eventually they replaced the battery and it was able to be driven. The owner seemed like a cheapskate because he didn't want to lose any money on the vehicle. He didn't knock anything off dust by the traumatic experience and despite the fact that there were no headrest in the car either. It also was missing half of the weather floor liners. Oh gosh I can't even remember all that was wrong with that car they were trying to sell. Please, if for some reason you decide to go there, be cautious! If you see any bad omens/signs.. LEAVE!!!

Nice people. Great service department. Turbo the technician gave complete and detailed explanation of my issue and listened to my concerns. Salesperson was great in knowledge of the cars and in dealing with people. It shows that she cares about people and that is why I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car.

I found the tundra limited on auto trader Sunday night and They sent me a quick email saying they would touch base Monday. They followed up and we were able to negotiate a good deal. The team here got me a better rate on a used truck than I had on my bronco I had bought 11 months earlier. They even offered 1k more on my trade compared to other Toyota dealers. I recommend reaching out if you see something on their lot that you are interested in getting.

The process of purchasing my new Grand Highlander from Toyota of Roanoke Rapids was seamless! I negotiated a fair deal via text/phone while my family was on a road trip. They gave me a fair trade in value as well. To top it off, they delivered my car to me next day and picked up my trade at no cost to me. I live almost 2 hours away so that was such a time saver. Everything was straightforward. I worked with Dale and also the GM Doug. We love our new car already.

Very disappointed in the sales and service from this dealership. Drove two hours to get my new Sequoia. Paid $85k cash. As a senior woman the service was neglectful and dismissive. Very inadequate. Back home now needing neighbors and family telling me what I have. The only thing that was done was pair my phone. No walkthrough or instructions on anything!!Was asked for the money before the dealership even had the car. Had to get my brother-in-law to intervene on the sale details.This senior woman doesn t recommend dealing with this dealership! Between the age and gender bias and total lack of customer service, my experience has been negative.

Excellent hospitality. They treat you like a celebrity. They really do care about their customers. The waiting area is pleasant with giant screen TV, free water and coffee. When your vehicle is ready they come to get you and hold the door to wait for you to come to the service desk.Yes I noticed all the extra things you do. Although I did not use their service to fix my truck the mechanic (Troy) was extremely nice enough to walk me through the process of fixing my truck giving me tips to make thing easier and speed up the process and which brands to buy for longevity even offered other services if I have to dig deeper into my motor to help me out 10/10 I would recommend this place they are extremely honest people and look out for the customer in mind and try to save their wallet from hurting!!

I scheduled an appt with Toyota of Roanoke rapids NC for vehicle service and detailing yesterday and I was so impressed with the detailing job!!! Car looked like brand new and is a 2016 Rav 4..I have not let anyone service the vehicle since I purchased it from them.I have never been disappointed with there service in any way!!! Staff is on point and always friendly!!!

When I received my car back, the back seat was a mess. I had different things on my seat and they were on the floor now. They were as follows: A can of Lysol spray, a can of Microban spray, blanket, my 8�10 picture of Pittsburgh Steelers Football Team and my Pittsburgh Steelers' hat and 2 car seat pads.I also had a very unpleasant smell in my car. It smelled like someone was in my car with old oil stains on their clothes. I have to go home and used Pine-Sol and Lysol mult-surface cleaners to clean my car. Another thing, Toyota of Roanoke Rapids changed my oil. I had oil hand prints on my hood..remember my car is super white. This was unprofessional service.

While traveling south from maine to Florida last year, our 2012 Toyota sienna van with 160,000+ miles lost its transmission. We were towed to Toyota of Roanoke rapids / Bones Toyota, North Carolina. Faced with few options, we chose to replace it with a used transmission, warrantied for 1 year with any Toyota dealer, with a $7800.00 repair bill, 4 days in a motel with no loaner or rental car available.In Florida 2 weeks later, at another Toyota dealer for a simple oil change, we were informed that the vehicle was leaking differential fluid where the transmission joined the differential and while the transmission was in fact warrantied, if the leak was due to faulty workmanship, that was not covered. It would be an additional $2000.00 repair. There was no leak prior to the repair.After a series of phone calls to Toyota of Roanoke Rapids, we determined we would go to North Carolina on our return trip home for the follow-up repair.The so called repair was done with the service technician saying that somehow 2 circular round seals were put into the transmission/differential connection WITHOUT dropping the transmission- a process that our local mechanics and 2 other Toyota dealerships say wasn t the correct way to repair the leak.After 3 additional days at the same motelwe were told the van was ready to drive home. However, midway through the trip, the van started shaking and vibrating above 60mph. Bringing the van into our local TRUSTED Toyota dealer in Maine, we were told we lost enough differential fluid that the differential was ruined and needed to be replaced for an additional $4200.00+.We contacted the Roanoke Rapids dealership to inform them of what appeared to be their abject failure, absolutely to no avail, even inferring that we should be grateful for their "free" $1400.00 repair for their failed $7800.00 repair.We scrapped the van. Thank you Toyota of Roanoke Rapids.Response from the owner 27 minutes agoWe apologize for the experience you had at our dealership and the subsequent issues you faced with your vehicle. We understand how frustrating it can be to deal with multiple repairs and unexpected expenses. We would like to make this right for you. Please contact us via text or call so we can discuss further and find a resolution.Thanks, but this sounds a bit hollow given the previous communicationsTo be clear, the transmission you provided was fine, worked well, and everyone in the service department was kind and sympathetic to our "original" dilemma.BUT...We also heard your apologies and how you would make right before. Those came only after came after we reinforced our claim by having the Toyota service manager in Florida explain the problemWe gave you the opportunity to "make it right" twice, first when you replaced the transmission originally and we had to return it to you before we left because of an usual noise - the tech heard it too and had to tighten 'things' up- further delaying our trip south. Then, again, on our return trip north when we brought it back and you had ordered the wrong parts, delaying us again and adding extra expense for lodging and meals while we waited. Two separate and unaffiliated Toyota dealerships in two different states both concluded that the original leak and the leak after the second "repair" were likely the result of improper installation. Had we not changed the oil after arriving in Florida, the undetected leak would have ruined the differential that much sooner. The second fix was no better than the first and resulted the failure of the differentialWe live in Maine. It was the inability to install it correctly, twice, that caused everything we experienced and made it impossible to return to RR for 3rd chance to resolve this, not that it was ever an acceptable option given the previous "fixes"
