Went in to get 4 new truck tires and they were very knowledgeable and professional team. Also needed 3 TPMS sensors and received a quote. Was hesitant at first but she said it's best to put them on now instead of later because it will cost more. This team is a awesome team and the technician even waited to go to lunch to get me in and out with quick service. Will definitely be going back as she said I have I have lifetime rotation of tires which was awesome to here.

We had to make an emergency stop on a trip from Florida to Pennsylvania when a tire failed on I-95. I was extremely pleased with the level of service I received at the store; we were back on the road with everything we needed in a surprisingly short amount of time. Thanks to Pamela and the folks in the shop, we had a smooth 400 mile ride back through the rain and snow to our home.

My boyfriend and I were on a road trip from Maryland to Florida and a couple hours in our truck tire was losing air faster than we could keep up with refilling it. We called ahead to the Roanoke Rapids Mr. Tire that was off of 95 and spoke to Claudette. We told her our issue and she was so kind and told us to head over and to be safe. We were in and out in 20 minutes with a new valve stem, everyone there was empathetic to our out of state conundrum (especially Claudette!) and got us back on the road with a smile. Thank you guys!

Needed a tpms sensor reasonably priced considering other shops in town charge more nickel and dime you for a 40 dollar part that takes 20 min to install. I really enjoyed doing business with Mr Tire Auto, they were able to get the issue fixed same day the lady working that evening was very friendly trying to help very nice

Stopped with a tire going flat and was told they could not look at my f350 because it was a dually and would not fit in the shop.. Steve's tire and auto pulled my truck into thier exact same size shop and removed a nail, plugged my tire and had me back on the road! Steve's Tire and Auto, that's the best tire shop in town

They were able to schedule me last minute for an inspection, and I was out in half an hour. Everyone was especially nice and helpful.

If I could give no stars I would. Got a emergency brake repair done and had to take it back over there three times! Still didn't fix it. 612 dollars and they didn't even test it to see if it works!?!?! These people are a rip off then when you have a problem they are responsible for they want to get shifty. Avoid this place at all cost! Do not let them work on your car or truck. I wouldn't let them work on hot wheels.

The kindest people! Heard a funny noise on our way to Florida from pa and they fixed it within 10 min and we were on our way! Even allowed us to bring our dog inside out of the rain with welcoming smiles! If you need anything off of 95 or as a local, this should be your first stop. Thank you so much for your kindness and helpfulness! 10/10

Went in for state inspection and 4 new tires. Customer service was fantastic and they got me in and out in under 2 hours. Definitely would come back

Traveling and had to stop for a tire.. googled this place.. I was the first one there. All I can say is Ms. Pam is a one woman show.. she checked me in while waiting for the technicians to arrive.. at 8:00am sharp Ms. Pam went in and started and finished the service in no time . Thanks for your fast and friendly service.

Definitely will not come back, they did my husband's alignment the same day Firestone aligned my car and a few months later his brand new tires are worn on the outside and mine is still great. Also Firestone gives you a year of free alignment.

car tech with the dreadlocks was hella rude, they need to let him go no professionalism, said I needed to take my car window tint out for an inspection and I told him I got it inspected last year with a different company and they didn t say anything about it, rude. Didn t say have a great day or anything, the need to let him go

LOVE THIS PLACE!!! 12/10 review I would give them six stars if possible. Richard, George, and Pam are the best!!! The team helped us out so much and we couldn't be more thankful. Great people, great work. Take your business here because they are the best! transparent, fast, trustworthy service. the staff is impeccable and I really cant say enough good things about them. Our car had some problems on a road trip down the east coast and we happened to stumble upon this place and we couldn't be more thankful. They took us right in, no appointment! Staff really made the experience, they deserve the world. Treated us like family, explained what they were doing, gave us different scenarios, and made sure we were all set. Would stop here for all my mechanical needs if only I lived in this area. Fair prices, fast, honest work. What more could anyone ask for?

Ive been going to the Roanoke Rapids, NC location for several years now for maintenance and safety inspections and while I m very much a creature of habit , Ive never experienced anything even relatively close to the nightmares I have heard about other places in town. George and Pam have always treated me very well! They are very helpful, informative, respectful and polite to everyone who walks in the door. The techs always treat my car well and I really appreciate their care and attention to detail. I love the team at Mr. Tire and as long as customer service remains the first priority, I will remain a loyal customer :)

Me and my family were stoped at the gas station to refuel for our journey home back to Florida and pop! Our tire valve completely burst and we were loosing air fast! Not only did Mr tire fix our valve they were very nice and reassured us they would fix it and we would be ok. I appreciate them a lot for the fastness of the fox and the nice professional attitude they had. I think the lady s name was pam I hope it was lol but, she was super sweet and funny. If I lived in North Carolina I would DEFINITELY BE BACK TO HAVE MY CAR SERVICED FROM ME TIRE.

New to the area and was panicking about locating a reputable shop that could get me in quickly. I use my car for work so getting a nail stuck in my rear tire was a major headache. Called Mr.Tire this morning and within a hour...I'm back on the road again!I went because the price was very reasonable; I'll be returning because the professionalism and courteous employees that work there made my wait worthwhile. Never would think a visit to a mechanic would be enjoyable; but I like the vibes here!! Pretty awesome

Fast and Friendly! I made an appointment early in the week for a Saturday. I had to push the time back and George was very accommodating. Everyone was very friendly and efficient. They got me in and out extremely quickly!! Very positive experience overall.

Went on Monday to get tires. As I had to make an appointment, I didn't have to wait very long. George explained what was needed and the benefits of the tire package. He wasn't pushy, he just suggested the benefits. I drove away one satisfied lady. I have already recommended them to my friends. Thank you George and Pam for such great customer service!

Had a low pressure indicator light on our car and were concerned. The very nice young man checked all our tires and reassured us everything was ok and sent us on our way. Great service with a gentle smile. Thanks, Mr Tire!
