Called in the morning on my way to work for a leaking windshield with some small cracks, and by 1 pm the next day they were there replacing the windshield, and by 1:40 pm they were done with all clean up done. The two workers that did the service were very professional and answered any and all questions I had. Highly recommend and if I ever need any service like this again they will be the first and only call I make.Service: Auto side window replacement

For starters I never got to actually use this company due to them never contacting me back. I called my insurance company to file a claim on my windshield and they suggested this company to use in their network. I was told I would receive a call the next morning and I never got that call until 3:30pm the next afternoon. The guy told me to call back and he could get me in the week after. I call him back the next week to schedule me in like he said and when I called, I was told he would not be there until the Tuesday of next week which would have been the week he said he would schedule me in. I asked if he could call me back when he came back to schedule me in and they took my name and number and said they would contact me back when he came back. I had not received that call like I was promised. Can't do business if no one will give you good communication. Save your time and use Safelite. It may cost more but for the communication, kindness, service, text and email reminders and someone who personally calls you the day before to remind you of your appointment is well worth the extra. I will also be letting my insurance company know about this. I don't want anyone else to have to deal with this. Hopefully this review will get seen as improvements that can be made and not as an insult.You did contact me the next day. I will give you that. I was never told about ordering the glass. The second phone call you Just told me that you won t be able to get me in until the week of the 18th and I called last week to schedule and you weren t there and I was told the owner was the only one who could do it. How can I get scheduled in if you are not present and they wouldn t set me a schedule because you weren t there. I also again did not receive a phone call yesterday like I was told I would. I do hope this review helps you for to better for future customers.

Great Services, first windshield was damaged a second one was ordered for the next day, car was picked up and returned to my job in less than two hours! Very professional service and great communication from start to finish!

They came out to my job and was quick and very hospitable. The next morning my windshield had what they call a stress crack and I called them and they came out and replaced it with no problem and did it even faster. Told me I'd I have any more problems let them know. Great work. I highly recommend them. Would like to add photo but I'm at work and I drove a different vehicle.

This place is horrible. They replaced my windshield and sunroof, and advised me if I had any issues with rain or mold or mildew to give them a call and they will take care of it. When I called from having these exact issues, the owner stated we would never say that, and hung up in my hear. Stopped by Thursday morning to have my rear view mirror replaced.was in and out in just a few minutes. No charge for gluing the mirror on the windshield. Professional, friendly service. Highly recommend them to anyone.

Our rear window blew out halfway through our 8-hour drive and we feel very lucky that it happened so close to Jon's shop. Jon went out of his way to get the glass replaced quickly and even sent someone to pick up the car for us. Very professional and helpful. We highly recommend this shop!

Needed back glass for our car. They were friendly over the phone and in person. They ordered our glass and installed it about 4 days later at our home. The installer was punctual, friendly, completed the install quickly, and did a great job.

The best customer service around! Our Cracked windshield was repaired, at our home, in less than 30 min from the time I called to make the appointment. The technician was very friendly and courteous. We are very satisfied customers!

We had a bird hit our windshield on a trip and Jon and his crew were so helpful! We were able to leave the next morning due to his commitment to get the windshield overnight.

I was moving my daughter from Virginia to Georgia on Friday when a mud flap from an 18 wheeler hit my daughter's windshield and shattered it. We called Jon's Auto Glass and they were amazing! They had her windshield in stock and went right to work on replacing it when we got there. We were back on the road in about an hour! I was going to take my daughter to get something to eat while we waited. Jon offered his Suburban so we didn't have to drive the moving truck. I don't live in the area but Jon's Auto Glass would get all of my business if I did. It's hard to find this level of customer service anymore but you can find it here!

If I could give this 0 stars I would ! My mother had them replace a windshield. They left a terrible mess with glass all in her vehicle. The worst thing about it when I called this company the manager or owner was so rude ! And said were not responsible for that and starting arguing with me saying we don t do this we don t do that(I only wanted the job done correctly). He hung on me! What kind of customer service is that! Once they get your money your nothing but a pain to them !!

My family and I were driving on Interstate 95 when a rock hit the windshield and caused it to shatter. Jon's Auto Glass was the only glass repair company willing to help us on a Sunday so we can get back on the road. The technician (David) was professional and efficient. We would highly recommend this company!

Was able to get my windshield repaired immediately on site at my residence. The technician unknowingly left a grease spot on my driver side seat but Jon PERSONALLY came out to my residence and cleaned the seat. Service doesn't get much better than that.

Excellent Work, Friendly Knowledgeable Staff and also Great Prices. Thank you for replacing mg window AGAIN. Didnt expect them to clean up all the glass but the vacuumed the entire car and looks like it came off the showroom floor.. Highly Recommended

Jon's the man to go see, stopped by his shop to get my rear view mirror fixed because it fell off, asked him if he could fix it he jumped up put his things aside and helped me and when all was said and done, he said no cost and have a nice day. Thanks Jon
