did an amazing job getting my new bumper painted, i know silver might not fade as much but it s still comparing 10 year old paint to brand new paint and its spot on. a huge thanks to everyone at Floyd s for being super friendly but also very professional and getting it done in a timely manner

Two months ago I wrecked my mustang. I took it to Floyd s Body. They not only fix it but made it look better that it was before the accident. Aaron and team are amazing.

They did an awesome job fixing door and fender and paint job . They aced it color match perfect. Will refer all to Floyd's. Aaron and Tammie very helpful and keep informed on all the process

I took my van to Floyd s to get my bumper fixed after a tire flew up and busted it on the interstate. They were able to replace my bumper and it looked brand new when I picked it up. I truly appreciated the professionalism and that they went the extra mile and had my van washed and cleaned up when I went to pick it up. I will definitely go back with any auto needs I have in the future.Service: Body & Trim

Bottom line up front avoid using this company at all cost. I brought my car in for leaking roof. I informed the service manager it was my primary vehicle and that my seal around sunroof was dry rotten. He said I will look at it and it took me calling them 2 weeks later to find out they still looking into it. Week 3 came by and I had enough and wanted my car back. I went in to see my vehicle covered with sap and pollen with a box where the roof was. The manager says it s the rubber and he would need to get it. I told him as stated earlier I want my car came back the next day to hear it s not ready. I paid 150.00, two not ready and finally additional 30 mins because garage was not corrected right. I didn t get an apology or anything and I m out of 150.00 for a service that was not provided.

My husband and I were recently involved in an automobile accident and we went to get an estimate for his SUV to be repaired and the owner was very friendly and took the time to actually talk to my husband about what he thought would be necessary to possibly perform the work needed. He presented himself as a hands on type of person. His receptionist and his wife (I'm presuming) were very friendly as well.

I would have given no stars if possible .I took my car in after a fender bender and they took a month to do the job that they said would take a week. Took it back when the paint was popping off. They reset the date to do it when I took it in when they told me I could because they were too busy.Back on set date and it is now day 5 of a 3 day estimate and they only have it prepped to paint. They are closed for the next 2 days. I don't like being lied to and especially not 3 times.
