Tracy and Dennis are amazing. They service both me and my husbands vehicles. We have show vehicles.They treat your vehicles as their own. Never disappoints. Car and trucks runs great. No one else in roanoke rapids touches our vehicles.

After hearing good things about your business, I decided to give your business a try.As long as I was in the tire business and as peculiar as I am about my personal vehicles, it is extremely rare when I am satisfied--much less impressed, but today I was thoroughly impressed. The crew was more than professional and Dennis was better at his job and more courteous and professional than most anyone else I've seen in the area. The job was quick and efficient and I was thoroughly satisfied with everything.During my career in the automotive business, this is the type of professional service I trained in my workers and managers over the decades; nowadays this is exceedingly rare and valuable.

I can't say enough about this place! We were on a road trip and got a nail in our tire. We brought it to Discount Automotive and they got us in right away, repaired the tire and had us back on the road in 30 minutes. Excellent customer service and very professional. They made a stressful situation easy and hassel free. I'm very thankful they were able to assist us. Thank you!

Tracy and all the guys at the shop are some awesome people! Best shop I ve ever taken my truck to by far! I thought that I had a problem in my front end and they checked it out and didn t charge me a penny! I needed new tires so I got some from Tracy. He ordered them yesterday and he had me fixed up by 9:00 this morning. And I got to spin the wheel and won a free tire! How awesome is that! I m up here from Louisiana working and someone recommended them to me. Great folks and a very clean and nice shop with friendly people. Thanks Tracy for the service and if I need anything else while I m here, he s the man!

If you need a place to go where the customer service is excellent with a caring work environment. Will do anything for you and work with you on fixing your car. Tracy and his staff are amazing!!! Dealership told me awhile back I needed this and that done to my car so I came in for a oil change and asked about these things, come to find out not only did my oil not need oil changing right now, I also did not need.all that stuff the dealership said I needed. Discount automotive & tire is the best place in the Roanoke Valley to service your vehicle!!!!

These guys are great. They did a full blown brake job on my 2007 Chevy Suburban. It cost what I would expect and the brakes feel like new. I have had a couple of little things since then and they have been very good to help me. I recommend them highly.

Tracy has been servicing my vehicles for over 20 years, off and on. I say off and on, because when he left his previous place of employment, I didn't know where he was located. But when I found out, I was relieved and definitely back in the right shop. I truly appreciate his and his staff's honesty, and their perfect customer service skills. I highly recommend this establishment to others, as often as I can.

Took our car in to get a broken lug stud fixed. They broke another one and charged me to replace the one they broke and labor for it ($50). All together $100 in labor. If that sits right with you then go ahead and give them your money. They will happily take it.

Tracy and company are the kindest folks in town when it comes time for.me to get tires for my vehicles. Tracy does so much to give back to the community and provides top tier automotive service for the Roanoke Valley area. I cannot recommend Discount Automotive enough to people who are looking for that friendly smile, affordable and quality work and service.

They always take good care of me. They include a tire rotation with every oil change. The times I have bought tires, I have felt like I am getting a good deal. Tracy the owner, makes you feel right at home, as if you are his most important customer.

This place is 5 DIAMOND! I'm from Florida, here visiting family. My nephew recommended them, and they did NOT disappoint. I have a large offset wheel/tire that needed a patch, and powder coated lug nuts that needed "care' being removed and re-tourqued. They handle everything with a "white glove" treatment. I don't think would have shown any more care on their own vehicle, than they did mine. Go see'em, you'll be happy!

I had a nail in my tire that could not be fixed. I had some coverage through my dealership so we took my tire to Greenville with his car to get that replaced. During the process of getting my tire off, my husband broke one of the lugs off. After replacing my tire we decided to take the car to Discount Tire for them to replace the lug. During the process of fixing the lug we broke, they broke a lug off. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, they charged us not only for the lug they broke but also charged us more labor to replace the second lug they broke.

Tracy and his crew put 4 tires on my daughters jeep and a Bluetooth stereo in also! We received the best customer service!! She loves the way her jeep rides with the new tires!!! And the stereo is AWESOME!! We highly recommend Discount Tire!!
