I called ahead to confirm they had what I needed, and asked for them to hold a part at the counter for me. I let them know I was on my way to pick it up, and the woman said she would have it waiting. Despite me being clear that I would be there right before closing to grab it, and them saying they would have it waiting for me, they closed five minutes early.Very inconvenient. Even though Auto zone is farther away and costs a a little more, I prefer their service.

The associate Curtis was very unprofessional. He is blatantly disrespectful toward the handicap. He told me he didn t care if my son was in a wheelchair which was very hurtful to hear. He said he was the police so it s nothing we can do. I don t know what police dept he works for but it s sad to have someone like him patrolling our neighborhoods. I would never shop at this store again and would not recommend anyone to go there.

We broke down while passing by. Luckily we coasted into the parking lot. Employees were very nice and helpful. We were out size in 90 degrees and the employee was right there helping us.

I have an older car. I have been here multiple times and every time I have been given nothing but the wrong parts for my vehicle. I dont know if it's the computer or the people but I've yet to receive any correct parts.

We called because our alternator went on our van on I-95, they were so nice , friendly. Gave us great advice to go to Firestone which was another excellent experience

I purchased cv axel and wheel bearing hub assembly, started the install and noticed in wheel bearing hub assembly the directions stated to scotch Brite wheel buff the new cv axel splines which I did but the splines were still really snug when tried to insert into wheel bearing hub assembly so I returned them both got new set same thing so I got refunded money back went to orileys and bought same set and showed advanced manager that with no buffing of splines the cv axel splines slid right into the wheel bearing hub assembly splines, I would not reccomend buying those parts from advance!

It sucked they gave me the wrong parts for my brakes and I went to a other advance store and got the right parts and the brake shoes I got the first time do not even go on the same type truck the advance store on Roanoke Rapids hwy 48 don't know any knowledge on looking up parts and are very slow . I will go but it will be to get my money back
