I was referred to this shop by family.I called, short notice, to get help with a flat before a long trip home. Without hesitation, they told me to bring it right over. Repair was done and I was on my way in 30 minutes.I'm not a regular customer of theirs and I truly appreciated there were zero high pressure sales tactics, and no attempt to sell me a new tire I didn't need. They just delivered superior service.Everyone at the shop was friendly. I watched how they treated the other clients, and everyone got the same friendly, attentive treatment.Highly recommend.

1st time customer.My bike was due for registration and safety inspection.Got there and out within 30 minutes, no appointment needed.My truck next, maybe tomorrow or Saturday.

Called around to get a alignment on my mini cooper. Everyone said they couldn't do it. Waller said they could and they did for a very reasonable price.So impressed with all the 5 star reviews I think I will make this my go to station from now on.

I have been to Waller Tire Service, Inc on several occasions, either to install some tires or to do an alignment, the work is very reliable and the staff is very honest with you, in addition to which the prices are quite reasonable.

LOVE THEM! My new mechanics.... An answer to prayer. Honored my appointment in a timely manor (the counter was stacked with work orders, but I feel like they do well with time management). I was out in less than an hour. Clear direct personalized service. I like the fact that it is a family owned business. I have an older car, so it's nice to find a good place to build a relationship with. Very happy camper!!!

Had 4 tires replaced on 5th wheel trailer and 4 on my F250. Driving didn't seem as smooth and when I looked I didn't see weights for balanced tires. Contacted Joe and he reviewed work and explained they used different weights. He took the time to explain what they did and why. I thought they did something wrong and they did not. Joe was professional throughout whole process. Excellent work was done in a timely manner. I will DEFINITELY return for whatever vehicle needs tires next and would recommend them highly to anyone else

After going from auto shop to auto shop trying to get an universal tire pressure sensor to be replaced so i could get my car inspected, they went above and beyond to not only fix and replace the part, but give me an inspection as well. Excellent customer service and great environment. Will be coming back.

Family owned, honest consumer oriented facility! These guys do it all, and NEVER steer you wrong! Joe, Cecil, AC and their crew take care of your worries in the most efficient and economical way. No price gouging - only honest, fair pricing on quality work that you can count on and be comfortable with. On Highway 258 between Richlands and Kinston, they are absolutely worth the drive from anywhere. From inspections, tires, alignments, a/c recharges, repairs, towing and more - these are the guys to get it all done in one place for you, with complete satisfaction!! Gold stars for Waller!!

This place saved me a lot of money, and worry. The other place in richlands told me my suspension was so messed up they wouldn't even put it on a lift. Then quoted me anywhere from 700$-2000$ to fix it plus tires. Took it to these guys, they said nothing was wrong. Got four new tires an alignment all for under $500 bucks. That was over a year ago. My vehicle drives great!!

Everyone at Waller tire service are always polite, & take the time to help you with any concerns you have about your vehicle. They have 24hr towing. They do vehicle inspections, wheel alignments, oil changes, tune ups, brake work, & of course sell, change, & balance tires. They also have a very good diesel mechanic. They're open everyday except for Sunday.

Wallers have the best price on tires in our area and great freindly servive from the office to tge techs in shop Joe is Awesome to work with i have bought 4 sets of 4 on 3 different cars. All have been great. Thanks to Joe and the guys and gals at Waller

No need to make an appointment, open at 8, got my car inspected, oil changed filters tires rotation. Comfortable waiting room, restrooms
