These guys are awesome!! They were kind enough to drive up to Charlotte to pick up a tire for my son, who was stuck with no car, and got him back on the road (after closing hours too!!!). I would give them 6 stars if I could. Thank you again for being such a great mechanic!!!

Called NS Auto about helping a Pfeiffer Student out with a flat tire, these guys were more than helpful! Worked it in immediately and took care of the student so they could drive home safely.

I literally owe Johnathan and the others here my life. I am a local college student who is clueless about cars but drives an old clunker. No matter what is wrong, the employees here treat me with kindness and respect and really ease my mind. I have showed up the minute they opened and an hour before they close with car emergencies, and they always welcome me. The prices are affordable and the lobby is stocked with water, coffee, and snacks. 10/10 would recommend for efficiency and hospitality reasons.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

Johnathan and Alissa were pleasant to work with. Showed us a few things on my car that need attention ( rear tires worn and battery)They have integrity and very humble. We are new to the area and blessed to have found a mechanic we can trust.

Debated not using this place this year for my inspection (last year wasn t a very good experience) but I saw they were under new ownership so I took the chance and went in anyway. I was pleased with the new owners. I believed a wheel sensor went bad in my rear wheel and instead of laughing at me like the last ones did he listened to me and ran diagnostics. I asked how much and he gave me a straight answer and didn t give me the run around. How many mechanics do you know that do that? His wife was just as lovely, we had a wonderful conversation while my car was getting inspected. I will definitely be taking my car back here for any work I get done in the future. I highly recommend them for not only being professional but also personable. Best of luck to the new owners on their new business!!!

Friendly staff that went above and beyond to help me with a tire that was leaking air. They also put the correct pressure in the other tires as well. I will definitely go back and would highly recommend them.

2nd time getting my truck serviced here. Both times the service was amazing and pricing was great. The new owners are awesome. My truck unexpectedly wouldn't start and with the 4th of July coming up no one would take my truck in, and they hooked me up and got me in and out. I would recommend anyone needing service to their vehicle to check out Jonathon and his staff.

Take my advice never ever go to this shop I have never experienced anything like this from any mckanic in my life and I am 52 years old . He was surpose to fix my rearend he told me the ring n pinion gears were ok I told him I want it right to be sure he done the work then called told me it wasn't rite the bill at this point over 1100 dollars told me he wanted 800 more to fix it again rite so no way I was going to pay him twice for his mistake he had told me the ring n pinion had couple nicks on them but said they fine so anyway he said my only options was pay him 800 more dollars to get it right or he would put my old parts back in and I could come get the truck so I am getting my truck back just as broke as it was and paying the tow truck again to bring it back . O he did put one freeze plug in and charged me 179 dollars for that freeze plug was like 7 dollars .everybody needs to know what about this place . So if you need a mckanic you have been warned

Brought in the car for years. They were fixing it and then something else would break, they'd fix that and it'd break. Just thought it was the car.Didn't catch on for a while but each time I'm paying for diagnostics and repairs, and sometimes the same code would return.Not saying it's on purpose, so your experience may be different.They do the job, but don't expect it to be the lat time.

Only shop in town that has a lift big enough to hold my F350 dually for an alignment. Same day service, in an out. Truck drives like a new one. Thanks guys

Unfortunately, I found nothing to suggest that this automotive repair place is any better then the rest, service wasn't prompt, and like most technicians are vague in their knowledge of cars, so they can charge more.
