Very pleased with this company. we were stuck on the side of the road and called about 4 companies none of which could help. This company happened to ride by with a car in tow and we called. They had a customer they were helping out but assured us they would help us out as soon as they could. They kept in touch the whole time letting us know what what was going on and when they would be able to get to us. The driver was very nice and handlers things very well. Was having trouble with my air conditioner and reached out to Alfonzo for assistance. He looked at my vehicle and was able to determine I had a major fuse that blowed. This wasn't a fuse you could just go purchase from any auto store. Alfonzo ordered the part and repaired my car within one day of the part arriving at his shop. Not to mention, Toyota wanted to charge me $348(part and labor) for a $20 part. His prices are very reasonable and his customer service was top notch. I will definitely recommend his services. Thank you Jordan Auto Repair for assisting me and not breaking my pockets!!

DON'T DO IT! Don't take anything that you own to this repair shop. My car was taken there to get my door repaired so I paid cash up front. He DESTROYED my car. Took my door off and let it rain in my car. His dog was living in my car. It STINKS. I have to get my entire car re-upholstered! Oh and he never fixed my door or gave me a refund. Just don't do it. Bad business.

Over 30 minutes late..my insurance company scheduked the appointment yesterday for today..if assistance is needed again i will definitely advise my insurance agency not to use this companyDue to this service unprofessionaunprofessionaattitude..I will be late forfofor for a homegoing service for a family member...so sadThats is exactly what i mean about being a professional..look ay your ignorant response...the time was scheduled fir the time needed..and dont worry there will not be a next time with youService: Battery service
