Definitely and awesome business. The owners care about the community and the people they serve. So many awards and accolades but they remain humble. Their vehicles are clean and modern for the group or business companies. I highly recommend their team for your next travel plans or trip. They go anywhere and everywhere in style. Their drivers care about their patrons. Look them up and stop by.

it s hard these days to find someone who A. answers the phone via human voice B. courteous of my time and not put me on hold and instead calls me back C. enough kindness to provide any/all support to make sure my loved one is getting her medical needs thank you Sammy and team and even if we don t work together, I wish you all the best of health ahead

We have just recently started using this service for my mom. Each time the driver has been very nice and respectful. She was very nervous on the first ride but the driver explained everything to her and she was able to relax and enjoy the ride. We always arrive plenty of time before appointment

I wouldn't let my dog ride with this company nor less work for this company they are a money hungry company only for them self they make a big impression to the county /city but behind closed doors they are different. They charge way too much for transportation and charter trips. I feel bad for the employees they work hard and never get a raise or bonus or anything not even a thank you. They tell the employees they don't have money and people think they are the bank but can donate to other organization. HOW ABOUT YOU GIVE BACK TO YOUR HARD-WORKING EMPLOYEES INSTEAD OF TRYING TO PAY YOUR WAY AROUND THEY COUNTY .........

Thank you Pelman Transportation for making our family's Thanksgiving New York trip into a truly fun adventure. Your staff members (Phyliss, Alicia and Anthony) were very professional throughout the entire process from the initial inquiry call to the final drop-off at the trip's conclusion. The driver was friendly, patient and even accommodated our last minute shuttle change. We will forever remember this lovely vacation and your team's attention to detail to ensure you met our needs. Again we sincerely thank you for your service.

Their service really sucks ass. You schedule pick up for 8:00 they don't get there until 9:00. And then I called three times to see why they hadn't arrived and the lady on the phone was so rude and unprofessional. We schedule for one day and they didn't show up at all but they charged my credit card. Do not use this service you will be very disappointed.

Wouldnt even give it one star but theres no option for less. My wife and son used this service a few months ago. My son is 6 yrs old. The driver was listening to the radio. Apparently a talk radio show that was talking about womens breast, butt, and vagina. Rather loudly i must add. My son looked at my wife and said mommy he shouldn't be listening to that in front of me. My wife said some thing to the driver and was ignored. Yesterday Rcats scheduled my appt with Pelham for a dr appt for myself in Gbo. Pelham claims the driver showed up but parked in front of my house calling a phone number i never had. I asked why he didnt pull into the driveway like everyone else in the world would. I was told because i have beware of dog signs up...ok im callin bs on that. He was in a van. Why would he be afraid of a dog when hes not getting out of the vehicle? Stupid!! Also asked why he didnt beep the horn like every other driver rcats had pick me up did. She told me thats not our policy. So absolutely ridiculous. Now Im being discharged from a medical practice because they NEVER SHOWED UP AND BASICALLY HANDED ME A BUNCH OF BS LIES TO COVER THEIR ASSES. DO NOT USE THEM. ASK RCATS FOR CJ MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION. DO NOT USE PELHAM. THEY WONT SHOW UP AND IF THEY DO IT WILL BE A LONG DRAWN OUT UNCOMFORTABLE RIDE. THEIR DRIVERS MUST GET PAID BY THE MILE BECAUSE IT TOOK MY WIFE AN HOUR AND A HALF TO GET FROM REIDSVILLE TO GBO BECAUSE OF THE DRIVER TAKING THE LONG LONG WAY. ** AVOID USING PELHAM TRANSPORTATION ** #PELHAMSUCKS. **********UPDATE************So you read above how this company did not show up and absolutely lied about it. Well apparently they went to RCATS and told them I was a no show. I recieved a no show warning with the consequences of having my Medicaid transportation services being suspended for 90 days. If their lazy lying driver woulda showed up in the first place this never woulda happened. I got discharged from my Dr bcuz of this lame company. Unbelievable. Pelham sucks!!!

They really go out of their way to help, especially on short notice. Very impressed with their service and will be using them on an ongoing basis.
