I had a great experience at Car Needs. My truck was fixed on time for a reasonable price. They also fixed a mess created by Tire Kountry. I'd gladly use their services in the future.....

Called to schedule some repair work and was told to call back the next week. Called the following Tuesday and call was dropped, called again and was on hold for over 5 minutes before I gave up. Too many other reliable repair shops around that are happy to have the work, I won't be bothering them with my business any further

I called to ask about an inspection the guy who answered said they were open until 5:00, no need for an appointment. That was at 4:00, I got there at exactly 4:31 . I was told my 3 guys sitting around talking that they were getting ready to close and had already powered down all their machines.

My vehicle was overdue for inspection but the headlights would not work, even after replacing the bulbs. I took it to Car Needs and Ray figured out the problem right away. He fixed the problem, they inspected my vehicle, and I was on my way home in less than an hour. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be going back to Car Needs if I have vehicle problems in the future.

Customer Beware. If you have anything in or on your vehicle that suggests you are not a Christian you will be denied service. I have been to this shop dozens of times without incident but after walking home from the shop I got a call to come get my vehicle without explaination. I walked back and was informed that the mechanic is "a religious man" and refuses to work on my vehicle because of my license plate.Ironically these "religious men" probably consider themselves proud red blooded Americans. So, I guess the constitutional right to freedom of religion and speech only applies to them.This kind of discrimination is illegal and there should be some accountability for it. I have contacted an attorney.

I strongly recommend this repair shop. While traveling on June 1, I got a large bolt stuck in my tire at a different local gas station. The tire was not leaking, but continued travel was not a good idea until the item was removed and tire repaired. I pulled into this service station based on other reviews. They removed the bolt and plugged the tire in under 10 minutes. They were extremely pleasant and professional. The cost? only $5. Their assistance on my trip was highly appreciated. $135 belt job ended up costing me nearly a $1000 due to incompetence....an alternator was never needed because they put the belt on wrong...so disappointed.....

I've had at least two inspections with car needs and a new battery and I trust them completely. they are about 7 or 8 times faster than carMax, you won't have to wait much.Service: BatteryService: Battery

Car Need is a good place to get your vehicle work on they don't do any major repairs like motor or transmission work but they do anything else. You can even bring your own new part and they will put it on just go round back and ask for Ray he's the person I always get to work on my vehicles.

Super nice guys. They actually plugged my tire! I've never actually had someone do that because they always say "it's too close to the rim" and then try to sell you tires. At last inspection, I honestly think they fixed a bearing issue I was suspicious of. My car was showing the hydroplane light on dash and making noises. Since inspection it has totally stopped. I came to Car Needs to get an inspection and they made me feel very uncomfortable. They acted like I was interrupting something and were very cold and impersonal. It was a terrible experience. I was absolutely shocked that they were so rude and short with me. I know they don't care, but I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

My daughter and I were heading to South Carolina on vacation and had a little car problem. Exited highway and found the local fire station. The guys there told me about Car Needs and gave me directions. These great guys had us back on the road in twenty minutes ! And so nice! I HIGHLY recommend them.

I brought my car in because of a check engine light. The next day they called and told me it was ready. I thought they fixed the car , so I told them to go ahead and do an inspection on it. When I got there to pick up the car he told me he couldn't inspect it because it had a check engine light and I would have to get that fix. But that's what I brought it in for. He told me why it was miss firing but nothing about if they could fix it. It was all very weird, I will never go back.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

As always a very pleasant experience. The folks at Car Needs are very pleasant and knowledgeable and kept me well informed of the time that would be involved before they could start on my safety inspection.There's also a very comfortable bench just out front for waiting, enjoying pleasant chats and making new friends.I will definitely go back to Car Needs because they have also been very helpful to my wife when she has had questions or minor issues with her car.

They did a great job on my alternator repair and the cost was a little below what they quoted which is always great with me! I hate gotchas on repair bills and there was none there. Thank you Car Needs job well done!

Got an oil change yesterday, the lady who checked me in was not friendly nor unfriendly, more apathetic.The service was very quick. When I noticed my truck being backed out and went to the cash register . The tech told me the price I knew something was wrong, way low.I asked what kind of oil he used and how much? He said 6 quarts and regular oil. I told him my truck took 8 quarts synthetic. He became defensive and told me he had googled it and he was sure. Had someplace to be and didn t want to cause a confrontation, so I left.I googled the information and found I had been right. Just made an appointment with the dealer to correct his screw up. Very disappointed. Last time they ll touch any vehicle of mind!Service: Oil change

Had to come here for some misfiring issues in my Volvo. Ray got me all taken care of in about an hour. Was passing through and visiting family in the area and they gave me the recommendations!! Patrick was really nice as well. Also fair and reasonable labor charges along with the part.

My van blew a tire on the interstate outside of town. I got it towed to this shop, as it was recommended by the tow truck driver.I was told they could get a new tire for me ASAP, which they did. Within an hour the tire was fixed; however, when I pointed out some lines that had ruptured in the blow out, which I knew were dripping antifreeze, I was told not to worry about them. Their mechanic told me they were AC lines.They were not, and my van overheated before I even made it out of town. I ended up back at the shop for them to fix the lines, which took significantly longer.

Car Needs is an established service station that offers gas, repairs, oil changes, inspections and tire service. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Only gas station in Reidville I'm aware of that still pumps your gas and checks your oil/tire pressure. You do pay more for gas they pump versus self serve.

Car Needs is an established car repair shop that offers car repairs, oil changes and tire service. I just purchased a new set and I'm happy with my tires. If purchased from them you get a warranty and free rotations after a certain amount of mileage. Car Needs is the only place I know in Reidville that still pumps gas and checks your oil/tire pressure.

Always get good service here. If you need them to check something for you just ask them. They are always accommodating and knowledgeable. I know I can depend on them. Todd does a great job.

Took my daughter up there to get her car fixed they fixed that problem and her ac and it was done fast by the next day and they was very polite and they let u know before they work on it how much they will charge .

Most honest auto repair shop around. Great service with friendly people. Will never use anyone else.
