These guys are amazing. My mother needed a car and they went above and behind to help her. Made us feel like family and they all were working so hard to help so many people. An experience I don t see anywhere else. Always new inventory coming in. Thank you all so much for all you ve done for her.

My niece bought her first car here. It was a 2013 Hyundai Veloster. It's a small sporty hatchback, every 22 year old young girls dream. We were assured that it was a good car, in great condition, and reliable. None of which was true. She started having problems with the car immediately. She has only had the car for about a year and so far we have had to replace the ignition coils and plugs 3 times, we've replaced the catalytic converter, the oxygen sensor, the high pressure fuel pump, the low pressure fuel pump assembly, it burns about a qt. of oil every 3 weeks. At this moment it's stuck in limp mode and won't go above 30 mph because apparently there is a major problem with the transmission. A friend of our family said we should pull a carfax report on the car, so we did... it's been wrecked 13 times, and has extensive damage to the frame! We contacted Summer's Auto Sales only to be told there is nothing they can do. My 22 year old niece was treated so rudely she was in tears. After all is said and done she will have spent over $19,000 on a complete lemon. I just thought people should know.

Worst place to ever buy a car. I have read so many reviews and the way this company goes after the bad reviews posting personal information and false information is ridiculous. I think they pretty much delievered their own bad review by doing so. I believe this is a class action suit alone. When making a decision on buying a car with this company don't take the reviews left by the many unsatisfied customers to heart yet perhaps read the responses left by this company and base your decision from that. Ultimately that would be the prospective of the company itself. In my opinion they make themselves look worse than the public ever could.

Car was a piece of junk. Light came on before we even got home with it. Took back several times. Ended up at dodge dealership just to tell us that both sides of the headers on engine were blown. Owner first said they would stand behind the car and let us trade for different car. When it came right down to it. They backed down on their promise. This has been over two years ago but every time I go by their establishment it still burns me up. I remember Summer saying I wouldn t put anyone in one of our cars if it was not mechanically stable or safe. All I can say is don t believe a word because we are still paying on a car that did not even last for a day. Over $10,000 got $1,000 for trade in. Buyer Beware.

This place is the worst of the worst! The owner is so fake and scam artist! They use Royalty Finance Company and forces additional products that are suppose to be optional. Don't be fooled they appear to be nice but they aren't! Don't waste your time and money! They sell cars that are Lemons! Make a complaint with the DMV INSPECTOR James in NC! It's a group of us that will make sure y'all get what's y'all deserve over at SUMMERS AUTO!

This place was so awesome, the people were extremely helpful & nice.Not only did they get me into a limited edition luxury car for only $99 Down but I also received no payments for 2 months!!!This company went over and beyond to assist me in getting a car & satisfied!!!!They open Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm.I work Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm & live 40mins away.I explained the dilemma to the rep, she text me a list of the required documents, emailed me the link to submit an application & accepted all of my information documents via email/text.The entire application process took less than 15mins.She text me my approval & a list of options within my approval amount. I responded with my selections as well as a few options in mind.I made it to the lot 15 mins before the closing time.The rep already had my selections and a few other options waiting out front & ready to test drive!!The 1st thing she did was offer & provide my aunt, my bff & I with FREE barbeque sandwiches, coleslaw, hushpuppies, drinks, assorted snacks & T-shirts!!!After test driving & making my final selection, within 30 mins I was riding in my new car!!!These guys are so awesome, I strongly suggest & refer anyone looking to purchase your next vehicle to go here!!!I will definitely be returning here in the future!!!!!!!

Summers Auto Sales will always get my business from here on out. Their vehicles are reliable and in GREAT condition. The respect and friendliness they showed me was above and beyond. If you want a great car from a family oriented business where they treat you like family then go to Summers Auto! I greatly appreciate everything yall did for myself and my family! I will be back to get another vehicle!!!! At least I can say that you're the only dealership I found that truly cares about their customers!!!! Thank you again!

This place don t even deserve 1star! Got a car from here little over a year ago and have had nothing but problems out of it since the week after I bought it!!! They claimed they fixed the issue but I think they just put a Band-aid on it because we had to replace the part yet again!!

Straight CROOKS!!!! DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE. They ripped me off. Sold me a truck claiming it was great and would last years. On the day of the 3rd payment the motor started knocking and needs to be replaced. They went from saying they was gonna replace it to saying I had to pay half of $5400 that I do not half. So after stealing my $2000 down and 3 payments of $309 they want to repo the truck because I refused to make anymore payments until they fixed it. They are absolutely awful people.

An absolute amazing place to get a car! Summer is so helpful, and caring when it comes to her customers! I will definitely be getting my family and friends to go here first for a car! They definitely won't disappoint

I have had nothing but issues from the car i got from this location and only had it 7 months. Check engine light and tore sensor came on 2 months in to having it. had to replace the a arm 3 month in to having it 6 months into having it have to fix the rocker arms i will never buy anything from here again

We was looking at a 2011 Honda Pilot and had the money and the response time of them getting back to us let us not getting the 2011 Honda Pilot and we were approved for a loan as long as we had a certain amount of deposit had to deposit and they sold a 2011 Honda Pilot the somebody else when we were coming up. the service this company has is very irresponsible I don't see how a company like this is stayed in business with the response time that they've had with us I will never be purchasing a vehicle through this company

This place is a joke they have nothing but junk on the lot and had my sons Yukon repo looked up in there back dog lot with my grandkids Christmas stuff in it ! Fkum !
