I drive well out of my way, to have my oil changed here. Customer service is spectacular! I'm very fond of Tyler. He's a very likable, knowledgeable guy. I've watched him handle some difficult customers with so much tolerance and respect. All the men here do a great job. Shout out to Ed as well, for giving me much needed info about my specific vehicle. Thank you!

The guys here are very nice and professional. There were 2 cars getting oil changes when got there and 1 waiting in front of me to get an inspection. I was there for an inspection also. They provided the estimated time they would get to mine (30 minutes) and it did seem like it took them that long at all. I will be taking my truck there to get inspected as well and both vehicles for oil changes.

My experiences have been amazing customer service. Everyone is friendly polite and professional. It s nice in a world of lacking customer service. I also feel like they have always been honest with me. After market parts can be a bit pricey. Keep up the amazing customer service!

Do not go here for an inspection unless you want to buy a pair of $50 wiper blades on top of the inspection fee.I was told that I needed wiper blades and when I let them know that I just had put on new wiper blades a few months earlier and I was not buying wiper blades, they failed my inspection causing me to spend money on another new pair of wiper blades. (I did not buy them from the conveniently located wiper display in their lobby as pictured below)I told one of my friends about this experience, and they told me they had a similar experience and were told they would fail inspection without new wiper blades until the technician realized that they were out of stock on the lobby display so they passed the inspection instead.Inspections are an expense we can t avoid unfortunately, don t go here and spend your hard earned money on unnecessary wiper blades.

super friendly and efficient! I had an oil change and inspection and couldn't have been more satisfied. These poor guys had to endure some serious attitude from customers that failed inspection (which is regulated by the State, not them) but sill had a great disposition. Highly recommend!!

Manager Eric and assistant Tyler were awesome today. Came in to get oil change saw line but they got me right in on a bay and explained everything to me. Will definitely be coming back here! And even gave me $10.00 off my oil change

You cannot beat the service time and the one I go to has to have the most friendly people ever. They explain everything they are not pushy and they are so very cordial. This is the only place I will take my vehicle for an oil change.

I had no wait time at 1:30 on a Thursday afternoon. Everyone was quick to help me out. Tyler was helpful and showed interest in the quality of the work he performed. Great service. I ll be coming back.

I would not recommend going here!! I went to get my car inspected and the guy failed me, saying my back window tint was too dark, I ve had my car over 8 years and never had a problem with passing. First time here and failed and I went to another inspection and asked and I was told that the back windows really didn t matter and my tint was okay. I had to pay a whole other place to do my inspection.I felt as if this place is racist and would not dare to ever go back there. Then he tried to get me to come and pay an additional fee to pass my tint!! Beware!!! Especially if you re African American.

Service was fast. I was able to get there and get done and back to work in 30 minutes. Service person was very friendly and informative. He let me know about any and all differences in price due to my vehicle taking more oil than the average vehicle. Mine have seven chords and they're packages were for five but he was very upfront about how they would be charging for additional quarts. The price was a little high but for the speeding convenience I'd say overall it was worth it.

Wish i could give them 0 stars. Failed my car over wiper blades that they claim didn t work even though they were new and worked fine. Then tried to get me to purchase those insanely overpriced wipers from display. This is not the first time they have done something like this to me. Do not bring your car here they are crooked.

My wife took her car here for an inspection. The technicians broke the door handle off her car and refused to pay for repairs. She requested the manager who screamed in her face until she left. Horrible customer service and business ethics. I have had problems with technicians leaving rags behind under the hood and not tightening valves all the way leading to leaks. We will not be coming back again.

Last year I tried to come here to get my inspection and minor things done, but because my car was registered in AZ and I handed the lady the wrong piece of paper first, she refused to help us with anything and told us to leave, with my 4 year old and my wife in the car. Even after finding the correct paperwork, it was pretty rude.I tried again this year to find new, friendlier, more helpful faces. I was behind 3 cars and it still didn't take more than 30 mins. Tyler was the man, offered me a water, and helped me figure out what air filter I wanted, with no pressure to do it. Just one of those things I forget about. I could have done everything buy the inspection myself but I was already there and it's good to see young guys like I use to be, friendly and wanting to work. I think every man working there Thanksgiving weekend deserves a raise.I'll be back, 10/10 experience. Thanks fellas

After going to different auto centers and getting told they either weren t taking customers or there would be a wait time of 5+ hours I found myself at SB. Service was fast and Tyler was attentive, friendly, and explained my options thoroughly. Prices were also similar to Walmart auto services. I will definitely be back and recommending my friends.

Customer service wise was great, but when you pay +$100 for an oil change you would think they would refill your windshield cleaner, power steering fluid, and coolant, check tire pressure, NOPE!!! Was seriously not satisfied with what I paid for verses what I got and they advertised they did all that with the oil change!

I went in nearly a month ago to get my inspection. They broke my door handle. They said they would fix it but it's just been a run around. I guess they just want me to go away. Not happy

The staff was so kind, patient and informative. My car would not start at the end and they went above and beyond to help jump my battery to get me on the road. I have other quick oil change locations closer to my house, but I always travel to this location because of the staff and service. Thank you!
