Wow!! Just WOW! We were on our 4th outing in our new 38' RV at Oak Hollow Family Campground and before leaving, checked our tires, which, 4 were about 30# low. Our compressor couldn't handle the PSI needed and blew on the 2nd tire. I called AAA, (I have the upgraded RV service), hung up with them and had a call from Mitchell within 60 seconds! He was there within 10 minutes. But of course, nothing is that easy. The battery operated compressor completed one tire, but it was taking forever. After he and the hubs talked, it was decided that we would call AAA back and tell them we specifically needed a compressor that would fill our rig tires (110 PSI). In the meantime, Mitchell went back to the shop to see if they had another compressor to handle them, which they did not. With AAA promising to send the next person within the hour, we went about our preparation to leave camp. I got another call from AAA about 50 minutes later, saying that no one in the area had a compressor to handle our needs. As soon as I hung up with them, Mitchell called back and asked if we gotten the help we needed. When I told him I just hung up with AAA and what they had said, he told me he was at Home Depot, BUYING a compressor that would work with our 110 outlet at the camp. He returned about 15 minutes later, brand new compressor in hand, and filled and checked all the tires!! This is customer service at its finest. He blew us away with his desire to get us safely back on the road, on a Sunday of all days! I cannot express the gratitude to Mitchell and Randleman, for the professionalism, the speediness, and the old school morals of actually caring about their customers!! We appreciated being able to safely leave the campsite and get home, without worrying about our tires blowing out. 100 stars isn't enough!!!

Andrew handled my tow and was extremely professional and courteous. Also offered good advice on an issue. Hopefully I won't need a tow any time soon but I would not hesitate to call them. The lady in the office was also extremely polite and helpful.

We recently moved to the Randleman area but needed to move our 1928 Model A Ford which had been sitting in a barn for 20 + years to our new residence. We called Randleman towing along with other towing companies. We were extremely pleased with the service and coordination as it took several calls to work out when we could do the move as the car was in Forsyth county. It ended up as a Sunday was the only date that work due to the weather and other factors. Steven was exactly on the time He carefully and professionally extracted the car from the barn it was sitting in and transported the car to our new house and even rolled it right into the garage. I could not be more pleased. We had contacted several towing companies and although Randleman towing was not the lowest price, they were extremely reasonable. It was the professional way they dealt with us that made the decision and it turned out to be and excellent choice, I will use them again and highly recommend them if you need towing services.Services: Special vehicle towing, Car towing

Today I had to get my car towed my insurance company State Farm got me over to their tow company .the tow driver his name is ELVIS He got there quickly and was amazing ..very helpful polite .he was careful getting my car up on the truck .i will definitely recommend

If you can get to a nearby city with other towing providers Do that!!!!!!! Trust me. I had to specifically request a different provider with aaa because they took the assignment twice knowing they couldn t assist me.

Our moterhome was broken down in Elkin North Carolina and triple A put us in touch with Randleman towing they provided excellent service Ed Moran stayed in touch with us when he left with it and when he made it to West Virginia with it you couldnt ask for a better company

I went in to get my stolen truck out of impound because they were the ones who towed it for Randolph County Sheriff's Office. Well everyone there was very polite and listened to what I needed. My truck had been there for almost 3 months. It fired up but needed air put in tire. The gentleman sent a young boy out there to pump my tire up. I would recommend these people to anyone in or around the area

Donald came to tow my Jeep that had broke down back to my house for me. He was super nice and friendly and got the job done in a timely manner. He made me feel like my Jeep was in good hands and I had nothing to worry about during the tow. They really helped me out with little or no notice. I called them and Debbie worked with me to find a driver that could be at my residence shortly. Tony arrived, very friendly, had my car towed in to the shop and dropped off in less than an hour. Total time from call to Debbie and car picked up by Tony, less than 2 hours. We are so grateful for TJ with Randleman Towing.After eating dinner we got back in the car and it would not start. Not even a click.We called AAA and TJ came to the rescue.He was efficient, thoughtful and kind. And he even had the right battery we needed in his truck.He replaced our battery and we were on our way all within about 45 minutes.Thank God for the TJ's of the world!Service: Battery

The worst place ever. They towed my car not even 100 feet to their lot. Had it parked over broken peices of other cars (mind you my car is brand new. ) and when trying to retrieve my car was met with a man with a nasty attitude that chain smokes in the office. Not to mention my car having scratches over it now and a tire I had to replace that was brand new before it got towed and then all the sudden I get my car back and had to replace the tire a week later. Worst place ever not give them your money at all.

Thanks for the quick service!My father had a hard time on Highway 73 because of the flat tire, but Randleman Towing took his car to the Walmart tire center. The driver is very friendly. My father doesn't speak English well, but the driver discussed Walmart staff and dropped off the car there. Also, the towing cost is very reasonable. Strongly recommend. I called last week and talked to Debbie in the office and told her exactly what I needed. She was very nice and professional and after she found out what we needed, she explained the pricing to me. I called again last Friday to see if they could tow out Explorer over to Meineke in Greensboro, she sent someone out to me to load it up and deliver it. The tow truck driver, whose name was Elvis, was very nice and professional. We will be using Randleman Towing for all of our towing needs and will refer anyone and everyone to them.

Timothy Person at Randleman Towing provided excellent customer service. My Savana 3500 van was stuck in a very awkward situation in the mud, I wasn t sure how to get it out without damaging anything. However, after Tim had assessed how to get it out I knew it was going to work. He had a professional attitude, he used the proper tools and equipment safely and overall he got my van out of there with no problem and no damages. Thank you!!! Your storage lot in "Archdale " is not in Archdale but in Sophia. Driver tells me "Oh yeah, we are right downtown on main Street in Archdale" NOT!!!! 4 MILES FROM THE CITY LIMITS OF ARCHDALE.
