This place always goes above and beyond!!!! Today I had a flat tire and they came to pick up my car and fix the tire for a small fee which was beyond worth it for the amount of headache they saved me trying to manage it on my own!!I don t trust my vehicle with any other shop and am so very grateful to have them.I have recommended them to people who live an hour away because they are worth the drive for their reliable service, reasonable prices, and values to provide excellent service to the customer!!!!

Excellent service! I broke down driving through on 220 on a Friday afternoon at 5pm. The fact that they were open on Saturday made it possible for me to have my truck towed to them and have them start the work over the weekend. It was ready by 11am on Monday. Thank you again!I needed these guys again and they did not let me down. I thought my alternator was going out, but diagnosed it as my battery. They knew I had to get back on the road quick so they went to work. I 100% recommended this service station!

This was my first and last time coming here!! The older man running the inside is the rudest person I have ever met! When you go first go inside somewhere you want to feel welcomed and happy that you that we choose your shop instead of going down the rd. Worst customer service I have ever seen! There was a young lady in there getting a tire fixed and he was making fun of her right in front of me she left crying this is uncalled for with as many people out of of work hire somebody that likes their job!! Will never be back.

Friendly and fast service. They even pointed out a front brake issue that the dealership created. Never knowledgeable mechanics that got my tires on very fast.

BEWARE :Took my truck here to get inspections. The little old guy sabotages my tires. He put weight on my tires causing them to be mis-balanced.

They were phenomenal with helping us on a Friday afternoon and willing to stay late if need be. They helped us find a solution while talking us through the problem and what to do if it persists. The only thing that surpasses the work itself is the amazing customer service!

Great experience, very friendly and despite having a few cars in front of me they quickly got to my inspection and I was in and out very quickly. I will definitely use them again and would recommend highly.

My family has been using Randleman Service Station since before I was born. I continue to use them exclusively for almost 30 years. I don t trust my vehicles with anyone else. Great prices, and excellent service.

Very good service, I had a flat tire and brought it there and they fixed it right away and only charged $10.00 friendly people and great service .And they have a diner right beside them.

They are non professional and did not put bolts back in sub frame and stold 200 cash out of my paw paw Harry's truck..very very poor business...Needless to say threatened to call the police on me to leave..If MR.ED WAS STILL HERE LONG NECK MICKEY WOULD HAVE BEEN FIRED......Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance
