This is a must see stop if nascar history and vehicle restoration is something you want to see at its best. The staff are helpful, friendly, very knowledgeable, and the best there is in the business. I can"t say often enough how great my experience is there. I do go back every year just to talk to the people and see what is new.

I could not be more pleased with my new Petty's Garage Strut Tower Brace. The quality and workmanship are spectacular! David at the parts desk was so nice and easy to work with as I live in Pennsylvania. He ensured fitment and color match, so my part was perfect when it arrived. It's awesome to be able to accesorize my car with some Petty inspired flare. Thank you again!!

I called and ordered a front strut tower brace for my Shaker Challenger the staff was very knowledgeable. It was shipped to me within a few days tracking updates frequently. The part matches perfectly and fits great. The bonus is having the plaque signed by Richard Petty. Thank you for being a top notch company to work with.

I contacted Petty's Garage to ask questions concerning installation of a Supercharger for my 2023 Dodge Challenger. David provided me with all of the information that I needed. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Great job!!!

A wonderful place to spend a few hours if your a fan of cars and racing. I visited in September for the Celebration of Speed Festival NC and saw some great cars. As usual, Foreign Cars Italia brought amazing Ferrari s and unveiled the brand new F8 Tributo.

Had a great time seening "The Kings" and family items. From trophies, to cars, to everything else. Took my family and we had a blast and I loved seeing all that stuff.

I have a small cat in my home. I have a pickup truck blue. I have some coke' and Pepsi have blue 1972 charger car .some people look. 30 year and 9 year old. I have a driver's license that makes the motor part in different places up in north car parts 1964. Your age would be 3 years old. I went north for car part make Tham in large Garage's sandy river. The only way it could have been better would have been if Richard Petty himself had been there. He actually might have been but we didn't see him. It was a lot of fun tho.

Called 3 different times trying to get pricing and a appointment for a cam package on my challenger. Left messages and even sent emails. Never once got a return call or email! That s fine if that s the kind of attention you give customers I don t want you touching my car!

Trying to buy a 2016 mustang gt petty garage edition number 42 of 43 and apparently they refuse to give the carlot where the car is a price build of the car . So the car is only coming back as a regular gt. So the bank doesn't recognize any of Petty's work done on the car. Pretty sad something like this is coming from Richard Petty's garage.

Pettys had our challenger for almost a year , all the while , when they would communicate, telling us this was wrong or that was wrong ( it was took for ONE thing). Ended up costing over 10,000. When we picked it up the car sounded downright HORRIBLE. On top of the horrible experience with the customer service there, the car had to go to another shop within WEEKS over having it back. We got to drive it a total of two times and then had to TOW it to the other shop! Now looking at another almost 10,000 to fix everything they screwed up. Very disappointed!!

I was a long time support of the causes Petty is involved in. I had visited the shop on multiple occasion and as a result took my truck there when it was having issues after a motor rebuild.Petty was great fixing my motor issue and tuning the truck. One other issue they recommended multiple fixes including rebuilding trans and transfer-case. Didn't fix the issue. After relocating I feel I was put as a second class customer. My truck was put outside and I was only given updates after multiple emails and calls.I sent a transport company there to pick it up after they said it was complete. The truck was in such rough shape that they didn't even want to pick it up. They had left it outside in inclement weather "Outskirts of a Hurricane". Said they didn't have room in the shops for all vehicles. Didn't even take the time to wash it or detail it for pickup. Said it wasn't there problem and that was that.I would not recommend this shop to anyone. I went against advice and other reviews. If you are not spending $100K with them then don't bother. I ended up spending around $10K total with them on just motor and tune and it was a terrible experience.

They used to be good but last time I had my Petty mustang in, the shifter ball rattles and the vehicle wouldn't pass emissions inspection and their leadership told me there is nothing they can do because their Tuner left and took all of his tune files. The Salesman at the time told me took look up how to fix the shifter ball on youtube and do it myself. This is all after spending over $40,000 at their shop. I highly recommend against using them for anything anymore, just awful.

I like the museum collection ( lots of trophies) and the people is nice and friendly on the museum and on the auto shop, definitely worth going back.

I would leave a negative if I could. Eric Hruza roped me in and promised a forged, cammed, Whipple super charger 426 in my 2019 hellcat. The car made 960 before it went in. I contacted Petty's because the litons pulley had failed on the upper. Eric Hruza would call about 1 a month to lie about the car almost being done but "if you can send another 500.00 for a part because we can not get the main studs that come with your kit.". Eventually I told them no more money. Do as agreed with the car. Immediately Eric disappeared. I was then told the day before going to check on my car by a man named Rob that the trans was blown and that if I was coming Friday, they closed at noon. No problem, drove out over night.On arriving Rob , Stephen Moffitt, and myself had a huge argument. I walked out only to have Stephen Moffitt running next to me with his fist up...I was trying to leave. I told them let's calm down. I'll be back after going to get breakfast. Came back and everything seemed ok now. It wasn't. The car was filthy. They wouldn't turn lights on so I could see.At this point the car had been with them since August of 2021. By the time car was delivered by Petty's preferred shipper, who I was told to use in order that Petty's could give me a better tax rate.. not sure what that was about. The car rolled of the delivery truck throwing codes .Oil changed after 700 miles. The oil is full of metal and the car goes into limp mode. As soon as I notified Petty's they shut down contact. I now forced to take them to court, complaints with North Carolina doj. They said Eric Hruza was being fired for causing multiple issues. They are not honoring what was agreed on or the warranty.Stay clear of this place. It might have Mr. Petty's name on it... Can't see him being like this. The positive reviews may be valid or marketing bots. I would seek another shop for any sort of major build. Petty's got me for almost 22k. The law suite is going to cost me about the same.Find another shop, trust me.

STAY AWAY! KEEP YOUR CAR RUNNING! Don t let the PETTY name real you in as it did me! Complete joke of a shop! I sent my 2019 charger 392 to Pettys Garage. I purchased their N/A camshaft package with long tube headers and ported heads. The car took 5 months for them to complete the install only to have engine lights/codes thrown immediately! Greg was the person I talked to with the purchase. I told them my goal was 500whp for my vehicle. They promised yeah yeah easily . When everything was finished he told me your car did 495whp which is great and agreed to pickup the vehicle. They give you a dyno graph of what your vehicle did and when I picked it up it only did 459whp 469wtq!!?? $10,000 later with only 40whp added????? Greg ended up lying about numbers and kept pushing the completion date every week. Constant headaches with the vehicle after picking it up. Had a check engine light on at least 1 day a week with something messing up. Completely ruined the vehicle!

This place is a JOKE! Unless you're spending 50k+++ they don't have time for you. Trust me Richard nor ANY Petty has ANYTHING to do with your car. I've gotten better customer service from Taco Bell

I called PG today ,8- 6-2019 ,to see if I could get a Promo code to buy a product. The gal that answered the phone , right away, was able to give me a code with 20% off. When I ordered the product I entered the code but didn't push the arrow to get my discount and ordered it at full price. I reordered it and pushed the arrow for the promo code discount. I called back immediately and spoke with her. She was once again very helpful and refunded my first order with in minutes. I was so thankful for such great customer service. Petty Garage customer service is beyond a 5 star company. I would rate them at 11. I wish I would have asked her name bit I didn't. My bad. Thanks PG. She rocks...

We had a Blast at Petty Museum today. We met the King Richard Petty he and his Staff are so nice, polite and laid back. He had a Picture taken with us, I bought a t-shirt and he autographed it for me. We're on vacation this week and this is the highlight of our vacation !! THANK YOU RICHARD PETTY and Thanks to your Staff!! WE WILL BE BACK !!! GOD BLESS YOU !! DEBRA & RODNEY

I recently took my Hemi Rubicon to Petty's Garage for performance tuning. Matt and the Petty team did an excellent job!! They really went the extra mile to make sure everything was done right. I would highly recommend them and I will definitely be taking more stuff to them. Thanks again

I went to Petty's Garage today. Just bought a 2016 Dodge Charger Scat Pack and Mopar did not have a strut tower brace that fit my vehicle. I found their website online. Called and stopped by the shop. They had braces that fit my vehicle and painted too! They installed it on the spot also. Reasonable prices and good work. Shop is amazing... I would recommend anyone to stop by and take a look. Awesome!

Great work at tuning my edelbrock supercharger for my Jeep Wrangler. Drives like its stock with a ton more power! Highly recommended! And the museum is really awesome!

This place is BAR NONE the WORSE place to do business. I highly recommend NOT to use Petty's Garage for ANY type of work. The managers--both named Matt and even the CEO Russ. I was told that i was getting a king premier which turns out to only be a king. When they delivered my car it was dirty, half of tank of gas, the spoiler was scratched, the door panels were scuffed with blank paint, and also my plaque was not in there. long story short they PROMISED me $963 and its been 4 months since that day and have received not a dollar. you can read the rest of my complaint with the BBB and Attorney General in NC.

Matt Glad originally helped me correct a pcm flash with multiple issues. He walked me through the process using hp tuners. I called yesterday and a fella named Eric called me back. I'm installing forges pistons, the new mopar style liters with mds plugs. He informed me about the magnet I missed from taking out the mds solenoids. He gave me some tips with head bolt torque as I'm getting ready to install a supercharger. He also informed me about the factory rods being a type called cracked. Anyways, he helped me with a lot of great info I needed even though he didn't have too. Thank you Matt and Eric.

Bought color matching double front strut brace for Dodge Charger Daytona 392. Very well constructed, perfect color match, and tightened up the front. Looking forward to possibly some tuning next.
