Thank you to Lionel! I was traveling out of town and was in the area when my car lights started coming on . He tested my battery and alternator and found the problem. Lionel was kind, knowledgeable and was able to get me back on the road again without worry! Lionel, you are awesome! ~G

My wife and I stopped by to look at some wheel covers for a van we recently purchased. We had already went to three different stores and received little or no help. Miranda was more than helpful from the moment my wife walked in and stayed engaged with us. She was pleasant and her customer service was beyond reproach. Needless to say, we left with a set of wheel covers!

The best parts store ever, best service and employees ever. SUPER speedy with service and very polite. Michelle and the other small blonde girl are AHHHHHMAZING.100 out of 100 would recommend and will go back VERY soon.

First time in this store. I have to say I was very impressed with their customer service. The lady who helped me with my wiper blades was great, she even came out in the rain to help me put them on. I will definitely be doing all my auto shopping here from now on. If I could give 10 stars I would.

I needed to have my battery checked due to the upcoming cold weather and first I stopped at Advance since I needed to go to Walmart also. I had limited time before work and the girl at Advance said I needed to wait because she was waiting on the weather to "chill" out so I went to AutoZone where I was greeted by a nice young man named Josh Turner. He was very polite and more than willing to check my whole system and it turned out I needed a battery which he installed in a very professional and timely mannerNo more Advance auto for me! I'll be taking my business to AutoZone from here on out!

Staff here are always attentive and helpful, they even went ahead and found the item I needed in the isle for me and wrung it up.Extremely well stocked, staff are always friendly, kind, respectful and chatty, which is nice.Some asshat blew his horn while I was replacing a lightbulb in my wife's car almost causing me to drop it.It wouldn't have been so bad if not for the fact my face was pretty close to the front of his car.

I ALWAYS dread a trip to the parts store generally because it hits my pockets but mostly because I m a female and these places are mostly guys and they treat you like you have no mechanical knowledge and half the time they end up giving me the wrong part (because they know so much). But I enjoy coming to this particular parts store and I drive a little further just to go to this one and it s because of one of the employees there. Miranda is AWESOME. She is smart, helpful and knowledgeable and she actually listens to me and my preferences and can even suggest ideas that I didn t even think of. Any company would be so lucky to have this woman in their employ, I hope she is treated as well as she treats me. Customer service is almost dead these days and so many employees are irritated when they have to actually work a little bit to help you but this woman takes it all in stride and goes way beyond the call of her job duties to make sure you leave happy. She is a rare unicorn in a sea of mean old goats. Go see her she won t disappoint.

Autozone is the only big box parts store that will let you return parts. And the employees at the one in randelmen go above and beyond. The store manager is great. Very greatful for this store

The store was clean and product selection was good at least on the isle that I shopped on. I read and compared fuel system cleaners for 13 minutes with no assistance from an associate. There were 3 working. No, they were not always busy with other work, just did not want to bother. Won't go back.

They were wonderful! I needed someone to change my light bulbs (husband used to do that but he passed away in January). They did it for me and were so nice about it. Then today they changed my back windshield wiper. The other auto place here in Randleman will not do that any more.

Helpful staff, limited stock. If you need something right now, then they are great. If you can wait, prices are much lower online. I will go back for necessities, but will research first.

Wonderful team and always willing to help! Any time I need a part I come here! They never let me down, unlike other auto parts stores in Randleman. The team members at this store need a raise for always going above and beyond for their customers and they aren t even asked to!

I spent 108.00 at this store for a heater core for my 05 Pontiac grand am. The mechanic came to install the core today. The weather stripping had been removed from the box. I called and told the guy working at 625 pm Sunday Feb 6th. He said none of their heater cores came with the weather gasket. I knew it was a lie. The mechanic knew it was a lie and I called the asheboro Dixie drive store and they confirmed it was a lie. I had to pay 10.90 for a tube of weather gasket material because of a liar that wouldn't do the right thing. Perhaps if they checked returns being brought back to the store they could have avoided cheating me. Never will I buy anything from this place again. I have zero time for a liar

Walking into Auto Zone was a very pleasant experience. Staff was very nice. Michele was amazing she greeted us and helped us very quickly. Will be coming back, Auto zone is gonna be where I go to get anything else for my car!! Thank you again for amazing service!

Bigger than the local advance with a better selection. Their reward system, while essentially the same as other in the area, seems to pay you back fast. The staff seems knowledgeable enough. Would definitely recommend stopping here first If you're in the area and need parts.

The people who work there didn't seem to want to help me out with my situation. I only needed to get my check engine light read. Had to leave and go to Advance Auto because at least they read out my codes and gave me a print out and explained to me the problems that were going on with my car.

They were very helpful. I needed to get some oil and a filter and they helped me find the exact one that would be beat for my car. The gentlemen even carried it out to my car for me. I was very grateful.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff !! Try to sign up for rewards and spend 20 dollars each visit and you ll end up with 20 dollars off coupon

Everyone I go there I have to wait on someone on the phone while other staff walk around like there isn't a line. Employees always outside talking. Could be on break but perception is key. When I finally do get help the employees are very helpful.

Had a burned out head light that others couldn't fix and they fixed it for me within minutes the workers there were so nice. I rate them a 5 because they are friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you guys for your awsome service.

Everyone is very nice and respectful! They don't make you feel stupid or trick you into buying anything!! Had my battery test and replaced cheaper than at a mechanic!! Thanks!!

placed online order over a week ago. order was split into two orders. one arrived the other was marked delivered but never came. now my car is sitting on a jack with no caliper. they say to wait another week and we will see. Not Acceptable! thats another week without my vehicle. someone needs to fix this. order with rockauto or advancedauto. atleast ur package wont take forever and will actually get delivered!

Great prices and quick orders from other store locations if they do not have the part you are needing! Very helpful employees over the phone and in person too!!!
