One of the best parts stores! Love the store manager, Debbie! She knows her car parts! The rest of the staff is always so helpful! I couldn't ask for a better place for go to knowledge when I need something for my car.

This store is more worried about looking good to corporate numbers wise, than they are customer service.The night manager tries to be domineering and intimidating to female customers unless they are good looking and then the attitude and demeanor changes greatly!

These guys are always very helpful and generally knowledgeable. If they don't have an answer they have a way to get one for you. They offer discounts for different local businesses and overall they provide an excellent experience.

Just needed some codes read on my car. A nice gentleman came out and hooked up a testing unit and gave me the codes so I can figure out what was going on. I have some things lit up on my dashboard concerning my brake system. My husband just put new brakes on front and back but we can't figure out how to clear the codes. Anyway, the man was very helpful. At least I have a starting point now.

The associate was very helpful. Helped me test my battery, get wipers for my car, and a shock for thr hood of my wife's car. Great job and thank you.

Would love to give this store a 5 star rating but customer service is always in need of improvement here. Have a older car and they always have what i need. Thats great for me but seems alot of them have a bad day every day. When a customer comes in having to spend their money on parts to fix car then they are usually the one having a bad day. Last thing they need is somebody hateful for no reason. There is comfort in somebody being pleasant

Absolutely the worst advance i have ever been to. The manager priscilla acts as she once was the world's top mechanic. She will lecture you on why your part failed. She has told me a coolant sensor was a oil pressure switch. I believe most of the customers who are buying in volume like me know what we have in our hand as we are the one who took it off.They have lost so much business locally because most mechanics I know will not buy from this store with her working there. Everyone go .2 miles down to auto zone a much better experience

P.S.A Do not waste your time or money going to advance, We used to get great service when we went here but after today, I am not going back! Tory is the absolute worst employee they have, she is rude, always giving dirty looks, and cannot answer even the simplest of automotive questions. We went to get a battery charged there, she hooked it up and told us she would call us when it was ready, we'll we never got a call that night. Went to pick it up this morning and it still wasn't charged, told us another 30 mins, so we come back in 30 mins, they tried to tell us that our battery (less than a year old) was no good.. took the battery went to auto zone they said it was perfectly fine. Come home throw it in the car and is working great.

Experience was terrible and the general manager was very unprofessional and rude to me. Did not tell anybody about the return policy and then lied to my face and said she did. Will not be going here anymore. Giving 1 star is still too much for how I was treated.

They are very up to date on replacing auto battery in a high tech auto. They saved me a more expensive trip to a mechanic or dealer.

Great auto parts store. Really like that they improved the SpeedPerks points program. Staff has always been helpful with finding you what is best needed.

Cheaper prices than others and had the part my daughter needed for her mini van.
