This use to be a good parts store now the prices to high and the staff ain't hitting on much

Walker Automotive in Ramseur NC is definitely the place to go. They work very hard to help you find what you need. They are NOT lazy employees. When I call, they answer the phones very quickly. They are very friendly and eager to help. When I stop by the store, everyone helps us with whatever it is we are in need of. I have always been impressed with the work they do for the community. I don't know exactly what the customer, who has wrote a bad review, was looking for and I'm guessing they had no idea either because all the employees will diligently find what you need or direct you to where you can find it. I am sure they were NOT treated in the manner that has been previously describe. Thank You to each employee for being there for us. You have always treated us very kind and this is the only place we go and you deserve 10 stars!

I enjoyed going to Napa because they there when you need them and if they don't have it in stock they will get it for you the next day so they have my business for rest of my Lifetime

Sucks. Lazy workers wouldnt take the time to check to see if they have the item im looking for. Wasted gas by dtiving there and come to.find out they dont have it. I was told " i think we have it"
