Great work! Ronny did an estimate when I stopped by and they did repairs a week later. Job was finished when they said they d be done and everything looks good. Final cost was exact estimate.

I messed up the front of our vehicle, which required the AC condenser to be replaced. The vehicle has 160,000 miles on it, so I was not trying to get it back into new condition. I just wanted to have some AC for the summer. So I took it to Zacapa, and they were great. They did exactly what I wanted and for a fair price (especially considering I can't do any of that). They said if I buy the freon, they would charge the system for free. So I did, and they did. Thank you.I hope I don't need any more body work anytime soon. But if I do, I will definitely take it to Zacapa.

I actually called and got a voicemail and left a detail message which a guy called me directly back........that made me fairly excited! When I answered the guy that called didnt Introduce himself and when I asked who I was speaking to he said very Irritated " someone called me!" I proceeded to ask if I was speaking to someone from a repair company he then replied..... You need to bring your car in but used broken english and wouldn't answer any of my simple questions lime what time does he close

My first experience with this place was absolutely terrible and I will never even think of coming to this place.Today I pull up in their shared parking lot to have an estimate done. I park in front of their window and can clearly see inside. A sign hangs on the windows saying Mondays are appointments only. I call the number and a guy inside picks up. After he answers I ask him if he is available for an estimate. He proceeds to tell me that there is nobody in the shop and when I question him and we literally make eye contact he starts speaking in Spanish then confusedly asks me to come tomorrow.I am not ignorant.I immediately went to Maako down the street and had the best and most professional auto experience I have had to far.

Absolutely the worst of all treatment, extremely rude and irritable staff, I definitely do not recommend anyone come to this place, the 2 people I deal with are very haughty.Absolutamente el peor de todos los tratos, un personal sumamente grosero e irritables, definitivamente no le recomiendo a nadie venir a este sitio muy altaneras las 2 personas con las que trate.
