I went on a Monday morning and they were quite busy. They were honest and let me know that it would be up to an hour and a half wait. I ended up waiting because I really needed an oil change. I appreciated that all 3 bays were in use. The employees were all working and not just messing around on their phones. They were very transparent with their pricing plus their prices were some of the best I have found in the triangle area. Also, as a woman at times I feel like I can be treated differently or taken advantage of in terms of not having a lot of knowledge about things related to cars...all the employees I interacted with were professional and kind. I will definitely come back here when it's time for my next oil change! Thanks for your great service!Service: Oil change

Excellent locally owned business. Come for annual state inspection every year and never have an issue. They get you in and out in no time. Highly recommend.

This is the only place I take my car to get serviced. They inspect my vehicles and change the oil. If I ever moved to the other side of town, I d still come and let these guys take care of me. Friendly and fast. One thing that I do like about them as well and this is a side bar, they don t work through holidays. When I ride past and see the sign say they are closed, it makes me happy because so many important moments are missed due to the almighty dollar . I love this for these guys.

My car was overdue for an oil change. I called and Chris told me the pricing and the times. I went up there, got an oil change and I promise you. My car drives so damn smooth. And the price is affordable

They have great service. If anyone was to ask me where is the best place to get your oil change I recommend Xpress lube. I guarantee you will feel the difference how your car handles before and after. My car runs great after they did an oil change.Great customer service and great price ..

Probably one of the best prices around for oil changes. We take all of our work trucks there and personal vehicles. Very professional and great service!!

Shop was efficient during the holiday season. It wasn't a qwik in and out, but I have no complaints about the wait. Driveway entrance is a bit tight and easy to miss. Employees were professional and curtious.

I've visited this establishment at least 6 times, each time I've had a great experience. No hard sales push on wipers or anything else. Sometimes there can be a short wait if the bays are busy, several times I was in and out.

They get you in and out. The service is always exceptional. They did miss the vacuuming of my car in the front, however I was aware of them being busy. I do wish they had seating in the shaded area outside somewhere for customers with children or just for more customers in general. I will keep coming for service and recommending them as well.

I called and asked if they had time to squeeze in an oil change on my lunch break. They shared that they were short staffed, but most likely could. I was in and out in 20 minutes! I asked plenty of (dumb) questions and didn't feel once like they were "pulling a quick one" on me. Great guys, professional too!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I've come here for an inspection and a few oil changes over the course of about a year. The mechanics are very fast and as far as I can tell, very good! Checkout is quick, they are courteous and don't bother you with trying to get every scrap of your personal info. I don't think I've ever spent even 30 minutes waiting. Great business, I recommend it!

EXTREMELY RUDE ... I am new to town and drove in for a oil change 30 mins before their posted closing time. The workers looked at me and told me they were closed and walked off as I was talking to them. Disrespectful for NO REASON. I definitely will not ever come back nor will my parents. Really unnecessary for them to treat a paying customer like they are annoying them.

Chris is the best! I love getting my oil change done here. They already do a great job. Will actually be going there tomorrow to get an oil change. They are very friendly and reliable.

I had originally put five stars until my last recent visitWhoever Kris is said my oil was over filled but car said oil low in NY and drove back to NC asked before I left to top off and they said it was filled up properly but got to NY and said it was low came back got oil change now car making noise bet if they would of topped off liked I asked I wouldn't be in the predicament I'm in but let Kris tell it they did their job by not adding oil before I left to go to NY

These guys were great, went above and beyond the job. Tried really hard to help me out and they genuinely care about what they're doing. Professional and fair price, and they won't try and up sell you. Will take my vehicles here for oil changes in the future.
