World Class Auto did an amazing job! Caleb and Bill were both particularly helpful. After a week of dealing with back and forth with other technicians, I was recommended to this shop and by a friend, and I m very glad I brought my car here. They were transparent about pricing and explained what was going on with my car without using jargon I couldn t understand. Amazing service thank you!

Excellent service and honest staff. They helped me understand what work was needed on my car and what wasn t. The dealership recommended way too much work but World Class Auto was honest in their assessment and much more affordable. Highly recommend.

Everyone here is attentive and accommodating. They were not able to fix my issue but didn t charge me a dime because of it. Will definitely be coming back if I ever need something else.

They're good! Really good! The crew there has helped me out twice, and they're knowledgeable, they care about doing quality work, and they're very good about communicating with customers about what needs to be done. And they're fun! It's rare to see a crew who is happy to be happy and enthused to recognize and solve problems case by case, and then say to a customer "hey! We're glad you came in!"

Amazing staff, and quick service. Great pricing as well. As a women it can be daunting finding an auto repair that doesn't over charge you. Will definitely be coming back for future repairs.

I took my "luxury" vehicle here for an adaptive headlight replacement after the assembly was water damaged for some unknown reason. Bill and Caleb did a great job of providing an accurate and fair estimate, keeping me informed of the repair progress, and completing the work in a timely manner while also honoring a special request to place additional sealant in the new unit to help reduce the chances of another costly repair. They showed me the damaged modules, even though I didn't request it. In other words, I feel like they went above and beyond. I was referred here by someone who has also gotten excellent service, and I will definitely keep them in mind for future jobs. I highly recommend that you consider them for your luxury and European car repair needs.

I was a customer of World Class for many years when it was operated by Dale and the service was indeed always world class. I can no longer recommend. While phone calls were followed up as promised, they told me that I needed new brake pads after looking the vehicle over. When I called to make the appointment about a month later, it was amended to needing pads AND rotors. I had a family mechanic in another small town inspect the brakes and was told I needed neither. Absolutely perplexed (and as a female concerned about being taken advantage of), I later had the actual dealership take a look and they provided actual video of measurements with the calipers. My brakes are FINE, with 3 in the green and one just in the yellow. I d love to give World Class the benefit of doubt but I m afraid they ve lost my trust.

This shop came recommended by a family member who has been using them for 7 years. I called Tuesday to ask when their next availability to replace my breaks would be, hoping I could drop the car off for the weekend while I would be out of town. He told me his first opening was Friday but if I could deal without my car I could drop it off sooner and he would try to get it done sooner. Wednesday morning he let me know the diagnosis and at closing he called to tell me it was already completed! The men I worked with were kind and professional. They listened well to me try and explain was what going on with my very limited car knowledge. My husband usually does all the work on our car so we hate having to take in our vehicles for work but he didn t have time right now. I m very happy with the work they did and price we paid! I will happily recommend this shop to family and friends.Services: Brakes, Oil change

Dale, Jerry and the World Class team are the most honest mechanics I have ever met. They provide trustworthy and impeccable service with great rates. Dale took the time in the middle of the pandemic to call me just to see how I was doing. Dale and his team are the friendliest and most honest people I have ever dealt with for anything regarding cars. He helped me research an issue that my car had and found a way to get it covered under warranty at the dealership and made nothing from me, instead of doing the work himself. I will not take my car anywhere else- they are the best!

Dale and Jerry have worked on all our cars for years and always try to do the right thing. I trust them to make the right call and if it doesn't need fixing they won't recommend a repair. They do good work at a fair price and you won't have to worry about whether or not something was actually necessary. I do take my cars for quick oil changes sometimes to other places on weekends, and those shops always recommend repairs, but I let World Class tell me the truth. You won't be sorry if you give them your business!

Outstanding customer service, thorough and not going to try to charge you for something you done need. Very reasonably priced for services performed. Very busy so appointments are necessary but expected for the level of service. Highly recommended.

I've been taking my vehicles to Dale Spice for years. He'll make sure the repairs are done right the first time and won't suggest repairs to your car that aren't needed. The prices are reasonable and way cheaper than the dealership.

Dale and his crew are very professional, always putting the customer and their needs first. As someone who knows an okay amount about cars, I trust him and his judgement over anyone else. Very cut and dry, and I'll definitely be referring to him whenever possible.

Great service by guys who are sincerely trying to help you out instead of just overcharging you for everything. They tell you as it is and try to save you money every step of the way. They are very organized and they keep record of everything that they fix in your car. I definitely recommend you check them out.

Other repair shops have recommended work that World Class Auto told me was unnecessary. They have saved me a lot of money and time. I trust them and I will have them work on all my vehicles from now on! They are busy for a reason.

Took my car cause I thought the thermostat needed to be replaced and ended up being my head gasket, wished I had brought to these guys sooner since the last shop I took it too screwed me over. The guys were able to save me some money by reusing some of my old parts and it came in under what they quoted me.

Worse Service took my car twice the first time wrong diagnosed and had me paid for something totally different then what I had initially told them the problem was, 2nd time told them what the car was doing and that was fixed but when I pick up the car it was leaking and obviously they said they did not touch that part of the car.. worse will never bring my car there again..
