I am exceptionally disappointed with my experience at Westgate, and I would strongly discourage anyone from buying a vehicle there. On August 1st, 2023, Eric Holmes sold me a Certified Pre-Owned ( CPO ) 2020 Ram 2500 Laramie Pickup with ~96,000 miles on it. In fact, my mother came to Westgate that same day and purchased a brand new, 2023 Ram 1500 Limited Pickup from Eric as well. Over $120,000 spent at Westgate in one day from my family Within 3 miles of driving my CPO truck off the Westgate lot, my engine light turned on and I immediately drove back to determine what was wrong. Eric had the tech read the error code and said that it was simply a problem with the diesel particulate filter sensor and that it wouldn t affect anything else on my truck. He said that he would have parts order the part and that he would inform me when it was ready. He also promised me a second key FOB, as I was only given one with the truck.After a few months, I followed up with Eric inquiring the status of the part. He gave me a story about how manufacturers were on strike and that parts were delayed all over the country. He said he could order and program the key, but we were still waiting on the part for the diesel emissions system.On January 3rd, I received an automated message from Westgate stating that I was due for a service interval. Eric had stopped responding to my messages, so I reached out to service to set up a time to finally get my engine light checked out. When I walked in, no one greeted me and when I did manage to get Maya s attention, it was as if I was the biggest burden on Earth. Is this how all paying customers who spend over $100,000 are treated at Westgate? I requested to speak to a manager, and I told him the story of my engine light and that I was promised an additional key FOB. He verbally committed to covering any costs required to clear the engine light and to cover the cost of a new key. He said, this is a good customer, we can cover it . I was starting to believe Westgate may actually help me.The diesel tech diagnosed the problem as an issue with the diesel particulate filter sensor (same as before), and he simply erased the code without actually fixing the problem. He also left his OBD Code reader in the truck! Maya had a key cut for me but said I would have to come back in a couple days to have the FOB programmed after it had arrived. The next day, I got a text from Maya saying that the tech recommended I replace both front sway bar links and both front wheel bearings and that the $2505.78 repair was not covered by warranty. She also told me that Westgate was no longer going to cover the cost of my additional FOB and that would also cost $314.15 if I still wanted it. Within 6 months of buying a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, I have to replace my suspension and that isn t a pre-existing condition that Westgate neglected to inform me of. On top of that, I was sold a car that had the engine light on, and Westgate couldn t even fix it. Is that legal, do I have a case?Within a day, my engine light flicked back on, and I am back to square 1. Also, my mom s brand-new Ram is now leaking oil after she went in for her service interval mid-January! I wish I had never gone to Westgate in the first place. They call themselves a dealership , but you would have a better experience at a used car dealer on Capital considering the level of service I received and the way they honored their Certified Pre-Owned Warranty. Unless you enjoy being treated like used bath tissue, avoid Westgate at all costs. I would discourage every person in Raleigh from buying a vehicle at Westgate. The service was despicable, I was lied to by the sales team, management was no help, and it is clear that the culture of the entire establishment is not to put the customer first but instead to take advantage of its customers.

What a great experience!! Hands down the best dealership I've been to . They made me feel like royalty, as if at any moment I would be walking down a red carpet.. Scott was amazing and so sweet and kind.. His goal was to make me happy and to ensure he was there for me every step of the way!! The financing process was a breeze.. Brian S. was a rock star and made sure I was taken care of. The owner was super sweet and friendly. After meeting all these amazing people, I felt like family.. If you're thinking about buying a car, I recommend you start here, you will not be sorry!!! Thank you everyone for such a wonderful day and car buying experience!!!

Awesome experience! Recently purchased a Nissan truck and was treated like royalty. Was at University Ford in Durham and they were very unprofessional. Service was phenomenal. I had worked with ROLF and he was very patient and genuine. I had Ubered 1 hour and 30 minutes to the dealership expecting to leave in my new vehicle the same day and things didn t go as planned initially. ROLF drove me back home in his personal vehicle and didn t ask for nothing in return. He also kept me updated about the process to get into my new vehicle. I returned to the dealership a week later and this time I was able to leave in my new ride thanks to his expertise and patience. He s very honest and professional about the process and till this day he STILL check in with me to make sure I m enjoying my ride. This man deserves to work with every customer that comes through that door. If I could I would give 10 stars. You guys please ask for ROLF I promise you won t regret it!

I got the best salesman EVER!! If you go, make sure to have GEORGE as your salesman. I was in there for hours asking questions. I was always taken seriously, he was very patient and gave us good counsel. He was honest and helpful, and firm but not pushy. He s great! He did everything necessary to make sure we felt safe and good about buying the car. Thank you!

I bought a used car here last month and there were some defective parts that I was not told anything about beforehand. I was not told anything about it beforehand. The staff was not bad, but I was not satisfied with the post-purchase service, to be honest.

What a great experience!! From Scott moving cars all around so I could test drive all the cars I was considering, to the professional way that Garrett put my financial packet itogether. All options were given to me in an easy to understand printed format.They have gone far beyond three normal car dealership!! At a reasonable price!!!

Kennis Blackwell is the person to go to for any of your car sales needs! His super friendly and very informative of any car you ask him about. I haven't purchased a car in a long time so I was having difficulty with what I wanted to drive. My second time coming to Westgate Cars I was greeted by Mr. Mike McGee . He is awesome he listened to what I was saying and went out of his way to get me what I wanted although I had my mind set that I didn't want a white car period when I came in, Guess what I left with a white care. He is caring and compassionate and a great people person . I will send anyone to him .

I finally got to buy a car from Mona Hall here at Westgate Chrystler Jepp Dodge RAM.Over the past 3 years I've visted Westgate Chrystler Jepp Dodge RAM and it's been a pleasant experience working with Mona each time. Mona was very attentive and followed through with word. She made the buying process simple and smooth with no pressure. It felt like buying from a friend. This is a first rate dealership. The facilities are beautiful, and the staff is excellent. Not only is everyone extremely knowledgeable, polite and professional, but they all seem genuinely happy to be there. The place was absolutely packed but I was greeted and taken care of immediately, and made to feel like I was the only customer in the showroom. I ve recommended Westgate to many of my friends in the past, and will continue to do so.

DJ the salesman was a pleasure to deal with. He made sure I got a good deal, and was always happy, polite, and very honest. The sales manager Pete was also great, he took the time to talk with me, and was very honest. I felt like part of the family. Moreover, once the deal was made the finance gentleman Ash was so polite and personable. He got me a great rate and wasn t pushy with extra add on s like a lot of other dealers on the backend. I got a great Jeep, which was great, but everyone seemed very genuine, and enjoyed their jobs. Kudos everyone.

I ve bought about 14 cars over the course of my life. We drove 3 hours, and I would drive back! I can say that this was one of the easiest purchases I ve ever made. Marquise the salesman was awesome and ready to help. He listened and we got the exact vehicle at a price we wanted. My next vehicle or any of my friends looking for a vehicle I would point them in their direction. Just awesome a so professional. AND IT DIDN T TAKE ALL DAY!

Thank you to Rolls Royce of Raleigh for exceptional service today. Ramin took great care of me and my new Audi Q7 today. I had a small issue with my drivers side window and he scheduled time with me to address it and fix it the same day. Easy process! I am in the Greensboro area, so the Raleigh commute to test drive a car was a whole day event. That said, very easy process, I was able to test drive my car, and receive it in the same week. They dropped my new car off in Greensboro after work for me too. Very flexible company.

The overall experience is far and away the best! I felt the integrity and 'customer first' mindset in every aspect of the process.To be handed the keys to the car and offered to keep it overnight to ensure I loved every aspect of it...The process of trading in my vehicles (both) and realizing after being given the quotes of their value to see it was exactly where three other services valued my cars, was exceptional.They made every step easy and with NO PRESSURE at any step of the process. Not a push to buy service or extras i didn't want.This was the 4th car I have purchased from Westgate, the experience has been consistent the whole way through. They treated me like family. I trust them and ENJOYED the experience.A special shout out to Sylvania who not only ensured the entire experience was exceptional but followed up with me for over a month after to ensure everything was buttoned up and to my liking.This is the best part. Got a call from Sylvania now 2 months after the sale. Says she found a deposit slip and $700 cash in the glove compartment that my wife left in there. Anyone in that operation could have pocketed the cash and thrown away the deposit slip and I would have no clue!!They deposited the cash for me TODAY with a picture receipt of what they found and gave to the bank!!!UNREAL!!Job well done Westgate!!

We have bought six cars over the last fifteen years from this dealership. Until our most recent purchase, the cars have been fantastic. In great repair, honestly represented, impeccable. However, we bought a car three weeks ago that two weeks later needed an oil change. When that mechanic inspected it, he said that both front axles were leaking oil and needed to be replaced, to the tune of $900. I called Westgate about it, and they said, "Buyer Beware." When we have bought cars from other used car dealerships in the past, we do have them checked out by a mechanic before purchasing. However, we had such trust in Westgate that we did not take this precaution. That's on us, but I'm trying to save you a similar grief. Obviously they are like every other place these days. Watch your back, take nothing for granted, and take the car to an independent mechanic to be checked out before laying out your cash!!
