Mark was incredibly helpful and thoroughly walked me through every issue my car was having, as well a possible issues that could occur in the future. I so appreciated VMW's customer service, willingness to help on short notice, as well as their work on my car! Definitely my go-to repair shop!

As a young woman who just moved to Raleigh, finding a garage I could trust and had my best interests in mind felt intimidating. The team at Village Motor Works, however, is PHENOMENAL. Mark was kind enough to give me some priceless advice on my car, and when I ultimately decided to purchase a new one, he hand checked every car I brought to the shop for a pre purchase inspection! Service here is super fast, high quality, prices are fair, and they really do treat you like family. I'd recommend this shop to anyone and everyone

These guys are great! My wife and I have an Audi and a Lexus which I was nervous about taking to a place outside of the dealerships once we hit 50k miles on each car, but we have been going to Village MW for 3 years now and have received great service. Love the text message system and Uber rides to and from home.

First of all, I want to say I have done a lot of my own work to my precious 24 year old car, but as I get more busy with work I have less time to continue to work on it. For the some more basic automotive work, I'll bring it here and trust them to take good care of it!This location is super convenient to my work and the team is amazing! I know when automotive shops try to rip me off because I know my way around cars and I haven't seen that here! I have recommended this shop to other coworkers!

Great service! Matt and his team are reliable. I took a car for inspection before purchasing it and they gave me a detailed report. I have been taking my car there ever since and have been very happy with the service.

I ve been taking my car here for a few years. They do great work & are always honest about what needs to be done and what can wait. They always fit me in and turn the car around in the expected window. So convenient for residents downtown - drop your car off and be on your way home or to a nearby coffee shop.

I use village motor works for the first time this week and I would highly recommend them to everyone. Was very easy to make an appointment online. They were reasonably priced and very efficient. They took my car in as soon as I got there and it was ready on time.

Haven t taken my car here but i just called for some simple help and the guy acted like it was pulling teeth to get some basic info. Also if u tell a customer to come by at 8:30am for an oil change how dont you know an estimate for when the car will be done. Dude literally said we ll work on it throughout the day. Im not getting major work done it s literally just an oil change. You need hours for an oil change with an appointment?

We've been using Village Motor Works (n�e Midas) since we moved to Raleigh in 2021. They always do good work, always on time! Raleigh friends tell me that they are a little pricey, but we moved here from DC and Ft.Lauderdale, and their prices are better than what we experienced in those areas (DC was $2k minimum whenever you took your car in for *anything*, like a 50k mile full maintenance visit or a broken AC belt!!) They communicate through text and email to give you status updates on your car, and I especially appreciate that. Plus, it's literally 3.5 blocks from our condo!!

We have two vehicles we bring in for servicing. A 2022 Nisson Versa and a 2006 Honda Element. Aside from having complete confidence and satisfaction from work that has been done, the most important element (no pun intended) is trust. Matt and his crew exhibit the integrity to be honest in their recommendations and competent in completing the job.
