Stopped by for a quick oil change for my 21 Lexus NX 300H. Very positive experience. Was going to purchase an air filter but was told to wait until next oil change since it's not dirty enough. Thanks for saving me money and for the amazing customer service. Happy New Year!!

These guys were awesome! Very helpful, provided excellent service and communication during the service recommendations and checks. I drove away feeling like they had my back and made sure my car was good to go. Good price! Will return.

I came in 03/25 around 7:30 am right when they open. They were so nice when I was close to having a panic attack. My car was making a scraping noise and I had a 5 hour drive ahead me to get home. He was able to look at my car and figure out the issue. I wasn't able to catch his name or the lady who walked me through what the issue was butthank you for the help.

I'm not normally a review guy, I understand most places are doing their best and a subpar meal or slow service can sometimes just be one of those days. But getting stranded in South Carolina a day after my oil was changed here because the technician put my air filter back in backwards (didn't even change it, just took it out to show my wife that it didn't need changing and put it back wrong) and having to get towed to a dealer ($362!) where I required a new air sensor ($812 with parts and labor) in our 2020 Rogue on my way to my in-laws for Christmas definitely warrants one.I've put in a claim with Valvoline corporate so we'll see what comes of that but let me save you all not just the charge for an oil change but potentially hundreds more in car repairs and tell you to go somewhere else.

Came in for an oil change and received one in quick fashion. (Hints the 2 star)Lost the other 3 for a few reasons;1. Came in with a dead tail light (was replacing after change) which was not flagged during their overall check 2. Was asked if I wanted an air filter for ~25, figured why not. Was subsequently charged $34 for it (not including labor, which was putting it in after they already open the compartment)3. Recently had an oil leak, which I knew about, that was flagged as severe on my sheet but was never brought up to me.Overall it was good service but some hiccups and areas in falling short definitely made me feel the urge to review.

I went here 1/7/24 in the early afternoon for an oil change and I really needed air in my tires cause I would be driving to Charlotte the next day. I asked very nicely if they could put air in my tires as well and they said yes with no problem. Clearly they think I m dumb and must be lazy as hell because putting air in someone s tire only takes about 5 minutes. They did it in 20 seconds. Must have super powers cause to be able to take the cap off fill with air then put the cap back on is outstanding! Needless to say my tires still have very low air and now I have to drive around and find a place that accepts card for air. Do better young men! What if I believed you put air in my tires and went on driving like everything was fine, that s putting me in danger. I don t usually complain but this pissed me off cause like reallyy couldn t just spend 5 more minutes on my car. Ohh and no one else was even there waiting!UPDATE!: Putting it down to 1 star from 3, let me tell you why. Who ever is in charge here really needs to hire new staff! I moved to Charlotte and went to a Valvoline here because my light that I JUST got fixed 1 month ago (today is Feb 6th) at this location, went completely out. So the wonderful guys at the Valvoline in Charlotte showed me this part and said there s no way they replaced it because we don t even carry this type at Valvoline ! The people at this Raleigh location charged me for this guys! So they charged me for replacing my light, but never did! Just like they said they out air in my tires and didn t. I thought my lights were still pretty dim, but I thought it was because my head lights needed to be buffed. Yes so never go to this location they are lazy! Once again put me in danger because what if they went out while I was driving on a dark road with no lights! Like seriously don t work there if you don t want to do the work you were hired to do!

I was greeted immediately. The service technicians were friendly and very knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions, showed me my oil stick and even filled my tires with air as a courtesy.

Got here 15 minutes before close and the one car in front of me exited at 7:29. By the time I pulled in at 7:30 the girl inside refused to service my car for an oil change. Will not be coming back.

I just got my oil changed Now I m on the side of the highway because someone didn t fasten the skidplate on correctly and it s dragging on the asphalt.Update: went back to the Valvoline and the manager fixed the skidplate. Great. But then had the nerve to lie and say there was never anything wrong. Uh, see the picture from the highway.

I showed up for an oil change 15 minutes until close and they refused to service me saying they had cleaning to do and were not taking any more customers. I was in need of an oil change because I drive for Uber and need my car to run in perfect condition. They seemed to take pleasure in turning me away. Terrible customer service.

I had done oil change here few months back. The guy kept the oil cap open. I drove 30 minutes and smoke started coming out from the hood. Very bad experience.They need to be more careful.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I pulled in this location at 445pm on a Sunday the day before Labor Day in DESPERATE need of an oil change but fully expecting them to say we don t take any cars an hour before closing time or something. (They close at 530pm) But the customer service was really friendly and welcoming and they made everything so fast and easy. It s crazy how poor customer service has become in this society. It was such a breath of fresh air to feel appreciated just for showing up.

Only issue When I asked The man. Update My plate on Truck. He was sotive lazy to do that He said we don't really go bye that: I said You do everything else why not that? Why is it big deal.?. I already knew about oil drips already. had my car 5 years.

I have used tons of Valvoline locations, for years now! This has to be my favorite one. I was really stressed about my state inspection getting done. Dave was absolutely amazing! Not only was he quick, thorough and compassionate but mostly kind to me! Thank you so much!

Amazing service. We used this location today for our oil change and got the most amazing customer experience ever. There was a mixup with the type of oil we were recommended from a different company. Showed up well before closing (15 minutes). They had one car finishing up and two open bays and the assistant manger said they couldn't give me an oil change. First they said they didn't have the filter. I had brought my own filter so then they said I "have a skid plate which they have to take off" (not true). I've always got great service from other locations of VOIC, but this location would rather leave early than serve customers.

I went in last week for the first time and I must say they were very timely. Amere and Bee Bee helped me out and showed tremendous customer service. Bee Bee is the boss and I can tell she does a great job running the show. Amere reminded me to find coupons and even cracked a few jokes to keep me and my wife entertained. I highly recommend this Valvoline. I promised them a positive review.

One of the guys made several rude jokes throughout the oil change which really just rubbed me the wrong way and ruined the experience. However, they addressed this issue and gave me a half- off coupon for my next oil change.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Nate & Anna were very professional and great at their jobs! Give those people a raise! They were all smiles and had great attitudes! Unfortunately, I didn t know you couldn t tip electronically. That option would be great not only for your staff but for the customers who want to offer extra compensation for good service!Even a Venmo QR code posted somewhere to be evenly distributed amongst the bays at the end of the shift would be a great start! Horrible customer service. Very rude guys working there. In addition, after I waited for my turn, I pulled in my car, popped the hood, and waited. 10 minutes later, the worker yells from a distance, "Hey! we don't have a filter for your car, not even making courteous eye contact. I ended up leaving frustrated after wasting valuable time. They are terrible there. Will not go there again.

I pulled up to get an oil change. Luckily there were no other cars in front of me as I've seen them busy sometimes. The oil change took no longer than 10 minutes. I stayed in my car and had enough free time afterward to have lunch during my work day.The employees were on point and worked together well to get me in and out quickly.

In and out in less than 20 minutes for a oil change, now that is quality service. Wait in the car while they work on your oil change, of course I would love to do that. This location did an amazing job and I couldn't ask for better quality service. The app was supposed to give me a $5 discount for my oil change, it didn't work so they gave me $10 off. Again, excellent quality service.

Highly recommended. This is the best oil change experience for the last 4 to 5 years.I was going for a long trip so I should have an oil change before that. I did a Google map search on oil change and Valvoline showed up as an sponsored result. Since it is walk-in and so I gave it a try.When I arrived, another customer was ahead of me and luckily the staff opened a second bay for me. Staff there are helpful, even told me to find coupons online to save some money (more than 10%). Since this is my first time using their service I picked the mid-priced synthetic blend. The others are regular oil and fully synthetic oil. The process was quick, about 20 minutes. I stayed in my car the whole time.Right away I could feel the difference my car drives much smoother. My car has 109k miles on it and hasn't been this good for years. I will say at least 5 years. I always thought because of the condition/age of my car it wouldn't drive smooth anymore but this shows me that good maintenance makes it possible.My problem with the oil change in the past few years is the car would drive smoothly for 10 or 15 miles then suddenly it became sluggish again for awhile, then smooth again for some time. The cycle goes on and on and after 5 years I accepted it. I thought maybe the temperature or humidity has something to do with it. I think either Valvoline motor oil is really good, or other places doesn't use quality motor oil, or even worse, other places only replace part of the motor oil in my car, not full.** update ** After 1000+ miles and 9 days later the car still drives smoothly. I am so happy about the amount of gas and wear & tear I save, but I may have to use my brake more in the city. LOL
