I recently moved to the area and am so glad I found this repair shop. Every time I have been there, Mike Martinez has been the best Service Advisor in all my many years of owning vehicles. He explains everything in easy to understand detail. The appointment starts within minutes of when it was scheduled. I gave up going to my vehicle's dealership because of their lack of customer service and high prices. I highly recommend this USA Automotive on Trawick Road in Raleigh, NC.

Excellent service!! I would definitely recommend USA Automotive to everyone. They changed my brakes, rotors and front calipers. They got me in and out back on the road fast. Thank you USA Automotive! Very pleased. I will continue to use their services for all my automotive needs.

Service was excellent. Service Advisors Mike & Taylor were extremely helpful and went out of their way help with anything I needed.Their extremely neat restroom and toddler area helped make my daughter's potty time and snack time very easy to manage.More importantly their diagnosis of the car was correct.Will definitely recommend!

Checked in promptly at my appointment time. My concerns and requested service were professionally documented. Waiting area was comfortable and brightly lit- coffee included. Service completed in as promised time. Check out and payment handled efficiently. My car was fixed and had no grease or dirt tracked in. Compared to my recent Nissan dealership service experience, USA Automotive is excellent.

just had USA Automotive do a front brake job and they were fast, professional, and did not me to buy more than was needed to fix my issue. I have been using USA Auto for over 10 years and have always had amazing service and fair pricing, and if i want it done nice in my nice car they do it, or if i want cheap on my hooptie they do it that way for me. The experience of never being pushed to pay for nonsense is priceless to me. The waiting room is clean and calm, and the crew is friendly. This is not some franchise with some minimum numbers running the show, its a like 35 year shop, same people the whole time running it, a real family business. i tell anyone that asks me there is only one mechanic in Raleigh and that is USA Automotive!!

Brought my 2015 Ford F150 in for a state inspection, vehicle taken in quickly, and in no time at all, it was done. The staff at the desk were very friendly and professional, as always.

USA automative did a great job replacing two CV joints/axles on my Subaru Forester. They were replaced earlier this year by another mechanic and one of them failed after only 21k miles. USA Automotive replaced the transmission in this vehicle in 2020 and it now has 74K miles on it. They do a great job and I have confidence in them. Excellent customer service and communication. Highly recommend.

I ve been a customer at USA Automotive for 20+ years. The hardest part of finding a good automotive shop is finding someone you can trust. USA is that shop. They always give me their honest opinion and let me know what my options are and what course they recommend. Had to get catalytic converter replaced a year ago and mechanics failed to diagnose underlying problem. Just returned and told the catalytic converter needs to be replaced AGAIN and that the original repair isn t warrantied due to not meeting terms that were never offered or discussed at first repair. Will not be utilizing them for this repair or any future needs due to failure to successfully repair large ticket items that shouldn t be failing so quickly. Id recommend going elsewhere when desk mechanic openly admitted to not running as in depth diagnostic first time around and just repairing based off engine code and not any further inspection to the vehicle.

Taylor & Mike were kind & professional. My car oil was changed & inspected for any other issues. A printout was provided for the work that was done & future recommendations. Waiting room was clean, well decorated & they had coffee with all the fixings available. Only thing that needed improvement was the bathroom. The toilet is on a weird elevation, making it challenging to get to & use.Service: Oil change

I own a 2020 Elantra and am disappointed with the dealer service. I searched for an honest , reliable shop to do my routine tire rotations and oil changes and found USA Automotive. They gave me a printed diagnostic checkup and found a clogged cabin filter which they showed me . The AC had been somewhat sluggish before and my car is running better than ever. I highly recommend them.Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

These are wonderful people who will take care of you and your auto needs. Unlike a lot of OTHEr car shops and Dealerships .where they try to get you you spend thousands of dollars unnecessarily for questionable works .you leave USA Automotive with a sense of ease and humanity. They did everything to take care of you without breaking your bank account! Where has USA auto been all my life!!!! I wish I discovered this shop years ago. They took me in right away and even called me back to get me scheduled sooner. The repairs that were need for my car were pretty major. I ve done some shopping around and NOBODY can BEAT these prices. This is my second time back this week and I still have one more visit left. Thanks to AARON and Sam they they make you aware of what will be done to your vehicle. Before any work has began they show you pictures of YOUR vehicle and really break down everything thing for you. I m so glad I found USA Auto. I will never go anywhere else for another repair. My car had a flat tire during a Sunday evening and I had nowhere to go. Thanks to USA s after hour drop off I was able to drop my car off and get my car fixed early the next day! Their customer service is top notch, and the quality is unmatched. My technician was a man named Keith which I highly recommend. Overall I would take my vehicle there over any shop in the Raleigh area! 10/10Service: Tires

If you re looking for someone trustworthy, dependable, communicative, and professional then look no further. You ve found it. I ve traveled across the states and also lived in Raleigh all my life and this business has always taken care of me and my car(s). They are genuinely kind, they explain everything to me and the BEST PART is that they never pressure me to do anything or oversell me. Allowing someone to know all their options and provide guidance/recommendations as a professional without the pressure is everything you look for in an auto shop. I recommend them to everyone who is looking to be taken care of. 10/10 everytime!

They know their stuff and are honest and fair. They fixed my problem for half of what University Ford quoted me at, which wouldn't have fixed my issue anyway. They were on the money with every issue my vehicle had, and didn't try to upsell or BS at all. I do most my own work, but they earned a new customer for the tricky ones in the future.

I can't recommend USA Automotive enough. I had several general maintenance items done and an electrical issue resolved and I was pleasantly surprised by the affordable cost of service. Sam was very friendly, professional, and helpful and diagnosed my electrical issue accurately. I had a great customer experience at USA Automotive and would encourage anyone with car issues to go here.

My husband and I recently moved to the area and were impressed by the friendly, considerate staff and mechanics who serviced our vehicle. We didn't experience any upcharges and were always given the option to refuse or accept service throughout the process. We had issues with our tires and TPMS sensors and were able to have everything replaced quickly and affordably. In fact, they assessed our tire and sensor situation without charging at all and once fixed, promised if the issue with our sensor returned they would handle that with as little cost to us as possible. RUN AWAY!!! After refreshing the front suspension and getting new tires on my 88 BMW, I went in to get an alignment. The first guy was super nice but had to reschedule the next day because the car on the lift needed a part replaced. I was fine with that. Next day I go in and it is a completely different guy who was not that nice at all. I gave him the keys but first asked how much the alignment was. He said it was over $200!!! I asked why it is ~3X's more than every other place and his reply was that "It's because it's a BMW" Really?? You guys charge more for a car with 1970's suspension technology? I should have run away at that moment but I needed that car. About a month later I looked down to see that my front tires were already corded on the inner wall. I didn't even get 10k miles out of brand new tires. I got new tires again at Raleigh Tires where I was treated very nice. The alignment sheet that I got from them indicated that USA Automotive toe alignment was extremely far off. If this place cant do a VERY SIMPLE alignment on a 20+ year old car then I would not trust them with anything. My neighbour goes here so I need to have a chat with her.Service: Wheel alignment

I have been using USA Automotive for over 5 years so If you are looking for an automotive repair shop for any car issues you need not look any further! The folks who work there, are thorough, professional, and above all, have patience with my questions. I trust them, regardless of what issue I may be having, as I have a 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee that I have had for 16 years. They take care of my car and let me know what future issues I may have also. I've used this shop on and off for two decades now, and I've always been impressed with their service and prices. Recently my vehicle had a fuel issue and they diagnosed and repaired it within a couple hours. They have always kept me well informed and are usually more than happy to show you exactly what needs to happen or needs to be replaced on your vehicle.
