I JUST WANT TO SAY THIS SHOP SAVED MY LIFE!! Nobody wanted to take my car insurance and I honestly thought I would never find a shop that could fix the damages to my car. I truly appreciated the outstanding customer service Brooke gave me from the very beginning all the way until I picked up my car. She kept me updated throughout the entire process which I thought was very helpful. I am a person that appreciates the little things because they can make a huge difference sometimes. When I picked my car up, she walked me to it and broke down everything that was done(even though she had been doing that throughout the time it was in the shop lol) and even answered any questions I had. Not to mention the fact that she went above and beyond and even vacuumed my car out for me. They are really really amazing. Affordable prices and quality work for sure! You won t regret it! I highly recommend Ultimate Auto Body!

Where do I begin! This place is amazing and super professional!! My car was involved in collision and as soon as I called Brooke and explained everything, she quickly reassured me that they will take care of everything! Her customer service is out of this world and was always willing to answer any questions I had! Will recommend this place to any and everyone. They did an amazing job on my car and even told me any issues that they came across along the repair! Thank you all for running such an amazing and trust worthy shop!

Amazing, sums up my description of the service and repair!While searching for a place to repair my car, I selected this business because it s close to my home ( I had no prior knowledge about the great reviews). I took my car in for a quote and while I was waiting, I checked the online reviews and was thrilled with what I saw. During my visit, Brooke and Jeremy took a look and gave me an overview of the projected labor/pricing/timeline, all of which they delivered on.Brooke was great to work with (VERY responsive, knowledgeable, and kind). The repairs were major (a 18 wheeler trailer swiped the driver side of my car) and I was so thrilled with the final outcome my car looks amazing!!!!Overall, if you re in need of body repair and want a team that s honest, fair (pricing), responsive and does a GREAT job, I highly recommend Ultimate Auto Body.

I 100% recommend this business - EVERYTHING about this process was simple. The initial inspection was very thorough, and we looked at everything and talked for a while. I felt like I was treated with respect and honesty about options and alternatives. Brooke was very communicative about the repair process and is the nicest person to work with - she helped provide updates - suggestions - and provided outstanding customer service when I had questions. We chose Ultimate based on reviews and because they were the only body shop we could find that said they had space for our truck. We worked with Brooke and she was amazing at keeping us in the loop with estimates, part delays, insurance adjustments and such. She sent us pictures once the truck got to the shop to keep us updated. We re super happy with the repairs and how the truck came back to us. Repairs took about a month total with finding/ordering parts and getting adjustments with insurance. The paint job is perfect my only regret is not having them paint the whole truck!

The Team at Ultimate Auto Body did fantastic work on my car. A family member backed pretty hard into my car causing some decent damage. The team at Ultimate Auto Body had my vehicle fixed within a week. Their service is fantastic and they took really good car of my car. All of my future repairs will be done at this body shop. The most accommodating autobody place I ve ever dealt with. Repair looks identical to factory and paint matches perfectly. 10/10 would recommend.

Crinkled my quarter panel. Took it in Brooke gave me a fair estimate rather quickly, right in the middle of some other estimates. Bumper had a few boogers also. Got it back after 4 days, ,great job. The paint is hard to match but it was perfect. Thanks Ultimate!

PLEASE DON'T LOOK ANY FURTHER! My entire family could not be more pleased with this amazing company. I spent **many** hours on the phone calling auto body companies, getting quotes, and asking a thousand questions. We had a very specific job which needed to be done on our daughter's car, and it needed to be paid for out of pocket with no insurance help. Many companies simply wouldn't do the job as it wasn't a complete paint job. Finally, I called Ultimate Auto Body. To begin with, Brooke (who seems to keep the entire business running! ) is phenomenal. She is attentive, timely, helpful, polite, and the list goes on. Jeremy was absolutely incredible and upfront with every step. I am convinced they were THE answer to prayer after a long, drawnout effort to get my daughter's car back to normal. Thanks to these TALENTED people, it is better than we ever expected! I know they do work on HIGH END vehicles, but they treated us as if we had the same. I can t recommend this place enough! I am so pleased and happy with the quality of work and the customer service. Brooke from the beginning was absolutely awesome to work with, she got me right in and kept in touch with updates throughout the process. She was always informative, knowledgeable and I always felt like a priority. Jeremy in the back absolutely killed the paint job with a perfect color match, like glass clear coat, and went above and beyond to make sure the project was above expectations. This place was recommended to me by a colleague and I highly recommended them to anyone looking for quality paint/body for a very reasonable price! I ve never had a good experience with auto body until now and can t speak highly enough about Brooke, Jeremy, customer service, quality, and pricing! 10/10 *****Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I ve taken my car twice here and both times they did amazing work! They have great customer service and communicate well! I highly recommend Ultimate Autobody! Just ask for Brooke Rowland, she is very professional and will work with you any way she can.

I took my Toyota Highlander in here for repairs after my mechanic recommended them. My car came out looking better than when I got it. They cleaned it, buffed my headlights, and the staff was very nice. They weren't overpriced, and got the job done quickly. I'll be coming back here if I ever need any more body work done.

They have done work for me twice. There will not be a third time. First time was great quality, even referred others to them. Second time was the worst work quality I have seen. No quality control; debris in paint, overspray on opposite side of car with no damage. Yes, they did redo it, and offer a discount, after I brought it to their attention. If you decide to use them, would strongly recommend not leaving anything of value in the car. Too many other options out there..

Amazing customer service and quality/pricing. Like I said, amazing service, speaking with heather thru the entire process, she was so very helpful. I Brought my Corolla in after a minor accident, and only had to wait 4 days to get my car back. Thank you heather and everyone who worked on my car.

I can t say enough good things about Heather at Ultimate Auto Body. �She was so helpful and took time to explain the process of having my car fixed. �She is also very knowledgeable about the insurance process and helped me through something I had never experienced. �Although I hope to never have another accident, if I do I won t go anywhere except to see Heather at Ultimate.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I've been using Ultimate Auto Body Center for years, and recommend them to all of my friends. Their service is quick, reliable and affordable. I've used them when going through my insurance provider, as well as routine out of pocket repairs on my 12 year old truck, and they've always done a great job. Jeremy and his staff are wonderful.

Jeremy Jones who is the GM, is a real down to earth guy, who also works in the shop. His staff in the office are also very kind and professional. I previously went to 3 other body shops and was turned down because they didn't like the idea of me doing some of the repairs myself. Jeremy worked with me and was totally fine with repairing what I needed. It was more then just replacing panels and paint, and they did an excellent job, and saved me a ton of money. I would recommend this shop to anyone.Thanks again to Jeremy and his staff at Ultimate Auto Body.

Dodge Charger got towed to them in early September my insurance company already sent them supplement and they saying they still ain t start work on the car and they don t think it will be done until next year because of upcoming holidays , when I was told it would be done in 22 days so who s at wrong . Also i call the office often and Brooke says she would email me some info I needed never got it so I stop asking. stay away they will put you on The back burner. IF U WANT WORK IN TIMELY MANNER THIS IS NOT THE PLACE STAY AWAY !!!

Was recommended this place by a friend and was not disappointed. The customer service and attention to detail was excellent. The work they did on my front end looks pristine. They truly went above and beyond. Can't recommend this shop enough!

I had the best experience here. Staff is amazingly friendly. Excellent costumer service. I was a little worried that they would not be able to match my white pearl paint. But wow, a perfect match. It looks brand new again. Highly recommended cant say enough great things. Thank You!
