Super Hero Service Tech Mike took time to come out on this chilly Saturday morning to do PM s on our Trucks he came letting me know what he had on his list to do. He told me he was going to get it done. Mike had great customer service skills very welcoming. Thanks Mike your a peach!!! I highly recommend TRIANGLE FLEET to and company organization to any one in the public. You guys are Awesome tell them that Jay sent you!!!

The company I work for has worked with TFS for a while now to do our yearly inspections. I have always received excellent customer service. However, this time I needed a tech to come out to service one of our vehicles. Mike, the service tech that came out was extremely knowledgeable and personable. He helped with troubleshooting and even made sure to do what he could to keep a few extra bucks in my pocket. Will definitely continue to work with TFS.

Mike was the person that came out to assist me. He was considerate and professional. I do have additional work that I require and will ask Mike be sent. I did leave some additional feedback to Becca in the office ( which had nothing to do with Mike, as I'm rating Mike 5 stars). The feedback could be a part of the review, but I trust Becca passes the feedback I provided her on. Nothing bad, as I will be using these folks again and am doing so because it was a pleasurable experience. 3 points of feedback provided internally was what could be better. I recommend them.

Dylan was great. Very informative of the issues pertaining to my truck. He explained the issues and resolved them. I'm definitely coming back. Triangle Fleet will be my go to mechanic shop for semi trucks and the rest of my fleet.- Wise Enterprise Shipping

Mike came to our warehouse for a PM and DOT inspection. He was fast, efficient, and knowledgeable. Mike recommended we replace somethings on our Commercial Vehicle that we were unaware of. Great guy! We are rescheduling with him for further and future maintenance!

These guys are great at what they do had some problems with my goose neck 48 Dylan had no problem getting it in and resolved that same day best place to come if your in the hot shot business chassis brakes wiring alignment anything you need real easy to move in and out price was even fair thanks to all the staff help me out getting back on the road

Today, I had a great experience working with this company. The lift gate on our new 'used' box truck failed and Mike came right over and quickly diagnosed the problem. He fixed it quickly and offered to make a better permanent fix and so ran to grab some extra parts, returned, and installed everything. Mike was obviously very capable but I know he was also on the phone with home office who supported his running out to grab some things to make the solution even better. I'm quite impressed with the technician, Mike, as well as how the business conducts itself. Very happy to recommend Triangle Fleet!

Becca or Beth are the first folks you will speak with when you call to make your appointment and they are absolutely wonderful to deal with. They are very pleasant on the phone, but they aren t just a nice voice. They are very knowledgeable and you know you made the right choice calling. Then Dylan gets ahold of your truck and works his magic. Not to mention he has a stellar playlist! Simply great service from start to finish! I cannot wait for the Fuquay Varina office to open!

It started with one phone call to Beth, she was very professional and surprisingly excited to help us. After explaining our issues with our truck she knew exactly who to send out to us. Mike came out ON TIME as discussed, which for starters was great because other have completely flaked. He got right to it. Not BSING around as others have in the past. Fixed the truck for a few hundred bucks, while others suggested to completely replace the transmission. Once complete Becca called to see if we were happy with the services before even mentioning anything about payment. Needless to say they are servicing all our trucks now. Looking forward to spending my money here! Thanks again guys !

First time going to get my liftgate inspection. Let me tell you from the time I walked in the atmosphere was beautiful and welcoming.Beth is a Godsend!A very very professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff. I am a manager at a local moving company and we use Triangle for our fleet. Triangle Fleet services has worked on our trucks for years. We ve been having an issue with our Peterbuilt truck the last few weeks and called Triangle to come and check it out. Their mechanic, Mike, was fast, thorough, and got our truck running smooth again. Mike was able to diagnose the issue and provided an effective and affordable solution. If you re ever having problems with a Diesel truck, give these guys a call they re great!
